This was a first for me! I’m not afraid of heights, so if you are, approach with caution! It was fairly pricey but with 7 lines to ride that took over 2 hours its a great activity. The young instructors were fantastic! Emily was a true entertainer, very interested in people, funny, happy, brought the group together. Never gave up connecting with us, I know she has a great career in customer service ahead of her! Austin caught us all at the bottom and was experienced. They both looked like they love their job. I had a fantastic first experience with them and the lines were interesting and fun going over the water.

Went to Big Foot Zip Line for my son’s birthday. It was our first time but our guides Rick and Payton made it an incredible experience with their enthusiasm and kindness. I was pleasantly surprised by the length and duration of the seven zip lines, making it that much more worth the already reasonable price. 11/10 would recommend and will be going back next year!

We did the zip line tour and my family had alot of fun. We were glad that even our 6 year old son could participate. Johnny and Hawkins were our tour guides and they were very funny, nice and informative and definitely made the trip great.

We had alot of fun but I doubt we would ever do it again, having a large family of 5 it costed us almost $500 just for the zipline, another $75 for photos/video. We arrived at 2pm and were told we could do a 230pm time and when we went at 230 they said we were actually 3pm that is just to make sure we are on time. So we ended up sitting for almost an hour and dropped another 40$ on snacks and water. Over all the average family would most likely be unable to enjoy this seeing the cost for children and adults is the same and quite expensive.

We went ziplining today and really enjoyed the experience at Bigfoot Zipline! I was nervous but Emily and Mitch both reassured me and even took me on a tandem zip. Emily and Mitch also took time to chat and learn everyone’s names and even gave high fives and a cool tshirt to the youngest participants in the group. Mitch gave a great demo to show all of us what to do. He should be a teacher! They were great guides and Bigfoot zip lines were a great value in the package we purchased with Army Ducks. Also conveniently located right next door to the Grateful Shed and indoor food truck food court. Great for the transition between activities. Also- same day reservation available unlike other zipline places we checked out.

We loved the 8 zip line tour so much on a previous trip to the Dells the entire family couldn’t wait to go again. We have been zip lining other places, but while this is not as scenic as Jamaica, the amazing staff at Big Foot and the excellent series of really fun lines make this a great experience.

Our catcher was Austin, who caught us as skillfully as Johnny Bench skillfully mitting a slider. (I don’t actually know baseball, so I asked my husband for a metaphor.) Whether you eased yourself into the final stretch or came barreling down the line waving your extremities wildly (my 10 year old), he caught each rider as gently as delivering a baby.

On the other end of the line, we had Decardo. Please do not call him Cardo, which could be Ricardo. He is DEcardo, DE man himself. He packed us all up neatly and sent us down the line like airmail. He is a skilled sender and also great fun, keeping everyone at ease and everyone safe, too.

These folks are the best, they know what they’re doing and how to show you a great time. You must be willing and able to climb 40 flights of stairs, but they will politely pretend not to notice if you are winded, and the time is worth the climbing if you are able. We did this with 70 year old grandparents, 40 year old parents, and preteen and teen kids. We are all in good shape and we all loved it.

Excellent adventure with fun, knowledgeable, and caring staff. There were opportunities to take breaks and to get drinks of water along the way. The towers were tiring, not going to lie 😉! There was one person in our group who couldn’t make it and they promptly had someone there to retrieve her. Ryon, Larissa, Ricardo were awesome tour guides. My son was able to ride tandem with Ryon for each station since he was scared. He took him onset his wing and we greatly appreciated this. All kids 12 and under got a free t-shirt at the end signed by our guides. Highly recommend tipping the staff they deserve it!

You know those activities you tell yourself you never would do…. But then you had kids? Well, this was one of them. We were buying tickets for the jet boat tour, and my 10 year old told us he wanted to the zip lining. Not to look like weenies, we caved & bought tickets. I can say it was the best money we’ve ever spent. You definitely don’t feel like you overpaid with the number of lines they have…. They are all different. I especially loved the two racing lines at the end. Our group was excellent. They were all super nice, funny, and motivational humans. In the beginning some of us certainly had fears/anxiety, but they were conquered at the end. I also can’t say enough about our guides. Decardo & Oneil were rockstars. They made sure you had a blast - but not at the price of safety. If you have the option to pick your team… book with them!!

Words of advice… Drink loads of water, get a good nights sleep and go in the morning if you can. You will sweat like a beast climbing up those towers. They have water stations at each tower for those who don’t plan accordingly though!

Overall our group had so much fun…. My arms are a tiny bit sore, but my cheeks still tingle from all of the laughing & smiling during those 2.5 hours!

It was a lot of fun! Dawkings and Elise were great guides. Not only made my kids feel safe, but knew how to make it extra fun! Make sure to plan this before lunch or dinner, you're going to work up an appetite climbing all the stairs. So worth it though. Never been on a zipline this long or this high before, was hanging upside down and spinning by the time we hit the last tower. Members of your party can wear helmet GoPros to catch footage, but it's $40+. Which is a bit high considering you can't see what you're shooting the entire time. The pictures they offer at the end are a bit high priced also and they have signs that say cell phones are prohibited and warn you about dropping them if you bring them with. I brought mine and snuck a picture. Some really great views of the Dells from the tallest towers at the end.

What a fun afternoon! A friend and I took our 17 YO daughters to Bigfoot Ziplines. We all had a great time. All the employees we interacted with were so friendly and helpful, but our guides Kevin and Ricardo really stood out and made the experience fabulous. They were funny, which help anyone who was feeling a little nervous. They took their time to answer questions and ensure we all felt comfortable on the zipline. I was impressed how they learned everyone’s name and interacted with each of us in-between each zipline. One little girl in our group was clearly very nervous. They took their time with her and went tandem on the zipline with her to help her feel comfortable. By the second line she was having fun and had no problem going on her own. It was clear both Ricardo and Kevin love what they do.

I also want to comment on the extra steps taken to ensure everyone’s safety. Our harness was double checked before we started and the instructions of what to do while on the zipline were repeated often. The platforms and the establishment as a whole were well maintained and clean.

This is a great excursion for every age we had people in our group from 6-50 and everyone had a great time.

The tour that I did was the zip line and the jet boat after. I enjoyed doing the zip line there were seven zip lines and they were all really fun. The one complaint that I have though is I didn’t bring gym shoes and I called and asked him if they have gym shoes I can use and they said yes they have tennis shoes and then when I got there I asked for the tennis shoes and they said that’s just for the ropes course and I can just put a rubber band around my sandals. So I had to do the whole ropes course with socks sandals and two rubber bands and it was hard walking to each station and it was hard walking up the stairs. So I highly recommend if someone is going to do this to bring the proper equipment and the way that they can improve is providing tennis shoes or gym shoes for people who didn’t bring them. I also think it’s a bit overpriced $90 for seven lines but I think the jet boat tour after makes it worth it.
