Best Western Forest & Vale Hotel

The hotel was well placed for the visits we wished to make. The rooms were clean large and airy. The catering was excellent as were the prices. The staff we especially pleasant and helpful. I'm sure they sprayed them with some secret pleasantness formula!

Lovely hotel, Room was very big lovely comfortable king size bed , big bathroom immaculately clean 👌 staff were very helpful. I'd highly recommend this hotel. Parking available right next to the hotel. Also in a great location just along from the high street.

A lovely hotel in a lovely location. Very pretty little town. The hotel has maintained all it's features and although we weren't able to sit outside due to the weather, the grounds looked very nice too. Only thing I would change is the bathroom. Felt quite stark and could be made more luxurious and in keeping with the rest of the hotel for minimal cost. Parking very good. Evening meal was lovely and the staff were lovely and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 2 nights in February,excellent location just near the town centre,we had breakfast and an evening meal and the food was excellent,all staff were very friendly and helpful, we would highly recommend

Staff could not be more helpful and friendly, big range of items on the breakfast menu evening meal was tasty, and a good range of drinks at the bar. Hotel situated just right, easy walk into town. Room was clean and as expected.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. It's in a very good central location in the town and has loads of off road parking. All of the staff were very pleasant and very helpful. We had a ground floor room, which was warm and very comfortable, with good facilities There was a very good breakfast menu with lots if options. We had the full English, which was nicely cooked and very tasty. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would definately visit again!

The staff were excellent and really looked after us, the quality of the food was very good and the room clean and spacious, overall we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the area.

Great stay, lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Very nice menu with a wide choice all well cooked and presented. Freshly prepared breakfast with nothing to much trouble to prepare for you. We stayed in room one which is a large room with views over the garden.

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Forest and Vale. The hotel is spotlessly clean the beds are extremely comfortable. Bathroom with huge fluffy towels, and the food as really, really superb, oh yes and the staff are pretty brilliant as well Don't miss it.

A brilliant hotel in such a good position for Pickering centre and also the east coast. All staff exemplary for a start. Lovely smiley welcome & free upgrade on one of the two rooms. Breakfast was a great experience, lovely food well cooked and a smiley, happy staff member serving us (Gabi) Our rooms were good and we had no noise from the road. We used the bar area and, again, staff happy and obliging and a bit of banter which is always good! Jacqui checked us out and was very helpful regarding future visits. She said we could leave the car in the car park whilst we had a walk around Pickering & even use the toilets before we left for the coast! Thank you Jacqui The whole ambience of the hotel is great. You won’t be disappointed. We will return with the rest of our group who couldn’t make this visit.
