I don't often write reviews and have been very understanding of our servers these past few years. I support them and appreciate the work they do, but at least try to do an ok job! I stopped by mid morning on a Saturday and the woman's bathroom line crossed the entire length of the building. If that wasn't bad enough for travelers we ordered from Phiilips seafood because there was no line there. Let me just say that the staff was poorly managed, the fish tacos took 35 minutes (And way overpriced), and they were so overcooked that we had to throw the bricks of shoe sole away! It was bad enough they forgot about my order, but for them to give me looks of anger as if I did something wrong. Seriously, the person cooking in the back just walked away and no one was doing anything to serve people who paid. My advice to anyone stopping here is to play it safe and go to the places that can't mess up like Duncan donuts or Wendy's. Stay far away from Phillips unless you want to waste your time, money, be treated poorly and then receive garbage!!!!

I stopped in for a cappuccino and donut on 1/18/2022 at 4:50pm during one of my many travels between Maryland and New Jersey. I usually just get the cappuccino but on this day I craved a donut, so I ordered my favorite, jelly. I’m a grab and go guy so I did not take the donut out of the bag until I was back on I-95. It was hard as a rock, more like a hockey puck. This thing was at least 2 days old. I know because I’ve had 1 day old donuts in the past and they have never been hard. Completely disgusted, will never stop here again.

We waited at least 10 minutes for a egg breakfast cup and iced coffee. When it finally came out, the breakfast cup was ice cold. Customers were served completely out of order. Half of the drinks that came out were wrong, and either never got picked up or were sent back. Terrible experience.

Stopped here on the last leg of a 13+ hour journey home. The parking lot was laden with garbage everywhere, used condoms on the ground and the garbage cans were overflowing.
Understand there is labor shortage but this is a state operated facility.
Before 11pm none of the restaurants were open, including Dunkin.
Garbage cans inside were not much better.
Staff members sitting in the massage chairs.
Bathrooms were in good shape.

Get rid of the Dunkin staff and hire competent people. Stopped twice in a week. First time they claimed to have no cash and not using the registers, so you had to use the kiosk. Only found this out by the person ahead saying something and letting us know. They were ignoring everyone lined up and promptly went back to ignoring. Even though I double checked and those I was travelling with checked they got the order as something else and refused to fox it. VERY RUDE. Took forever to get the order. Was ripped off by them not fixing the order.

Other trip took almost an hour to get through the line as they were using the register and get the order. They were still rude, now talking back, and slow. Both times employees messing around doing nothing when it is busy. Lesson learned, never visit this nightmare again.

Restrooms not the cleanest. Good luck getting soap.

Yes, it's awful here. Stopped twice in the space of a week; first stop, no hot drinks. They also don't allow you to use the Dunkin app here. Second trip: we get there and the employee says, "we're not making any food now." Wow. So, we get a cup of coffee (and it's hot coffee, imagine that), and we get the stalest glazed donuts in the world. First time in my life I threw out part of a donut, even though I was very hungry. Clearly poorly run and coasting on their name, not like most other Dunkin shops where they seem to care.

Place most likely to get human trafficked. We went midday and it felt very unsafe. Way too bustling and chaotic. Numerous restaurants, all were understaffed with long lines. General food court seating. Large number of restrooms were out of order. No feelings of cleanliness and saw no one in food court wiping down tables.

Very good place . Lots of good restaurants and coffee shops inside . I guess they renovated and it looks great now . Dunkin , Wendy’s, curriro, nathans, and many other shops . Really good. It’s just crowded on weekends and takes a while. They follow covid guidelines and protocols .. good stop on our way to Washington or Virginia !

Stopped in to use the restroom and grab dinner at 7:00 pm on a Monday night. We did not stay. It was dirty and half the restaurants were closed. You have to order at one kiosk for any order at all the restaurants. There was a very long line. We left.

What a nice rest stop. Seriously - The building is very contemporary and the food options were surprisingly wide array. Everything from coffee to crabs. Of course it is Maryland. Bathrooms were clean. Very important. Employees worked for the individual businesses I guess so hard to connect them to the rest stop but even they were good for what we see on the turnpike.
