We enjoyed our holiday a lot! BM was nothing short from exceptional! Why we liked it? - gorgeous pier with the loungers and cabanas on the beach - all inclusive resort with a boutique hotel vibe - tasty and fresh food and drinks (desserts not quite to our liking, but nevertheless looking good) - a decent small gym - 15€ taxi ride to Alanya - some really thoughtful treats on my birthday 🎁 - very good level of service, personal - attentive but not overwhelming

The hotel is a good size and not too busy , we always got a Sunbed on the beach or pier . The cabanas are nice to sit in and you get drinks and food served all day . Hotel reception was ok , not the most helpful , I asked for sheets at nightime to go to bed as all the sheets had been taken for some reason and I had nothing to sleep under . Took an hour and several attempts to get sheets ! Food was good but a bit boring after a week but was nice . Spa looked nice but steam room and salt room smelt musty . Indoor and outdoor pool freezing cold . The one thing that made our holiday was Murat the barman , so friendly and always met with a big smile , makes the best drinks . Feel we made a good friend in Murat , such a nice young man . Would give Murat himself 5 star review 👍🏼 The drinks make this hotel with all being premium drinks and plenty of them . Just feel there’s a bit of lack of effort with the rest of the hotel .

The reception and service was terrible, very unpleasant and rude. (only two bartenders were good and friendly). We didn't get a la carte restaurant, the reservation was cancelled several times, due to some other event and due to the weather. How can such a hotel afford to be affected by the weather? We were not even offered any alternative. They didn't even try to fix anything and we never had an a la carte dinner during our vacation (7 nights). Last day they didn't even let us know that the a la carte meal was canceled again, they said they called us the room, but obviously we weren't in the room on the day. They had also the reservation details to contact us! We got dressed nicely and went to the a la carte restaurant, where we discovered that nothing was happening. It didn't rain then, but was danger. Yes, you can't resist the weather, but for this occasion there must be an alternative, even to send something pleasant to the room, even left a note on the door of the room or asked the cleaner to leave messages it in the room etc. It wasn't our fault that the previous dinner were also canceled (one of them because of another event). They didn't even take any responsibility or offer any alternative. The reception only told us that it was canceled due to rain and that’s it! When we said it was already multiple cancellations, they couldn't say anything, their attitude was terrible! Was very boring to eat every day at same buffet and sometimes at the snack bar on the beach. The food quality was good, but the selection was small. For the first time we see such a hotel with so few options in terms of food. It was pleasant that there was a large selection of drinks, although only two bartenders were capable of making drinkable cocktails. Others were always in a bad mood and repeatedly made cocktails that were not drinkable. It was also very clear that the employees were very stressed. The SPA was terrible. In itself, it looked good and new. But there was nowhere to put your things, the saunas smelled incredibly bad, the hammam was several days in cold. The steam room smelled very bad. The salt bath smelled like someone had peed in it. It was impossible to be in these saunas. The hot tub was completely cold. The evening program was more or less, the drum show was the only good performance this week and really high quality. Also if it rained there was no evening program or entertainment, no alternatives are offered there. The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms very nice, new and clean. The pier was special, although away from the hotel, the hotel is not located on the beach. For the first time in Turkey we got such a bad hotel, the price of this hotel was much higher than the hotels we took before. Especially our opinion was ruined because the a la carte was REPEATEDLY cancelled and no alternative was found. I don't like giving negative feedback at all. I am very sad that I had such a vacation, but unfortunately I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very luxury, very clean and very, very pleasant. The personnel very friendly and polite and making sure that you are ok. Always ready to get anything you want. The suite was great. Nice livingroom with a comfortable couch and a bureau, enough cupboard space with a safe. Airconditioned when I arrived. The separate bedroom had a minibar, a big sidetable and a coffee table with two chairs. Also a smart TV with Netflix etc. The bathroom was very big, with a kingsize jacuzzi, washing table with big mirror. Separate in the spacy bathroom a very nice overhead rain shower and a hand shower and a efficient toilet. Diner and breakfast were exquisite in their health choices and presentation. Within 50 meters from the hotel you can enter the fabulous pier for the hotelguests who prefer seawater over the pools. the pier splits at 2/3 of the total length in two halfrounds that have stairs and landings to the seawater. On the halfrounds the so-called cabana's are situated that provide privacy in sunbathing and a shadow space with a relax couch. At the end, where the two halfrounds meet there is a restaurant with excellent food served the whole day. The personell of the bar come over on a regular basis to serve drinks and bites. In the evening here is the place to be for music entertainment of a good quality level. On sundays here is also the mini concert performed by an excellent string-quartet I had high expectations but I must say that the whole Blue Marlin experience has exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend this luxury resort to everyone !

After a bad start,we enjoyed our holiday. We had paid for a pool view, checked with our travel agent to confirm and yes we had,to be told none available, we where offered a family room the only available with pool view, but I had to pay extra 300 euros, not so good but I paid, then last night speaking to an Estonian couple they arrived to same problem, there is six in there party,they were all allocated 3 family rooms,but no charge to them,so what I would like explaining to me is what is the difference, it wasn't my fault you had no pool view rooms,this was very unfair,even guest relations lady thought it unfair. so for this reason I would never return.On a fair view the Hotel is spotlessly clean,and the staff are fantastic, great drinks ,food typical all inclusive a bit repetitive, but always able to find something, snacks were very good, as was the pier with good entertainment, if when Hotel reviews this they would like to reimburse my 300 euros that would be great customer service 🤣🤣feel free to contact me 🤣🤣

We just return home from our 9 night stay in the Blue Merlin with my husband. We read all reviews before selecting this hotel. So, we expected it to be good as the 90% of reviewers said. What we did not expect was the level of care and interaction from the hotel team. We were greeted with a fruit basket on arrival and were given a bottle of nice wine at the end. From day one, we were contacted by Yana, who was helping us and answering all questions! I had the misfortune of get ill during our holidays and, again, there was a lot off attention and help, not only from Yana, but, from hotel Managers Ali and Bulent. The whole hotel team are working hard to provide a spotless clean environment. They are all friendly, smiling and ready to do anything that you are ask! We travel a lot, and I did not see before a hotel, where your problem actually WAS sorted in 10 min! The beach deck and bar were good- you can relax, swim and have any drinks! The choice of music is great . Really, we did enjoy our stay. There are probably things to be improved- there is no absolute perfection in the world anywhere! However, a beautiful hotel is not beautiful without a great team. We were really glad to be in this hotel, where everyone from reception attendants to the hotel Manager is approachable, helpfull and friendly. Thank you everyone and especially Yana, Ali and Bulent. While we are still staying at the Blue Marlin Hotel, we would like to thank its staff for their attentiveness and care for hotel guests. Especially the helpful and professional waiter Dogan, who works so quickly and efficiently. And the bartender Gagri, who works in a wonderful beach bar, spoils us with very tasty cocktails and a great mood. We recommend the hotel to those who want a quiet vacation with quality music, more suitable for adults, as there is not much entertainment for children.

The hotel does not look like the picture, I do not recommend it for families with children, they do not have entertainment for children, nor for adults, the beach is almost non-existent, they have a pontoon on which you go to the beach, entry into the steep water and very deep water 2 meters from the shore, the food not excellent, small and cramped rooms, clean but there were problems, water was leaking from the air conditioner and from the ceiling of the bathroom, grease covered by washables in the bathroom and at the reception, the pool is very small, not enough sunbeds at the pool. A very uninspired choice. I do not recommend.

Im very happy visiting this place, i hope everyone that comes here enjoyed! The night menager Hasip Bey was the best and there for help, it was my birthday and he make the organization!
