First class hotel in a great location, Great choice of food and excellent service. Rooms bright clean and a good size. Not forgetting the excellent staff who were happy and helpful in there work. With trips out on our coach every day. It takes the stress out of driving and its nice to sit back relax and enjoy the scenery. This was my first trip to coach trip to Scotland with my family who have had 3 previously holidays with Loch and Glens. Would definitely recommend a coach holiday and a stay there.

A Great 4 night stay here. Room very clean and spacious. plenty of Drawer/hanging space. Food as usual was very good. Love the Cranacan. Entertainment on every evening, some a lot better than others, but this i presume is down to personal taste. A special mention must be given to Paula MacAskill, lovely lady and a first rate entertainer. Altogether a five star break. just what was needed at this time of year.

The Highland hotel is part of the Lochs & Glens group and I think, caters only for their coach parties, but may be wrong, The room we had and also my brother & sister in laws room were both clean and comfortable, the rooms vary in size but we found them to be quite spacious. The food at breakfast was excellent and plenty of of choice, dinner was also good with 3 or 4 choices of each courses. The bar/entertainment area seemed a little dull and the bar itself was quite small, drinks prices were reasonable, cheaper than most town centres. Now the let down, the entertainment was fair to woeful, a fair female singer/organist and another guy doing the same with a few jokes !! Thrown in, it was like watching tumbleweed roll down the room. The staff from the manager down were very friendly and attentive and couldn’t do enough to help

Disgusting hotel vile staff head office useless milk gets reused for about a week so it’s always off, food is Luke warm, and the so called team leader is the laziest girl I’ve seen in my life more concerned about eating than working only maybe two staff were good and that’s been generous, will never go back there with the money that gets spent I expected much more

Spent 4 nights at this wonderful hotel commencing 10th December. Probably the best hotel of the 4 we have stayed at with Lochs and Glens. Every member of staff we met were so polite, helpful and courteous, a real credit to the hotel and L&G. Room comfortable, warm and clean with an excellent hot shower. (only let down by the clinging shower curtain and loud extractor fan). Had a loch view but at this time of year with sunrise at 845hrs and sunset 1545hrs you dont see much of the loch at all in daylight due to being out and about. Dining room set out great and not crowded out like in some of the hotels we have used. Food superb. Always a great choice at both breakfast and dinner. Nice house wine and draught beers. Best porridge Ive had on all my trips. Our driver Andrew such a character and always helpful and informative on top of his main duties of safe driving. Fantastic scenery this time of year and excursions just right. Looking forward to out next trip in the spring
