We had treatments at the Sicily spa which is the “spa within the spa.” Shay was wonderful for our check-in experience and we enjoyed our treatments. We also spent time at the rooftop pool and Alex and Jamie were very attentive and nice.

The Well & Being Spa is a luxurious sanctuary at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. The design of this alluring Spa is drawn from natural elements fused with innovative treatments for rejuvenating and renew. The Sanctuary facilities include: a rooftop pool with private cabanas, co-ed waterfall grotto and healthy spa cuisine menu. Spa
pampering amenities high-end the facilities with steam room, eucalyptus inhalation room, Swedish dry sauna, hot therapeutic whirlpool, cold plunge pool and Swish shower. The extensive menu is splurged with massages, facials, body treatments and Signature customized services. Star studded routines include the Hacienda Retreat treatment, a scrub made of yellow corn and lime which sloughed the pangs of winter away or the regular Himalayan Stone Massage to rinse the muscles of soreness. I opted for acupuncture and a Gentlemen's Facial. Expect more than just manicures and mud masks at the Well & Being, but a super fitness center including TRX suspension training, aerial yoga and other fitness classes.
The Well & Being Spa is designed to promote overall well-being.

I was lucky enough to be taken to this Spa by a friend, who had been given a birthday voucher. It was a fabulous experience. The thing was, we simply wanted a treatment or two and lunch. On arrival, we had a tour of facilities, complimentary coffee/tea/soft drinks/nuts and muffins on arrival and throughout the day. However, treatment prices are eye-watering and reflect a ‘day at the spa’, rather than the actual treatment. For example, the 90 minute facial I had was priced $345 and a whopping $69 (20%) gratuity is automatically added. In the UK, this treatment would have been around $150 and no tip would be expected. The lunch by the pool was excellent and reasonably priced at approximately $25 for sandwiches and salads. Drinks were all about $15. Overall it was a fantastic experience, very enjoyable, staff were friendly and professional, the facial was very relaxing and lunch delicious. The total bill for two facials, a salad, a fish tacos (no drinks) was $753. Was it value for money? I’ll let you be the judge!

It was my first time coming here in January 2024 and is now the best spa I’ve ever been to. My mom and I got the Sisley Phyto-Aromatic facial and the Sisley Harmonizing Salt Stone massage. Both of them were so amazing and relaxing. All of the products they used smelled really good too and felt great on our skin! Before our treatments we had lunch up at the rooftop pool. We had chips and guac, salad, and Asian chicken lettuce cups. All of it was great and the macarons in the Sisley spa were too! My mom and I thought they could have been sitting out for a while, but they were actually really fresh! We could tell they really pay attention to every single detail at this spa. It was very clean too and had a nice eucalyptus inhalation room, steam room, and sauna. There was also a plunge pool, jacuzzi, waterfall area, fitness room, and shopping area. I will have to try the aerial yoga class there next time! Every single staff member we interacted with was very kind and helpful as well and wanted to make sure we had a great experience there. It was a perfect spa day and we will definitely be back!

Great spa amenities and staff!
Truly, enjoyed my spa experience today. I give the spa absolutely five stars. I've had the luxury of going to many fine spas and this by far was one of the best. Their hydrotherapy circuit is amazing. They have a hot tub, a cold plunge, a waterfall hot tub, steam room, a sauna, a Swedish shower, and even a lavender room. The spa itself was absolutely amazing. I got one of the best massages I've ever gotten in my life. Dan is an excellent massage Therapist, highly recommend him. It was also really nice that he told me ha had been with them for 14 years because they treat their employees so well. This is really nice to hear coming from a large brand hotel like the Fairmont. Really glad to hear they treat their employees right. Truly loved my experience. The staff was amazing. Felt like they truly earned that 20% gratuity that they charge on top of your spa treatment. Really enjoyed my experience. If you want a quiet spa experience, I recommend going early in the day as possible. Towards later on a lot of women fill the spa even on a weekday, and they all tend to talk very loudly. Some of them even feel like it is acceptable to use their cell phones in the spa itself and will carry on full conversations on their cell phones even in the hydrotherapy room. I don't see how this can be stopped as the staff I'm sure is hesitant to say anything as to not upset their guests. It does, however, ruin any tranquil spa experience you're looking to have. I was alone and really wanted quiet, so it was kind of a bummer for me. However, I know a lot of women want to go with their girlfriends and talk, so it's perfect for them. They will validate your parking.

I would give this spa minus 10 if I could. I'm here right now. I know spas, as I regularly, at least once a month spa at salamander spas(my preferred spa is at Innisbrook golf course) I'm here for a corporate retreat and the service at their spa was atrocious!! A man brought me(F) to women's locker room and said it was all self serve. I need a larger robe, so I was not comfortable at all in self serve one size fits all. I attempted to relax in relaxation room for about 15 minutes before my appointment and the room was full of people, not a seat in the house, standing room only!! I have never had that experience ever!!! No complementary water or snacks. There must have been 20+ people in the locker room at the same time. Everyone talking.this spa experience actually stressed me out rather than relax. It was absolutely terrible. Poor management in scheduling or something. I absolutely would not recommend. Go to the Westin Kierland or JW desert Ridge both were substantially better.

Absolutely fabulous spa. Gorgeous facilities, with a plunge pool, sauna, steam rooms, relaxation area and roof top pool as well. I had an amazing deep tissue massage as well as the soaking tub add on. I was in heaven. Spent time in the spa each day as well since I had a Gold level room which includes spa access. They have a nice little shop and a ton of exercise classes. This is one of my favorite hotel spas.

great views at the pool but impossible to find a seat, pool not warm enough either.
no service whatsoever for a solo. the spa itself has some good choices for relaxation if they are not taken over by groups of people some of whom do not seem to be getting any spa services. I prefer the Hyatt and will not return to the Fairmont.

As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with racks of Lululemon. Lots of big groups of drunk women talking every where, including in the silent areas. The workers are nice and they are fully staffed, but the spa at my health club has a much more zen vibe. I expected a lot more.
