Corralea Activity Centre

What a great place to relax and switch off! We stayed for 3 nights in July (wished we had booked for a longer stay!), and we all had a wonderful time. Lots to do as well as lots of opportunities to relax.
We booked into one of the cottages (2 adults, 2 kids), and also booked a family activity package. The cottages are a very short walk from the lough where we spent a lot of time swimming to cool off as we arrived in the hottest week of the year. The staff provided us with some flotation gear so we could swim about more safely which they let us keep for our stay.
For the activity there are a few options, however we went for a session on the climbing wall, and then an activity on the lough with paddle boards and canoes. The lough itself (lough Macnean) is beautiful and in comparison to the busier lough Erne is quiet and unspoilt (there is an island you can paddle out to with paddle boards and canoes). We also hired some bikes for ourselves to go about on their trails (you can also hire ebikes if you prefer).On our final night we booked the eco spa which was a great way to end our holiday. There is an eco hot tub (doesn’t bubble so the kids could go in), sauna and relaxation room (with a fridge for bringing some drinks) as well as access to the lough for a swim. This is all in a private area that you can enjoy without anyone bothering you. The views from the hot tub and sauna are breath taking (suggest evening session so you can watch the sun set over the lough). Would highly recommend the eco spa.
The cottages are clean and have some basics supplied (best to bring some things with you as well). They have BBQs available which we used every evening. The area is very quiet as day trippers for the activity centre park out closer to the main road so you are not disturbed by cars coming and going.
This is a family run place and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Isabelle was really helpful with the booking and activities and the eco spa. Nothing was too much trouble, Brian and Marius helped us with with the activities and settling in, they also helped us fix our kids bikes a couple of times.
Overall we had a great time, will definitely be back.

We booked 2 hours kayaking for a family of 4, partly as a means of breaking up a journey home from a stay further South. On arrival, everything was already set up and waiting for us, including wetsuits and buoyancy aids. The staff member we met with couldn't have been more helpful and put us all at ease from the outset.
We were left to our own devices to spend time on the lough and paddle round close-by islands, which was great fun. When paddling back, we noticed a spa area overlooking the lake which definitely warranted a closer look on dry land.
After drying and changing, we took a walk around the centre and were unanimous we would like to return to stay for longer if the opportunity arises. The accommodation and facilities available definitely warrant further exploration. Thank you.

Spa day: We arrived and parked up before being greeted by a friend member of the Corralea team who filled us in on how everything would work. We filled out some simple forms and changed into wetsuits which were provided before heading out on the lake canoeing. After an hour or so canoeing we headed back to shore.

We got changed from the wet suits and where brought down to the AMAZING spar area. The view was outstanding. The spa area was brand new, spotlessly clean and perfectly tucked away to make it private. The hot tub was much hotter than expected (in a good way) and we sat taking in the views of the lough. We took the recommended dip in the ice cold lake before jumping back in the tub.

Overall we have an amazing experience, friendly staff, great facilities and all within a 30 minute drive from home - can't wait to go back again!

A group of 12 of us booked Corralea activity centre and cottages for their great range of activities for a hen party. Prior to arriving we had many enquiries and the owners were more than happy to help with accommodating us in anything we needed to know. Before we arrived we knew we had picked the best place to stay with how warm and welcoming Isabelle was on the phone. When we arrived the cottages were cosy, spotless clean and the view was beautiful. We had organised a 2 piece band to arrive and Marius was brilliant. Due to the weather conditions he brought out a covered shelter for them to play in,along with a fire pit to keep us all warm.

After an amazing first night,we all headed to do canoeing and paddle boarding the next morning. We had 2 instructors who were fantastic and were extremely helpful for those of us who hadn’t done it before. Thankfully we had lovely weather so we were left to our own leisure to sail across the lake. After we had finished,we headed to the sauna and hot tub. To say it was amazing would be an understatement,the view was breathtaking and the hot tub was lovely and warm,also would of thought we were the first people to use it with how clean it was!

We headed out to a local bar that evening before we headed home the next day. We all had wished we had booked to stay longer!

If I could rate 10 stars I would! We look forward to returning. Would 100% recommend.

We were in Fermanagh for 2 days. The first day we came here for a 2 hour canoe. The service was excellent ! The man that helped us on arrival ( I assume the owner) was absolutely lovely ! Very chatty and was very careful about Covid procedures ! He had all the gear available for us to keep us dry! We had 2 hours out on the lake which was amazing ! There was a lot to explore and we were given a map before we left on the best places to go! At £15 each (came to about €34) it was great value for money! Would love to come back with a group again in the future !

The place is stunning; it has everything. My friends and I did the winter gateway, and we loved it. We didn't want to leave and get back to the city!!
The owners leave you complete freedom and space to enjoy and relax, providing what's needed for the staycation.
I recommend going with friends as the Cottage is enormous and more enjoyable.
As soon as we drove through the road, we were amazed by the beauty of the place, which is so well kept and tidy. We found our destined cottage and the fire was lit for us inside which made everything very hygge.
What I can say was stunning and memorable. Thank you for this beautiful experience; sometimes, living in the city makes us forget the beauty of sustainable places like this.

Idyllic Location. Group of friends stayed for a couple of nights in one of the cottages. It was well equipped and spacious. The guy who dealt with us was very attentive, friendly and helpful. We loved the lake with its views and complete tranquility, and the eco-spa was definitely a highlight.

We rented the e-bikes out for an afternoon, during our staycation at Enniskillen. On arrival, everything was waiting for us, helmets, hi-viz bibs for when we were on the roads. The operation of the bikes were very well explained to us, and we even got a test ride on them before we set off. We were then given a map, and shown exactly where the recommended forest route was. We set off, along the road, and up into the forest, where we had brilliant fun on the hills etc. These bikes are amazing, with the electric power helping you out on hills. We rented them for 3 hours, and had the best craic on them. Thanks guys for a memorable afternoon.

Great experience, took a double and single kayaks out for 2hrs interesting paddle around 3 islands, then a quick swim in the Lough afterwards. Good quality equipment. Very peaceful, we were the only people on the entire Lough as far as we could tell. Weather and calm conditions helped a lot. Owner helpful and accommodating. We all really enjoyed it.

My partner and I spent the day at this wonderful retreat and enjoyed it immensely. It is locally owned and the use of the natural surroundings is nicely thought out.
We spent two hours kayaking on the lake and island hopping. The instructors were friendly and informative and then we were left to explore. Perfect!
A really lovely afternoon.
We shall return!
