after travelling extensively all over turkyie this is by far the worst beach i have ever been to. seawater is full of boat diesel from the numerous tour boats and taxi boats arriving daily. also no sand at all just dirt and rocks into the sea.

"Sahil" means beach, in Turkish. It's not one of the most beautiful beaches but it's OK. Quite narrow, with the terraces of restaurants attached to it. It's not just sand but a mixture of sand and gravel. The water is very clean and beautiful, it seemed bluer than in Marmaris.

Crystal clear water in which you can easily see the colorful fish🐟🐠🐡🐚
If you stay in the hotels nearby, they all have their own beach. This place perfect for swimming

This village is great lovely and quiet, people just mill around going in and out of the bars and shops at night they don't allow traffic in the main street after 18,00 till 0000 which means people just wonder up and down

Beautiful beautiful beautiful! Everything you can want for a holiday! Excellent bars shops restaurants hotels apartments! Matches any pocket size! But more importantly the people are so helpful friendly and willing to do all they can to make your holiday the best ever! Too many great places to list them all but my faviouate is the Korfez!! Amazing food great rooms!
You can also go on wonderful boat trips for £16 / £20 depending on where you go ! Get to take a mud bath swim with turtles. Food is also included. If you want more - but why would you- you can get a sea taxi to Marmaris or the local bus! Great views across the bays of Icemeler! Turunc! Quick go grab a flight and I will see you on the beach or in a restaurant!

Fabulous last minute week away - lovely town, small, compact, friendly folk, lots of good food options, relaxed chilled vibe, no in your face selling, no blaring music, ideal for families and other folk who are not looking for a "clubbing" or "on it" booze fuelled holiday. usual shopping, nice and peaceful,

Fantastic day out, caught the bus from Marmaris then went for a walk around the town and a lazy lunch. In April the town is starting to come alive, by May mostly every thing will be open.

We took the water taxi from Icmeler for something different to do (125 Lira each way). The trip is nice enough - you may get to enjoy the peace and quiet if the boat driver doesn't play music too loudly.

Opposite the jetty you will see a couple of shops selling the usual counterfeit tops, sports clothing, underpants etc. but I didn't see or experience such bad language (written in English) as bad as this anywhere else. I can only think that an English person has done a bit of "funny" translation and it was pretty unnecessay and I didn't like exposing my 13 year old to it. Beware that the fake branded underwear in boxes is exactly the same fake branded underwear as advertised unpackaged, with a premium added on. The shop owners routinely use the same bad language, so I'd move away from the jetty and go into the town.

There was a nice bay and much nicer restaurants than in Icmeler. You can pay for drinks here and use their beach beds - this would have been a nice day out had we planned for it.

There are a few non-standard shops here selling honey and soaps, and they were really nice to look around.

If you arrive before 11am it will be quiet. By afternoon, the jetty will be full of the gigantic pirate ships from Marmaris.
