Rixos Downtown Antalya

This is a vey nice hotel. The staff were very polite and kind. The rooms were spacious and clean. They provided us with many drinks and some wafers in the miny fridge. The heated pool was very enjoyable. The gym had lots of equipment and the staff there were very helpful. The food was very delicious and there was a large variety.

This Hotel exceeded my expectation by far. Hospitality of staff, so helpful, so cheerful. Food is unbelievably tasty, every day different varieties, huge selection of turkish desserts, Fruits, Salad bar is crazy. All day, we indulged ourselves in our All-inclusive drinks everywhere in the hotel. We spent some lovely time in the evening shows with the some wild cocktails I personally first time to taste in that perfection 👌🏻. I'd like to make a special thanks to Neśe, the waitress, she's so active everywhere, her service with big smile is amazing. I'm writing this review especially to appreciate her hospitality and cheerful attitude. Very well recommended for family, don't forget the Land of legends of you love water games all over the day.

Excellent hotel, great facilities, food has excellent cuisine, spa facilities excellent too. Outside pool is heated so great for cold weather Talip at outside bar is very friendly and efficient too on serving customers. Overall a great experience..☺️☺️

4 days and nights at the hotel with a five year old. Tremendous time! Even though the first two days were a complete washout due to a thunder storm over Antalya, there was so much to do. Especially loved the live music with the kids running about!

Booked in for a few day s of relaxation and the hotel delivered! Beautiful exterior with a superb welcome by the staff at the desk. Bell boy was incredibly polite and very helpful in sorting out wi-fi and temperature controls. Food was quite good in the main buffet restaurant. The room was nice and the shower had nice water pressure! View from balcony also good! The staff are the greatest asset and there are too many good ones to thank individually but the bar staff on the Lobby lounge get my highest rating!! Fabulous idea to have a virtual assistant on WhatsApp and I wish other hotels could learn from this. Superb Valentine’s Day fayre and all part of the all-inclusive! Anjana spa worth a review on its own and had superb service at the barbershop. Would I be back? Definitely!! PS Do not worry about the cats as they are not stray and are looked after superbly by the hotel.

Rixos Dowtown Hotel have a great staff. The rooms are clean and location is great, the view from the window is amazing . You need to take a room with a view. Very relaxing atmosphere and delicious food. Special thanks to the our personal assistant Mihail and Atahan and for sure all Rixos team it amazing . Recommended .

Pretty smooth and overall good and entertaining, the rooms are nice and so are the lunch’s, dinners and breakfast. They have a good sports room and good employees everyone seems to be working well and nice. The services are pretty good in the hotel.

I am from USA living in New York. I am visiting Turkey and I am staying at Ricox Down Town Antalya. I visited bar every day. Me and my wife both got the best service.ever. If I say 10 out 10 is not enough for the staff at bar specifically Mr. Burak and Mr. Talip . They are the BEST in service . I am fully satisfied with their hospitality and service.Manager was also very nice . Mr. Behaet also treated me very nice.

This hotel itself is not bad. Friendly staff, good lunch and dinner. Breakfast could be better (not many choices of food, unfortunately). The main drawback is that the hotel allows "Land of Legends" transfer staff to have their scam operations on premise. When we asked them at 17..00 of the attractions of Land of Legends still open, they told us that attractions work till 22.00. The transfer cost is 70 EUR one way, 70 EUR back, they told us the cost from other companies is 50-60 EUR. We went there and discovered that attractions are closed at 17.00, so we went back. Wasted more than 2 hours on road and 140 EUR. The next day we booked a ride from "gettransfer" app for $30.

The service at Rixos Downtown Antalya is truly remarkable, and I want to extend my appreciation to the exceptional staff members, Sennur, Atahan, and Mikhail, for their outstanding attention to detail. Their efforts made my stay truly unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel for both its luxurious amenities and the incredible service provided by its dedicated staff. 5-star experience all the way!
