Drive real earth-moving machines at Dig This® Book your choice of any of our machines: our Caterpillar D5K Track-Type Bulldozer, Caterpillar 3I5CL Hydraulic Excavator, Skid Steer, or Mini Excavator. When taking the controls of our massive machines, we want to make sure that you are safe at all times. We start each session with a quick overview of the safety procedures that we require you to follow while digging. After you pass the breathalyzer test, you get fitted for your super-cool neon yellow vest and hardhat! (Beware! Your Dig is non-refundable if you fail the breathalyzer test). Our instructors walk you through every lever, button, and thing-a-majig that you need to know to maneuver our machines with the grace of a ballerina. After just a short time of in-cab training, you'll be Operating like a Pro! Come dressed for the outside conditions and please wear hard soled and closed toed shoes.

We did the kids dig for my 5 year old. Each session is 15 minutes so I actually booked 2 sessions. I sent a message on their chat asking to combine my sessions (online it assumes you are booking for 2 children). They were very responsive and someone called me back right away and combined my two sessions. We actually arrived about an hour early (weren't sure how long it would take) and they were even able to accommodate us and allow us to start early. It was really fun and my son loved it! I highly recommend this activity.

We took my son here for his 3rd birthday as he LOVES construction. He was stoked he got to operate his own mini excavator, even named Rubble. (If you know, you know) I cannot say enough good things. Taylor aka Tiny, was super friendly and a great instructor. There was one other child so plenty of social distancing and everything was disinfected. If you or your kid love construction, go! It's so worth it. We will definitely visit again.

My 14 year old got to drive the bulldozer. He said it was so fun and exhilarating — and a leap of faith— driving that huge and powerful machine and going straight up and straight down when you can’t really see what you’re doing but have to trust the process. As a driver, he would definitely recommend it to others, and as a fan I will tell you it was very exciting to watch.

We were at the facility at the end of February because I bought the experience as a gift for my Fiancé. He has always wanted to drive heavy equipment so this was perfect for him. The staff was so friendly. The facility is BIG with plenty of parking. The waiting area was comfy with toys for the kids and march you could buy to mark the occasion. We went for the Big Excavator Experience and it did NOT disappoint. The instructor Timothy or Thomas (I cant remember, I'm so sorry!!) was professional, fun and engaging even with us spectators. He had on a cast in a sling poor guy but he had the best personality. The experience was 90mintues. You watch a safety video, take a breathalyzer, put on your safety vest and head set and you're good to go. Once inside the equipment the instructor gives very detailed safety and operation instructions and the spectators get to sit outside in a shaded outdoor area cordoned off just for us. We also get to wear headsets so we can hear everything that's going on. I was able to take lots and lots of photos and videos and I was able to interact with my fiancé while he was doing his thing. Once thats all done (and believe me it goes by FAST) you get a certificate and a chance to buy a photo plaque that is really great quality, or you can just buy the photos. We loved the experience and we will definitely be back!!! Also important to note there's experiences for kids too

I took a group of 5 friends from LA here the other day on a whim, and it is like every kid's dream. The instructors are super positive, friendly and make you feel very safe but also encourage you to make the most of the experience and have fun playing with the equipment. The feeling of moving huge amounts of earth with the excavator and bulldozer, doing digger push ups, and smashing apart a car was like nothing else. I'll almost certainly be back, this might be the most fun thing ever,

My wife has trouble walking due to multiple surgeries but the staff at Dig This set up a shallow-stepped staircase so she could get into the mini excavator with ease. The instructor gave clear, humorous directions via headphones. She enjoyed every minute of digging holes, filling them in, and some precision moving objects around. Worth every penny!

We were in Vegas for about a week. Did everything, but Dig This was the best thing we did! So much fun. Lake was a great instructor and it was so awesome. Adults loved it and everyone to my 10 year old loved it. Must do it again.

My 4 year old was bored! We did the mini excavator so he could sit on my lap, but you’re not allowed to drive it anywhere. You’re basically stationary in a little stall where you can dig a hole in the rocks. There was also an employee standing right next to us, correcting every little thing. Not fun for my kid, who has envisioned getting to drive around and do some digging himself.

This was great . We took my 10 year old grandson , and got to operate a Cat excavator . He drove all by himself , dug a 10' trench, back filled the trench . Move basket balls with the excavator bucket . The Instructor was terrific , gave him instruction with radio head sets , and we could listen to what was going on .

I cane and did the 90 minute excavator. The business was clean, the staff practiced social distancing and wore masks. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from booking to instruction. Special shout-out to Riccardo, who kept the instruction focused, yet light and entertaining. I would come back.
