Dalyan Live Spa Hotel

Just a wonderful place for a holiday. This was our third visit and we will be back in 2024. Tunc and his team cannot do enough for you. Lovely rooms, lovely staff. Great breakfast. Just a 10 minute walk into town

Such a beautiful hotel in the most picturesque location. So much nicer than the beautiful photos on their website. The staff are so kind, it's less than a minute to the river where you can catch a boat to the beach. The town is gorgeous and the food to die for x

Brilliant hotel, very sunny , pool very nice (although a little cold-colder than the sea). Walking distance to the ferry stop where you can get boat taxi to the turtle beach (160tl) ,you need to ask a receptionist to call the boat to tell them to stop where the ferry is as normally they don't. All staff speak good English and are very friendly and helpful. If you want to go to see the turtles in their hospital you have to take a bus from main square (about 10 minutes walk from the hotel) and go woth them to the other end of the beach. You can also walk from side where the boat drops you to the end where the turtles hospital is but that's about good 40 minutes walk. Although it's a nice walk by the sea on the beach. There arw lots of restaurants and pubs in the centre. In this hotels cocktails are 280tl where in the centre pub 160tl. The rooms arw very nice ,clean and spacious woth kettle tea,coffee, safe etc. They give you pool towels separately for 300tl deposit. We will definitely go there again. Get the room upstairs as you can leave the balcony window open all night where on the ground floor there is no option unless you leave the door open. Overall Dalyan is my favourite place to go. Plenty to do.

Great modern hotel with great accommodation and beautiful garden and swimming pool area. Lovely breakfast and restaurant .Staff are all so friendly and can’t do enough for you . Would highly recommend this hotel as the location is in a lovely part of Dalyan

First time at this hotel and won’t be our last, we’ve stayed in a few hotels in Dalyan and this is definitely our favourite. An earlier review complained about the breakfast , we thought it was lovely , always eggs , omelettes , cereal , bread etc but the assortment of preserves , olives etc was unbelievable . The rooms are well equipped with fridge , kettle , super king size bed , large free safety deposit box , free air/con , the wi-fi is excellent , staff friendly and helpful , gets busy round the pool but a large grassy area provides plenty of space,. A very enjoyable stay .

We have recently returned from spending a week at the Dalyan Live Spa restaurant for our Pearl Wedding Anniversary. The hotel is beautifully. Spotlessly cleaned,friendly staff,good food,great location just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Dalyan. Our room was nice,spacious, comfortable and cleaned daily with stunning views of the hills. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. The only advice I would give is to heat the pool because despite the beautifully,sunny weather,the pool was cold and we didn't go in it & neither did many others,which was a shame because it was a lovely pool. Thank you to everyone for all your hard work and making our stay special. ❤️

This is a small family run hotel with the personal touch and it is also great value for money. We just stayed for 11 nights and were very happy with all the key aspects of our stay. Everywhere was very clean, Kathy comfortable beds, great shower with loads of hot water, tv ( very limited English channels) fridge, good hairdryer. patio or balcony and all well maintained, and staff are really friendly and super-helpful. I had a few WhatsApp chats before we came to clarify a few things and the manager Tunc was helpful and responsive. They do get a lot of repeat guests so rooms do get booked up well in advance - do note if you have particular requirements or preferences - but they did provide a ground floor room for me as requested. We were on the side which faces a very small quiet road - there’s no problem with noise. You are a little way from the main town here so it is a beautifully quiet and peaceful location. Very close to one of the river ferry points, a 100tl quick taxi ride to town and easily walkable if you are fit. There are nice seating areas dotted around with comfy seats, plenty sun beds - most people respected the not ‘reserving’ rule tho there’s always some who can’t bear not to! The pool ( in October) WAS a bit chilly but in the still pretty hot weather it was a welcome cool off and ‘fine once you’re in!) . Easy access steps in hurrah! I also had several treatments in the spa which were very good , made me feel tons better as I was in a bit of pain and feeling under par when I arrived. Spa has lovely friendly staff there too ( it is run separately and good to have cash to pay there ) and you should experience the traditional Turkish bath option - very refreshing! I didn’t try the indoor pool which is a bit basic, not so easy by to access if you have mobility issues, and didn’t feel heated - it’s in the basement spa area and so doesn’t have the offsetting benefit of the sun! Breakfast is a mix of Turkish style and options like fresh fruit, yoghurt, oats, cereal, baked goods, lovely sourdough bread, cold meats and salad type veg, really fresh eggs for frying or omelette or scrambled and a few other hot items which change every day. If you want full English you’ll need to go elsewhere but you certainly have enough choice and won’t go hungry! There is a bar food all day till 10pm and everything we had was well cooked, tasty, and good portions at a good price. Drinks are also mostly reasonably priced and always served with a smile. The bar has a large tv and sometimes sport was being shown - fine but I really don’t want to hear footie crowds and commentary when I’m relaxing but they did turn the sound down or off when asked - at other times there’s some music which was varied but was occasionally a bit loud and thumpy - again they turned it down a bit when asked. It’s hard to cater for all tastes I know! Possible improvements: - the pool towels are clean but really old and could do with being replaced - a lot of the bar food is fried and more options that are healthier would be great - I had a couple of items ironed and wasn’t really happy with the standard of that but it was very cheap so I didn’t complain. It would be good to be able to borrow a steam iron and board to do your own! - patio /balcony chairs are not comfortable - think upgrading these would be good Would we return - yes certainly!

Just returned from dalyan live spa hotel and can't recommend the hotel enough. Staff are very friendly. Food at breakfast was great and we had a few lunches there as well, food always high quality and tasty. Pool was a little cold but only took a minute or so to get used to it. Plenty of sun beds at this time of year. Rooms were a good size and had everything you'd need. Bed was very comfy. Myself and my partner both used the spa for a Turkish bath, never had one of these before and didn't really know what to expect but thought whilst in Turkey it would be rude not to. Highly recommend this and will always be getting one every time in Turkey going forward. My partner also had a couple of other treatments with the spa which she really enjoyed. Spa staff are very friendly and especially great with our 15 month old child. 15-20 minute walk in to the main part of dalyan with about 10 restaurants slightly closer. Didn't have a bad meal anywhere and prices very reasonable. Our favourites were mahirs kebab house, the limon tree, tapa and the river house.

Very nice hotel clean and modern rooms.Lovely pool area.Very disappointing breakfast mainly eggs cooked your way.Very little else on offer. Asked for water after breakfast and was told there is a charge. This is an expensive hotel so was surprised at this. No tea/ coffee facilities in your room apart from a few dated old coffee/teabags. In the time we were there did not see on one occasion where people were eating lunch and there were no menu’s on show. My real feelings on this hotel is that it lacked atmosphere or warmth. Staff were not welcoming and although it was our first trip to Dalyan we won’t be returning to this hotel.

Had a wonderful 7 night stay. Breakfast was lovely. Repetitive but was tasty. Plenty of food was available. Lunch was reasonable price and portions were large. Pools was great only gripe was wish it wasn’t so deep. Staff were polite helpful and hotel was clean and rooms were decent size and clean. Hotel was near main area for shopping and food. Lots of places to eat with a variety of cuisines too. Ac was very good too
