Club Resort Atlantis

Terrible, absolutely terrible. I can't explain how bad it was, the energy of the place is disgusting. The staff are unhappy, terrible, management is rude and doesn't solve any problems. Rooms are super old, food quality is bad and feels the same constantly - by the end of our 10 days holiday we were eating out because we felt sick of the food. We complained to love holidays while on holiday and they told us to do a formal complaint to the hotel, which is what we did but later they didn't acknowledge our complaints and love holidays told us we should of complained at the hotel, which is what we had already done but no one cared (although I provided proof). My complaint was then closed by both love holidays and the hotel without my consent. Coffee machines don't work, popcorn machine don't work, cleanliness is zero! No towels, sun beds are cheap and not cleaned. Drinks are super low quality and not all of the drinks are free. My child was crying throughout the whole holiday and just hated it and so did we. They call themselves 5 star BUT NO - absolute lie, in some websites they are 5 some they are 4 and some people have even commented 3. The so called child bed given was not even a was, literally a mattress put on concrete, we made our son sleep in between us for the whole 10 days because the bed was so hard. I am super super upset about this experience, my money went for a waste, my annual leaves went to waste - I just don't want anyone else to live the same experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY DIDN'T EVEN COMPENSATE ME AND WASTED MY TIME.

Excellent location on the beach and cove. Beach is average, safe as no waves. Beach had large amount of cigarette buds, not really pleasant. The cove was fantastic, clean water, some fish, secluded spot good for swimming. Hotel- rooms average, 3* max. Basic cleanliness, and decor with ok with 2-3 * quality of linen and furniture. Had to tell every day to clean the rooms and change towels! All staff very pleasant and happy help, however difficult due to language barrier unfortunately. Food- great effort and variety every day, no complaint. Average All Inclusive drinks, but good Beer (Efes). Food could do more with more vegetarian options and more lamb based meats rather than beef on daily basis. My main complaint is neither the booking agent (Broadway travel, UK) nor the Resort website gave any information any where that October half term is off season and La carte restaurants (Harry Potter kebab) were actually closed since September, and entertainment activity were also very limited. I think they should put this in black and white on the website. All in all, good vacation with family, friendly staff, good food but hotel/room could do with some energetic renovations!

beautyful hotel at the coast of Sigacik. Helpfull staff und friendly contacts. 12 years ago, I visited this Hotel last time and its still a fantastic Hotel. animation is very greatful.barkeeper and Restaurant service is perfect. Nice place.

Relaxing and peaceful place to stay. Set out as a lovely village as opposed to a hotel with private villas and small apartments. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. There are 3 pools to choose from and a private beach. The restaurant had a lot of options and there was always snacks available between meal times. I would definitely return. The only negative was that the room was basic but was clean and serviced every day.

The environment of the hotel is simply beautiful. Well maintained garden, everything was clean. Several options for swimming (3 pools, 2 beaches). The small bay belonging to the hotel is beautiful, feeding fish while snorkeling was fun. The food was excellent, huge choice. Daily cleaning, friendly staff. The only problem was the lack of small tables where to put our suitcases... when I asked for 2 of them, the receptionist said they had no such tables available (hard to believe).

What a great place!! Felt like a cool village. If you want fun - you can have it (darts 11.30). If you want to chill you can have that too. The Sun sets to the west too. Nice sunsets. We may have gone to the disco...blurry!! Absolutely perfect! x

Great place for families and people who want to have some rest, a lot of green, beatiful views. Very tasty food, especially dinners, helpful and nice service, waiters and bartenders on the top level. I really want to come back to that place.

Place is very beautiful. Food very tasty..... Service is very professional. Kids loved pools and slides. I recommend boat tour as an extra trip.... Very relaxing, beautiful bays great people one day on boat with food music sun and great views ....

Overall, it was a quite hotel for families. The entertainments (volleyball, table tennis, dart, especially water polo) were amazing. I enjoyed a lot. I really enjoyed with 'Iremsu', she was enjoyable person. Rooms were great However, there are some tiny bad things for me. The food could be a bit better. And, I was expecting SPA, HAMAM and other features for free. Lastly, I would see some entertainments for evenings. There were like concerts etc but maybe billiard, table tennis would be great. To summarize, the experience was awesome. And after that you can travel IZMIR, which is astonishing.

Mini club is great its fun everyone i let my little brother and he had great fun the Activities are fun and entertaining the night shows for children is fun and the dances zumba voleyball is great fun i highly recomend it
