This was definitely one of our holiday highlights last week whilst we were away in the Forest of Dean - it totally exceeded our expectations! Unlike many farm experiences, which are generally have lots of people looking at animals behind a fence, this is much more personal and bespoke. Our kids loved grooming the baby donkeys and hosing down the Alpacas. The knowledge of the team is also fantastic, so you get personally guided around the farm with expert insight. The setting is just stunning. I'd also highly recommend rounding off the event with the prosecco package as well, which was a fabulous finish to our farm tour. Miles, George, Amanda and the team are brilliant and I can't recommend it highly enough.

From the minute we arrived at Cute Farm the sun was shining and the hospitality was incredible. Lisa, Miles, George & Amanda we’re by our sides throughout the day happily sharing the wealth of knowledge they have of all their animals, their passion is truly infectious!! Our boys 4 & 7 adored the Valais and loved their alpaca trekking experience, but it was the miniature donkey’s that stole the show for us, we are all now officially obsessed. In the words of a 7yr old it was a day in which his “best dreams came true”. Thank you all once again for such a warm welcome, we’ll definitely be back 😊

We had vouchers we bought for xmas 2020 but due to covid restrictions we extended them to this year.
Our family of 8 (70 to 3 years old) had a great time
Amanda was there to meet us and stayed with us as a very informative guide.
The walk was great fun, even allowing for the very hot weather and the hills.
Seeing other animals were a bonus.
The cup of tea and cake was more than welcome at the end.

What an amazing place!! We had a wonderful afternoon today. We really weren't sure what to expect but our expectations were certainly exceeded. We first met Amanda who would spend the next couple of hours introducing us to the animals and telling us all about the farm. We first met the two baby miniature donkeys and their mums. I don't think I have ever seen anything so adorable. We then met the adult miniature donkeys and the 2 full size donkeys. We never felt rushed and Amanda was happy to answer all our questions. We then went to see the alpacas and to walk into a field with at least 20 alpacas and their babies wandering over to us was quite an experience. Amanda clearly loves all the alpacas and knows them all by name. We learnt so much about alpaca breeding. Then we met the black nose sheep. Cuddling 'Tiny' the rather large lamb was lovely and then we met one of the rams. If you love spending time with animals and want to find out more about them this is a wonderful experience. The scenery is amazing too.

Superb experience and would highly recommend to anyone of any age who wants to get up close and personal with THE friendliest animals ever! Amanda was our guide today and excellent. She’s so informative and has a clear passion for all the animals. She knows the names off each and every one of them, and can tell you much about their history on the farm (and there are over 150 of them 😊). This is my second visit and the highlight today was the baby miniature donkeys. They are so inquisitive and friendly - just adorable. Although there were also plenty of little alpacas and lambs, all just as friendly and cute. If you are looking for somewhere where you can get up close with these animals (not just view from behind a fence) then this is your place. Very friendly animals (and humans😊). It’s set in a stunning location with beautiful views just minutes from the Severn bridge so easily accessed from Bristol and the South West. A perfect choice come rain or shine. Can’t wait to visit again 😊.

I bought a gift voucher for my sheep loving friends birthday.the best present ever apparently! Amanda was the perfect host, so knowledgeable about all of the animals and how she remembers all of their names is incredible. Highlights were being in an enclosure full of young alpacas, super cute and friendly, cuddling a lamb was a dream come true for my friend and my absolute favourite was a snuggle with Apollo, one of the adorable miniature donkeys. The scenery is spectacular, to sum it up it is an amazing experience in beautiful surroundings. We're already planning another visit for the summer.

Such an amazing experience! My daughter was lucky enough to give a baby alpaca a bottle as soon as we arrived, which was just adorable. From there we saw the sheep and went onto the the donkeys who were just the cutest. A great experience getting up close and being able to feed and cuddle the animals whilst learning lots about them, I would highly recommend for all ages.

What a lovely set up perfect few hours out to spend with family and learn about animals, you can tell they love the animals and are passionate about the work that they do.
You’re made to feel welcome from the second you arrive until the moment you leave. Definitely worth every penny. The coffee and cake after was a lovely way to end our visit.

Had the best afternoon here. Amanda is so knowledgeable and welcoming. My 18 month old loved meeting everyone and all the animals were all really gentle and so friendly! Best places I’ve been to in a long time! Learnt so much, and felt very comfortable and safe around the animals. Can’t wait to visit again.

What an amazing experience!! Amanda welcomed us with her friendly manner, had so much knowledge about the animals, and clearly a lot of passion for what she does. The miniature donkeys were absolutely adorable, and it was actually quite therapeutic having cuddles with them. We then walked down to the alpacas, and Amanda let the kids feed them and told us all about these fascinating animals. Then we got to meet the gorgeous black nosed sheep, who ran over to us and were so friendly. After this we went for a walk with some of the alpacas which was great fun.
All of this while raining but that didn’t spoil our fun!!
We will definitely be returning. This experience is like nothing else we have seen offered and I highly recommend it. This farm definitely lives up to its name with the cuteness!!!
