Muskara Cave Hotel

The hotel is located in a central location. The hot air balloon breathing view is seen up close every morning from hotel terrace. Not only that, but you can also enjoy the sunset in the evening. Near the hotel, you can reach the view point and other tourist attractions by walking distance. I would like to mention that the breakfast is absolutely delicious. I was very pleased that the manager suggested good tours. In summary, I would like to thank the manager and staff for a fun-filled holiday.

Enjoyed our few hours stay. The owner himself picked us up in the avanos almost midnight. He was so accomodating and patient to us since we arrived so late. The breakfast was so good. The early morning view of the balloons was so fantastic! The owner was kind enough to allow us to stay few more hours since our flight back to istanbul was late in the evening.

super friendly staff!!!all the local tour is the cheapest price!!you can join them at the hotel directly!!!we arrived there in the morning around 7am, the boss drive the car to pick us to their hotel!!! the breakfast and the view of the common room are excellent!!! we still can't forget the lovely girl with her dog and the kind boss!! a warm house for traveller!!

More than 5stars! The staffs are amazing super friendly! They provide lots of information about the local tour! You can book all the tour at low price by their help! Book at hotel without worry! Their breakfast is wonderful with lots of choice!!! You can see the balloons rising in the early morning!!! very good hotel quaint and idealy suited for visiting area around hosts where very friendly and helpfull.it is a while since we went but do not think it will have changed .See the baloons riseing in front of hotel makes lovley photos .

We had booked a double room with balcony. But when we arrived we were given a standard double room "since the rooms ustairs were too cold". We got a tiny room with one chair, one bedside table, no wardrobe and no space to put an open suitcase. It took several minutes to get hot water and even after the second person finished her shower, the water was far from burning hot. The breakfast was served 08.30 - no question whether we wanted that or not although we were the only guests, A plate with slices of tomatoe, cucumber and cheese. Small boxes with jam and honey + boiled egg . We stayed two nights, but they didn t go into our room once and make our beds or change the towels. When we said so during check out, the manager claimed that this was something the guest had to ask for when he stayed at a hotel! We wanted a price reduction since we didn t get the room with balcony that we had paid extra for. He than claimed that all rooms had the same price and size., Well - the rooms are listed as 45 m2. Ours was cramped. He even claimed that we should have said in the beginning that we wanted the room we had booked! But he hadn´t heated it, and in late October it was pretty cold in the nights and evenings. This is only some examples of the lack of service and friendliness. Only two things were positive; the beds and the restaurant next door which had wonderful food at a low cost. This was one out of two open restaurants in the village. And the only one that could be called a restaurant, as well as the only one our hotel manager told us not to go to as it was "very expensive".

We were looking to visit cappadocia and do a balloon ride but we're never quite sure how to get from fethiye and get Hotel and reputable company to do balloon rides and trips. By sheer good fortune one day at the otogar in fethiye we bumped into the manager at Suha travel which does coach trips around Turkey. We mentioned our plans to him on the difficulties we thought we would face and he said he would sort it all out he had a friend who owned Hotel here which is this one and after a couple of phone calls he had arranged for our coach from fethiye, for us to be picked up from the bus station and brought to the hotel here and the balloon trip and the Green tour. Turkish host here in the hotel,who says to call him 'Ooh' was fantastic. He couldn't do enough for us and any problems he said we had he would sort out. He offered us a lovely balcony room which had a nice bath and shower lovely comfortable bed and beautiful balcony with a view of the cave houses and fairy towers. They serve a lovely breakfast here and basically really make you feel at home. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel does not serve any other meals but they're enough close by to get some decent food. Between Osman and the staff here they really made for a memorable trip without any hassle at all. Highly recommended.

when l went there ,it was quired like everywhere but which is nice for chill out.easy the walk for rose walley and everyday when l having breakfast ,watch to balloon flights and göreme panaromic view .The rooms are very clean and owner very friendly..breakfast was amazing like village breakfast.you can find what you need for breakfast..and hotel has free pick up from bus station from göreme..also mr ugur has giving good advertise for walking trip for yourself.:)thank you very much for everything..

reach at hotel for check in but we didn't find anyone on reception. suddenly we see one lady come out from home and start talking to us in Turkish lang. which is we didn't understand and then we talk to Mr. Ugur . he is nice person but he mixed our booking with other booking which is his fault. he was confused b/w 2 bookings. then they start showing us available room in hotel 1st. 1 room was to smelly and other was less. then we talk to Mr. Ugur again regarding room condition. after all this exercise we got double rooms in ground floor. Toilet was to dirty. Mr. Ugur still have to work on his hotel for infrastructure and services for his customers .

Full marks for location. You can get ballooning experience before flying because of its enchanting location. Mr Ugur is going to be a great friend of mine forever now, he is a thorough gentleman and makes you feel at home. He can organise your trip in better way than you can think of and as per your requirements and budget. Fully trustworthy he is. Rest of the staff might not know good English but their gestures are welcoming. Breakfast is ok. Rooms are cavelike and comfy. The moment when you wake up with multicoloured balloons peeping from your window is priceless.
