Oksijen Zone Hotels Uludag

A fantastic experience staying in Oksigen Zone Hotel for three days! Comfortable rooms, tasty foods as well as elegant music performance during dinner time, and, most importantly, waiters and waitresses are enormously considerate! The ski equipment service center within the hotel has very easy access to cable cars that bring you to mountain top in several minutes. Bars, views and certainly slops staring from the top are all impressive. Kids enjoyed skiing there pretty much though there was a day in which it was so foggy that cable cars were closed for half a day.

We were disappointed at check in, no alcohol is served in the buffet restaurant. And they were very strict about it. Alcohol is only served at A La carte restaurant. Although supposedly it’s an all inclusive hotel, they offer you tea but coffee is chargeable outside the tea time. To my surprise at dinner, a table was served Raki ( Turkish alcohol). When I challenged them, the manager gave an illogical explanation. An insult to my intelligence .Principle is principle and should be implemented on all guests. Not to mention if you want to use the hamam, bring your soap, shampoo, towel from your room. Although location, food and very few staff are good. So dear readers think twice before booking in this hotel, they might spoil your joy.

Very clean and cozy rooms. They staff are are extremely friendly and helpful. Learnt how to ski with the friendliest ski instructor and overall had an amazing time. Food at the hotel did not disappoint either. Looking forward to coming back.

Our first time come to turkey and going to ski resort in Uludag. Everything was good and enjoy all facilities. Good location and very hospitality. Good idea for couple and family. Very Recommended for back stay in Oksijen zone hotel It was amazing trip in Uludag. Thanks

Rooms are clean and staff is smiling. My experience was largely positive, with a few areas for improvement. The hotel’s location in downtown was ideal for exploring the city, offering easy access to local attractions and public transportation. The staff were welcoming and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing.

very nice and comfortable hotel i spend very good time with my family , had a amazing spa and turkish bath , there is a playing area for kids , its was snowing so we played multiple snow games , recommended hotel

In my opinion, it is the most beautiful hotel in Uludağ. First of all, it is a brand new facility. The rooms are definitely as good as premium European ski hotels and definetely ahead of typical Uludağ hotels. The jacuzzi and fireplace in our room were two very well thought out important details and joys. The meals were very delicious. Even our son, who generally does not eat everything, ate the meals food with great pleasure. The whole hospitalty team is always by your side to make you happy. At the Cafe that complements the facility, a hot sahlep after skiing or their famous pizza from the stone oven are mindblowingly delicious. Imagine, 3 different musical groups and a Circus show group took the stage for New Year's Eve. A wonderful Spa has been established within the hotel for those who are interested. Even this is enough to show the vision of the hotel. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve as a family. Heartfelt thanks to the entire team. I definitely recommend the hotel to all families, as well as couples. Thank you Oksijen.

Otel çok güzel aktivitelerle dolu. Sıla hanım ve bütün çalışan ekip da çok yardımcı oluyor The hotel is full of activities it’s very fun we had unforgettable experience. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

It’s the second time we are staying at this hotel The location is easy to access lifts But i want to talk about 2 points which we experienced in our both travels: It somehow stinks every where especially in lobby and corridors. And the second one is the full trash baggages are spread in every stairs !!!! I even can’t believe There was no welcome in our both entrance! No one was available for carrying our luggage. This time we are here in the last days of season but i wish this hotel was closed same as many good quality places in the area. The food is not acceptable at all, our bathroom was not clean in our entrance !!there was a half used shampoo left I even dont know what to nag about

Shame on a luxury hotel to do such with me. Today 6 February there is an earthquake in Istanbul i called them since yesterday that im stuck in the airport and they did not even help with offering refund or transport us from airport. They are requesting 5000 Turkish lira for 1 car. Although there is an earthquake and people are dying they care only for the money and the reservation. This is a big shame for a luxury hotel to do so. I had reservations with 4 other hotels and they all did me refund except oksijen zone Uludagh. Zero rating if there is no humanity and since of humor
