This is one of the most beautiful and well preserved valleys I have seen. The descension is breathtaking and well worth the many steps to get down. The stairs built to take you down to the valley are well made and sturdy. This is not a location suitable for anyone with a walking disability but the view from the top is incredible. One of my favourite sites in Kapadokya.

An incredibly beautiful part of the world, you should definitely visit it and enjoy every moment spent there. I hope to have the opportunity to come back there again, this time in the autumn period of the year

We stayed here as a base for hiking the Ihlara Valley, and ended up extending our stay because we liked it so much. The hotel is an interesting complex of rooms that seems to spread out over several buildings. The rooms were nicely decorated and large, although in our case the plumbing was not quite up to the standard of the rest of the room. Our room opened onto a large patio, which had an excellent view of the valley. However for some reason there was always loud music playing. Personally I would have preferred a more peaceful environment, but maybe this is something that the other guests enjoy. I would suggest at least turning the music off by 10 p.m. at night. The restaurant was excellent and we were pleased with how many vegetarian options were available at the buffet. The staff are very friendly. The town itself is quiet and laid-back, and is a nice alternative to the other developed towns in the area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone who has a few extra days to spend in Cappadocia!

This is a unique hotel in an equally unique location. We keep coming back! It is a fascinating and atmospheric town set in fabulous natural scenery, and ideal to spend the night before a trek in the Ihlara Valley nearby. The narrow cobbled and winding streets look as though time forgot them. There is no better place to watch the sunset behind Mount Hasan than the terrace outside our rooms. Add the warm and attentive service, this makes for an authentic experience for travellers rather than tourists.

I have a chance to experience this hotel recently with family. Very good hotel and friendly smiling staff. We had dinner in hotel as well. Very reasonable prices for food and drink. I highly recommend Peri Bacalari Wine. Our room was spacious and very comfortable.

We went the place as a group and stayed 2 nights. It has a magnificent landscape view. It is just in the middle of the village. When you are walking around you can talk to locals which I like very much. Breakfast and dinner was ok. In the hotels like this, I wish to see and taste more local foods which there were none. Gulseren at the restaurant was very helpful. For the rooms, I had to say, I didnt like. I am very sensitive to smell, and the toilet was smelling very badly. The shower and the toilet was just so close and there was no separator btw two. The rooms was stone house style with a high ceiling. Because of the curtains I think, the room was so gloomy for me. The only good thing about the was cotton quilt. There is no refrigerator. I dont think I will stay in this hotel again.

I stayed at the hotel for one night as part of a tour of Cappadocia and it was a unique experience both for the stunning views and the incredible rooms built within caves. And the restaurant was also a surprise with a nice buffet and very good food. I will come back !

The room was nice, the only real problem being the lack of a fridge. Although the hotel grounds enjoy good views, they have not really made the most of it. Just acres of bare concrete with nothing but a few hard wooden chairs to sit on. Breakfast was rather mediocre, and because they don't start serving until 8am there is a big rush to get tables and food.
