Booked a spa day and afternoon tea package with my friend. We were greeted by a very sarcastic lady with red hair on the spa reception who laughed under her breath ever time we asked a question. I had booked a back, neck, shoulder and scalp massage but my treatment was cut short by 20 minutes as I asked for no oil to be used in my hair. We then used the thermal suite facilities and pool which were lovely. Then onto the afternoon tea where I was told by the lady with red hair I should of phoned in advance to let them know I was a vegetarian as it says on the confirmation email to call if you have any allergies. She advised there was no certainty they’d be able to make something for me. When we got to the restaurant it wasn’t a problem so it seemed she was making a fuss out of nothing. The food was ok but our tea never arrived. Overall the treatment was average and cut short. The facilities were lovely but the staff were rude.

I been looking forward to booking into the thermal suite for a while. The booking was for my partner who has stage 4 cancer and it would be fantastic for her well been. So I went on line to book in for Tuesday at 2pm. I had to register to book in which I did. Got a email to confirm the booking. Just before I told my partner I thought I would ring to see how many people could come on the booking. To my alarm I was told we couldn't go because I was not a gest or a member. Now I have been here many times before as I only live 5 minuets away. So to be told we were not aloud to book in after booking in online and getting confirmation I was a little confused. Now NO WERE on there website dose it state you can not book unless you are a gest or a member so I was a little upset as it would of been nice for partner. I did say I WAS looking at booking for some sort of message but have now reconsidered after he said that I could book in for spar treatment but not aloud to use the thermal suite. Very disappointed I even recommended a friend to look at getting marred at the last drop. I have now told them what has happened and will not be looking there now. We also have our annual sportsman dinner and charity night here. I will now be canceling this also. I also know a few other people that have events on at the last drop I will be telling them what has happened. When they find out it was for my partner I'm sure they also will be pulling out.

Came here on 14th July for a belated birthday treat (& kid free) of a spa day with afternoon tea & it was amazing from start to finish!

We started off with the yummy afternoon tea, went for our massage which was followed by use of the spa facilities.

We had prebooked the massage via spa seekers. When the lady from the spa phoned me to confirm times etc, I asked if we could do the be relaxed package with my partner which they was able to accommodate (greatly appreciated)

We had the lovely ladies Leeanne & Shaista talk us through what they were going to do during the massage & made us feel at ease. The massage I could highly recommend & were certainly relaxed afterwards - only downfall was time went too quick.

Afterwards we enjoyed the spa facilities - our favourite was probably the infinity pool, it was so chilled & relaxing.

Overall an amazing experience & hopefully come back again soon!

Me and my daughter visited here for a spa day and afternoon tea. The package was a good price and the spa facilities were lovely! They were clean and relaxing. We loved the thermal suite and outdoor infinity pool. We had a 50 minute treatment booked as part of the package and Paula Croft was our therapist. She was so lovely and pleasant and made us feel so relaxed. She was very knowledgeable about the products and sat us down before the treatment to go through each product, how it would be used and it's benefits. She gave us recommendations at the end of the session and made us aware of the best deals available at that time. She made the whole experience really enjoyable and relaxing and we would request to have her as our therapist next time as we felt amazing after our massages! Thanks so much Paula! Afternoon tea was delicious and was just a nice amount after a relax in the spa all day. Will definitely be returning here again!

Came to the spa for a spa day with treatment and afternoon tea. I had a be relaxed massage with leanne and she was absolutely amazing! Best massage I have ever had! Thanks so much. The spa was lovely but could do with some more changing cubicles for people who want to get dressed in private. The pool area was clean and the afternoon tea was delicious. Overall a really good day

Amazing spa day for husband and myself. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. I have to mention Nicola on Reception who juggled our times around to fit extra treatments in for us. Also, the amazing Leanne who did my treatments, so attentive and really understood what I wanted. Thank you all, see you again!

Amazing Spa day - the club team were all so helpful and ensured we knew what to expect from our day. Facilities were exceptionally clean considering how many people were in.
The girl on reception (long black hair) was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for her.

We were very impressed when we arrived because the grounds and the setting is beautiful. We received a really warm welcome from the staff at reception and because it was our first time they took the time to explain everything to us about the facilities. The leisure area, with different steam and sauna rooms and the infinity pool with the outdoor aspect is just fantastic. I do spa days and breaks on a regular basis and have never seen a leisure area with so much choice and so well layed out.
We then went upstairs for our treatments and again we loved the way the space was sectioned with relaxation and coffee/tea room being separate.
My therapist Tara was brilliant, she was knowledgable, friendly and very adept at her job. I had a back massage and it was one of the best i have ever had, i also had a mini facial which was a first for me but Tara has now converted me. She took time to explain the masques she used on me and what results i could expect, i would reccommend her in an instant. We then went to the relaxation area and had our prosecco, thank you Kamran.
We enjoyed every minute of our day and everyone we met was friendly, eager to help and happy. Well done Village Spa :))

Recommend facilities, wide choice big pool, clean, helpful staff and friendly locals.relaxing and good reading spot
