Excellent location. The bedroom was brilliant, bed so comfortable, different types of pillows, bathroom with lots of cosmetic products. Excellent breakfast with big variety. Possibility to book for a private spa service, very recommended. Finally, we would like to highlight the excellent amability of the employees, which were taking care about us at every moment. Absolutely, best hotel to stay in Roma! We will repeat it soon!

Location located in Monti a very central district, walking distance to the Coliseum, Santa Maria Maggiore or Termini train station. Monti is not a core touristic area, so it’s easy to find nice restaurants, bars or shops for locals, giving you a true Italian experience. The street is calm by night and with a low traffic frequency. The hotel Nice boutique hotel with only 13 rooms and 4 stories integrated into a typical building that must have been renovated recently. Clean and warm bedrooms with a proper size if you’re spending all day out and just looking for a hotel to sleep and charge you batteries by night. Roof top bar is a nice place to have a drink at the end of the day. The staff and service Great staff with no exceptions, very friendly! The hotel also provides a useful WhatsApp service offering you help to anything you might need while visiting Rome, such as tickets, restaurant tips, taxi drivers, etc. Great breakfast with plenty different solutions. I already miss that :) Bedrooms Good king size beds. Nice shower and very clean toilets. Good housekeeping service. Not so good: Maybe it would be nicer to have closed wardrobes, to avoid looking into your clothes all the time while in the room and definitely should have one or two drawers. Amenities Compacted (in size) but nice gym. SPA is just a very short facility providing an extra slice of comfort.

Wow! We picked this hotel as it’s number 1 on here and it did not disappoint! The room was lovely & spacious, very clean and modern. The area was a close walk to the Colosseum & had plenty of nice bars and restaurants nearby. It also wasn’t a far walk to a metro station or to the main tourist attractions; a great base for getting around by foot. The service - we’ve never experienced anything like it, we felt so welcome from the moment we walked in & nothing was too much trouble! The men working on reception (there were 3 different ones during our stay) were all so friendly & helpful, plus every member of staff was so lovely. Colorado in particular when we checked in was so helpful, circling all of the best places to visit on a map - which we used a lot. Every time we left the hotel the team would check if we needed anything at all, they also called us a taxi when we needed. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. I’m gluten intolerant & there was bread, biscuits, cookies, cheese, meats & hot food available, plus any hot drink or juice you might want. In the evening they hold a “happy hour” which is free wine/prosecco & snacks - a lovely way to start the evening & despite it being a small hotel there’s a bar, outdoor terrace & roof terrace to enjoy it on. We had some drinks from the bar late at night and took them up to the roof terrace and it was a lovely place to unwind. We would definitely visit again next time we are in Rome!

The hotel itself is well located, in walking distance from the Colosseum and forum. Other main sights in walking distance are piazza di Spagna, monumento Vittorio Emanuele II, Trevi fountain,... Also close to the metro station Cavour. From the first entry we were warmly greated and during the stay nothing was too much to ask. All staff was very courteous and professional with great attention to details and all our needs. We were there around valentine's day and on Valentine's itself we found a personal card and some sweets in the room, it's small things like these that make this a great place to be. All rooms were perfectly clean and well maintained. The breakfast was of good quality and choice. In the immediate surroundings are numerous little restaurants and the front desk was very helpful in choosing and suggesting the right ones. At 6pm, there is a complimentary happy hour with drinks and snacks. We will come back for sure.

Fantastic little hotel in the middle of a more quiet/cozy part of Rome which is still very central. Everything can be reached easily by foot. The rooms are clean, modern and large + the staff is fantastic. They do a phenomenal job and all of them are very welcoming. Really great experience. One of the best hotels I have stayed in so far. We would definitely come back.

My wife and I spend 4 nights at the Dharma Hotel and Spa in January. It was simply ones of the best stays we had in our life. From our first contact with the hotel (we had to drop our bags before returning the rental car), we felt special. The helper told us not to worry and he was right. When we returned, our luggage were in our room. We were greeted by Gian-Luca and he went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The other front desk (Rafael and Colorado (yes that is his name) were as wonderful. During the entire stay, it was one moving touch after the other. They made us expresso and cappuccino at all time of day and night. My wife is very specific on how she likes her cappuccino and they made sure she was satisfy. We could not get a reservation at a restaurant and ask Gian-Luca to call and we not only got a reservation but we got special treatment. They arranged taxi and transportation and were truly happy to help. The best kept secret is Maura. She is the one cooking everything they serve for breakfast and she is amazingly gifted. Every single item she cooks is delicious. She makes these truffles from scratch which are to die for. Gian-Luca introduced us to them on our first night and Maura made some the night before we left. And here is the perfect example of how much attention the staff has for their guests. On our final morning, as we are having our last breakfast, Gian-Luca and Maura presented my wife with a life present: 3 of Maura truffles wrapped in a gift wrapping. This melted our heart. I know where we are staying next time we are going to Rome: the Dharma Boutique Hotel and Spa!

This cute little hotel is perfectly located and such a delight. The atmosphere is intimate and personal. Great selection of breakfast and there is a happy hour (which is more than an hour, 6-8pm) where you can drink wine and eat snacks for free. We immediately felt welcome and at home in our spacious and tastefully decorated room. Thank you so much for your friendly guidance during our short but sweet trip :)

It takes a lot for me to write a review but here I am. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. As everyone else has said, the staff are incredible - friendly, great recommendations and seem to genuinely care about you having a nice stay. HOTEL The hotel room did everything a hotel room needs to do (comfortable bed, decent shower etc) and was clean and tidy. Also, the hotel offers a great breakfast and a daily happy hour for free drinks/buffet! Lovely atmosphere and super tasty! The rooftop was a really great place to chill as the sun goes down too. LOCATION The location is excellent! Really close to a lot of the main tourist hotspots but, perhaps more importantly, there is so much good food surrounding the hotel! Check out Mizio’s, Pasta Urbana, Trieste Pizza, Fatamorgana and Ce Stamo a Pensà. It felt very safe walking around generally and the street looks lovely at nighttime! Thank you to everyone at the hotel for giving us an amazing stay away! I’m sure we’ll be back at some point!

We recently stayed 3 nights in the junior suite and we loved every minute. From the moment you arrive the staff could not be any more accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. The junior suite has a double ended bath and a giant circular bed. A firestick is also provided with the tv. The rooms and common areas are beautifully and tastefully decorated and feel very luxurious. Breakfast was lovely and a good selection available. There is a happy hour in the evening with complimentary drinks and snacks, we found this to be a very nice touch. A couple of glasses of Prosecco and a snack was a lovely way to start our evenings before heading out for dinner. The hotel is within walking distance of all the popular tourist spots although you might prefer to taxi/metro to the Vatican. We walked and found it just fine stopping for a look in some shops or for refreshments along the way. The staff were very helpful in providing maps, directions and recommendations. If we ever go back to Rome I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.
