Travelodge Cardiff Airport

Thank you very much to Chris on reception who went above and beyond. I arrived a little late and had a problem getting to the Toby Carvery before it closed. When I got to the bar to order it was too late. I turned around and Chris was there with a take out meal for for me. I didnt ask him to do this and I was stunned by his act of incredible thoughtfullness. I have stayed here a few times and as always it was spotlessly clean and would always be happy to come back but what Chris did for me tonight having never met be before, just goes beyond words, Thank you so much Chris

A friendly greeting by receptionist and given all relevant details to my stay. Very friendly staff, even offered some de-icer for my car the morning I departed. Easy to find. Would stay here again. Thanks.

Oh what’s occurring! I’ve been a massive Gavin and Stacey fan for ages, watching the Xmas day episode that mentioned Travelodge, I’ve wanted to visit and stay at “that” Travelodge, on checkin there was no Stacey, but the receptionist was equally as friendly, the hotel was lovely and clean and so welcoming, perfect location into Barry island, no weddings on the log flume tho, if you want to visit the area especially the filing locations this hotel is the perfect place to stop

Good size room and bathroom. No toiletries. Kettle with tea and coffee. Very basic, but bed and pillows very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money, would definitely stay again.

Quite location, friendly and helpful staff, spacious family room, comfy beds, large carpark, have already recommended to friends and family 😀 Toby Carvery next door was perfect after a long drive too!

Very warm welcome by staff in the early hours after a long flight. Minutes from the airport and straight into a warm room with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice warm shower in the morning too. Definitely be staying again

Stayed here for work. Good nights sleep. Would recommend anyone to stay here. Customer service is second to none, all team members brilliant. Very clean hotel throughout. Will stay here again sometime in the future.

The hotel is very clean, the family room was easily large enough for all of our needs. Chris met us on reception and immediately made us feel welcome. We had a lovely quiet nights sleep before our flight.

Stayed at the Travelodge after late/ early morning flight into Cardiff Airport, staff welcoming and professional, Rooms clean, fresh and warm, Surrounding areas spotless would definitely use again pre or post holiday

We had a very pleasant stay, a nice, clean warm room, friendly helpful staff. and comfy bed. Very handy for exploring the lovely Glamorgan coast and as Gavin and Stacey fans for Barry Island! We will return, thank you.
