We had a fabulous few hours exploring beautiful Bath in the company of Sue who was an excellent guide. We were a party of 2 adults and 2 teenage girls (who are great Jane Austen fans) and Sue's superb knowledge of the history of Bath and particularly Jane Austen made it a great experience. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Sue was an excellent guide, on time, informative and engaging throughout the tour. She took time to find out our particular interests and adapted the tour to embrace these. We would highly recommend her.

Absolutely great! Lead by extremely professional and knowledgeable volunteers. Definitely do this and the Roman Baths on a day in Bath. It is also completely free -- they won't even accept tips!

Sue met us on the afternoon we arrived in Bath. She led us on a well-paced, interesting walkabout, during which we learned a terrific amount about the architecture, history, and culture of Bath. Sue is a former teacher, and she is a gifted storyteller. She is also a gracious and thoughtful person, and it was a delight to spend the afternoon with her. We all felt we had made a friend, who shared her love of her city with us. We highly recommend Sue Swainbank.

We took this tour on one of the Christmas Market weekends and Bath was packed! Sue was unfazed and we had a wonderful 2 hours, full of information. Sue was happy to answer any personal questions, take photos and was very knowledgeable. We were a group of very mixed ages and we all thoroughly enjoyed the tour - well worth the money!

Sue was fun to be with, very accommodating and easy to understand. She has a great knowledge of the city and history and gave pointers for places we could come back to on our own, which we did and enjoyed. We did a private tour of the heart of the city and sue accommodated our wishes, we had w wonderful time.

We found Sue from a walking guide search which led us to www.bathtours.org.uk.
A quick email led to everything falling into place with excellent pre-tour communication, simple meeting arrangements and a punctual start to a fantastic tour.
Somehow we had never been to Bath before and wanted to see all the highlights in the short space of time allowed on our return to Kent from the Wye valley.
So we went for the "Highlights of Bath" 2 hour walking tour.
This we achieved and so much more. We were treated to an in depth knowledge of Bath, it's buildings and architecture, history, inhabitants, architects, Jane Austin, the Baths and so many other fascinating bits and pieces. Men with pigs and men with mistresses and I learnt so much about our Kings and Queens.
And I saw the rugby club!
Sue is an enthusiast, cheerful and knowledgeable and I recommend her tours unreservedly

12 of my Chinese students and I had a tour with Moira for 2 hours. She was fantastic - met us straight of the bus and gave us a great tour of Bath. She even adjusted the tour a little bit to include some boutique shops as a couple of the girls had said they were looking to do some shopping later on in the day. She really brought Bath to life for us and pitched it perfectly considering our students speak English as a second language!
