It is with great pleasure to express my utmost appreciation for the spectacular Pillows Hotel in the Netherlands. My partner and I were blessed to spend a week at this luxurious establishment, where we celebrated our engagement in style. From the moment we set foot in the hotel, we were greeted by an exceptional team of staff members who went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met. The concierge team, comprising of Joeki, Michael, Darin, and Joan, were a veritable fount of knowledge, always on hand to offer their invaluable assistance and recommendations. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the sumptuous breakfast buffet at the restaurant. Every morning, we were treated to a veritable feast, masterfully prepared by the talented chefs. And of course, we cannot forget the lovely Bita and Francesca, who served us with the utmost grace and charm, going out of their way to make us feel at home. Our evenings were equally delightful, thanks to the enchanting VanOost Restaurant. The restaurant's resident gin specialist, Luca, was a true delight, conjuring up divine mocktails and cocktails that were simply out of this world. And his charming demeanor and genteel manners were the cherry on top of an already perfect evening. However, what truly set Pillows Hotel apart was the exemplary service provided by Carles Hervas, the guest relations manager. Carles proved to be a veritable maestro, seamlessly curating every aspect of our engagement celebration with precision and care. From makeup artists to photographers and activity recommendations, Carle left no stone unturned, ensuring that our special day was nothing short of perfect. In closing, I would wholeheartedly recommend Pillows Hotel to anyone seeking an exceptional travel experience in the Netherlands. With its exceptional staff, luxurious amenities, and personalized approach, this hotel is the epitome of class and refinement. I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. For my birthday. Everything was Amazing at Pillows. i felt welcomed from the First Moment. From the check in with the sparkles ti the cake in my room tò celebrate my birthday. I felt at home. Every single Person from the staff came to me to congratulate me for my birthday, what and attentive staff. I Will be back for sure.

We've had a great weekend at Pillows Mauritspark. We felt very welcome and the staff did everything to make our stay relaxed and careless. A nice morning walk in the park on Sunday, before having breakfast. We enjoyed the facilities at the hotel, like private sauna, hydro massage and the facilities at the Living and not to forget the Valet parking. It's a 30 min walk to the Rijksmuseum (it's also possible to bo by tram) and just a few stops with the tram to the center. I would say it's also a great place to bring business partners for dinner meetings. It is an inspiring hot spot where energy flows!

The 5 Star service was exceptional! In addition ALL the restaurants were OUTSTANDING!!! The location was great also. We were able to walk to the museums as well as catch trains from this location without having to endure the noise of the city. The morning breakfast is FABULOUS!!!

Absolutely outstanding stay. Me and my boyfriend were there for a “staycation” we were greeted on entry and made to feel very special with all our requests met. Not only are the staff a pleasure, the interior is so so cosy! And the bed!! Well that’s something else. Really special trip, we will be back!

The Pillows Amsterdam is located in a wonderful building and in front of the beautiful Oosterpark. The room has a modern design and is luxurious. The restaurant and service is very good en hospitable. We enjoyed it very much and I am Bente grateful for this experience!

Lovely staff Everybody in the hotel was super friendly and made us feel welcome . The room had a nice park view and we had an Amazing a la carte breakfast . We olso made use of the welnes which was private and relaxing with some nice tea and fresh fruits to go with it Over all amazing hotel on a good location

We had a very nice stay in the hotel located in a quiet area a little behind the city center and on the edge of a pretty park. The welcome and service provided by the staff are attentive. The decoration of the hotel is very neat and subtle. The room is impeccable, exemplary clean and well equipped.

The pillow hotel service, cleaness, location & Staff were amazing. Also there is a very nice and wide garden on the back of the hotel👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 the location is great in quite area but near to all city transport 😍
