The Resident Liverpool

Came to Liverpool for the Man City match and this hotel was phenomenal. The details and thoughtfulness of the room were an incredible value for the price, the location was excellent and the staff were polite and attentive. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and the price was much cheaper than the relative quality provided by the hotel.

Stayed at the Resident for a few days with my wife. Check In Check in was quick and efficient. Staff were pleasant and courteous throughout our stay. The whole hotel was spotless and clean. Room A lovely card to welcome us on our arrival which was personalized. We went for a superior room which was large and bright. Nicely decorated and was spotlessly clean. Bathroom was also large. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was a must in the heat wave as the windows don’t open. Mini-Kitchen was a good idea as the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant which wasn’t a problem with many restaurants and food outlets in easy walking distance. As many reviewers have mentioned before there was no noise. Location Hotel is situated in a lively central location on Seel Street and a short walk to the centre of Liverpool and approx. 15min walk to all the major attractions etc. Hotel was very close to Tesco’s which was very convenient to pick up supplies etc. It has room key access at the front door to enter and lifts so security is very good. Return We had a very pleasant stay. We would certainly come back if visiting Liverpool again. Keep up the good work to all staff you are doing a great job thanks.

Even though it is located in the city centre, the rooms are very quiet. Would happily visit the hotel again. All staff I met wad very kond and helpfull - from reception to the cleaning staff. Walking distance to the railway station.

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are small but well equipped. All the staff were helpful, friendly and most importantly HONEST!!! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone!!!

We are regular visitors to The Resident in Liverpool. All the staff from management to the housekeeping team are always friendly, helpful and will go out of their way to make our stay feel special. The hotel is situated in the middle of the city and is ideal for local bars, restaurants, shopping and landmarks. There's lots of parking nearby too and guests of the hotel can get discount as well as on restaurants and bars nearby. I would highly recommend The Resident Liverpool if your visiting the city

Great value. All staff were friendly on reception and the hotel was clean and had a nice feel to it. It’s worth joining their members club for the benefits that are available. I would definately recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

This was our second stay at the hotel. We visited this time to see OMD at the arena. We are members so we had the early check in (and a little better rate) which was quick and easy. Our room was clean and tidy and included the small kitchenette which is great. Tea and coffee pods are included. The staff were lovely and we enjoyed the hotels reception between 6pm-7pm for complimentary drinks and snacks which was a lovely start to our evening. There is no restaurant at the hotel but there are lots of eating establishments around which is fine for us as we don’t eat breakfast much. We would 100% stay here again. Visited Liverpool for a couple of days and stayed here for the night. It's an excellent hotel, they did everything perfectly. Every staff member I saw, from the check in staff to the room service staff, were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern and well designed, and has everything you'd want including a big smart TV (with casting support for your phone), big comfy bed, blackout curtains, mini safe, kitchenette with fridge, Nespresso machine, and even ice machines in the corridor. It's in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the centre, so easy to get around but it was nice and quiet at the hotel itself. Will definitely book here again next time I'm in Liverpool.

We stayed a few days for vacation. Very nice hotel, excellent service, and lovely room. The only small problem was a bit of noise from the bars nearby at night during the week-end. If we come back to Liverpool, we'll definitely stay again at The Resident.
