Mermaid Spa

My second visit at Mermaid Spa. Very professional service delivered in a friendly atmosphere. Full body massage was amazing and I felt very relaxed after. Highly recommended. I cannnot wait for my next appointment ❤️

I cannot praise the spa enough. The staff there are incredibly professional but also really down to earth. This was my second visit as a resident in the village. The treatment really helped my old legs. Plus the views over the estuary when you enter and exit are amazing. Thank you so much ladies x

Couple of weeks ago my partner and I visited the spa and was greeted with such a warm and lovely welcoming. We were both booked in for a full body massage. I had the option to change treatment as my back needed more attention, however my partner didn’t get the option which I think is unfair. Myself and my partner have had many massages in the past but I had never felt so comfortable and relaxed until now. Celyth is such a lovely and kind young lady who I can tell loves doing what she does and is very good at it, so thank you. However, my partner didn’t have the best experience, I believe her therapist was called Teleri and was very harsh and too painful. My partner can take deep pressure but asked her to ease off but she didn’t listen. My partner says that she couldn’t relax as the room was way too hot. After our treatment we sat down to relax and spoke to Sian, who was absolutely lovely and gave us information about the village and suggested some areas to visit. We really enjoyed our visit to the Spa and north wales. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to explore the village however, we will be back 😊

We visited Mermaid Spa today and were welcomed and greeted warmly at the door by the staff. We chose the Mermaid package and after our requirements were discussed, we both received the best massage we can remember having. Absolute bliss! Thank you so much to all of the staff who looked after us today, you made us feel comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend Mermaid Spa!

So, all they had left to offer for the 3 of us was ‘deluxe facial’. Who knew that this would include arm and hand massage, as well as feet and legs? Soft lighting, quiet music, hot flannels, stones, many different creams and pastes.
Possibly the most relaxing 45 mins of my whole life so far ( I am only 52y, so we shall see.).
Can not recommend highly enough. Would go again tomorrow if it was not so far away..

During my stay at Portmerion, I booked into the Mermaid Spa for a full body massage and facial. It was a sublime experience, Rebecca did an amazing full body massage and finally the facial. It was a very calm atmosphere, music gently playing in the background. It was an hour an a half of peace and tranquillity. When the final mask was put on, I was then left for ten minutes with just the music, to give the mask time to work. It was a very thorough massage, and Rebecca checked at the beginning as to how firm I wanted it to be. Overall it was an outstanding experience. There was advice post massage before I left, which was all very useful.

A lovely relaxing experience. The staff were very professional yet friendly. I treated myself to a facial and full body massage whilst staying in Portmerion. I thought the cost £85 for 1 1/2 hors of pure relaxation was good value. The room temperature was just right and I was covered with lovely warm towels. The treatments are all done using natural products which smelled gorgeous. The treatments were not rushed like I have found in some spas and I left feeling relaxed and pampered.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful day, book it and you won't regret it. A full day of pampering as well as a delicious two course dinner. We loved it! the facial and back massage were especially blissful

Talisa pummelled me to within an inch of my life..oh my goodness fantastic! I have been floating on air ever since. She was so absorbed she overran - lucky me - and gave me and two others of our party a wonderful addition to a great holiday. Thank you Talisa.

If you believe that Nirvana is a state of profound peace and the ultimate in happiness, then you will find it at the Mermaid Spa! I was fortunate enough to experience a full-body massage and facial, executed with absolute skill by Laura, and loved every minute of it. You are treated with care and professionalism, the products are top quality and the surroundings are delightful. After 90 minutes of bliss, I was then treated to a cup of tea with a view to die for on the veranda. Heaven!
