Swissôtel Resort & Spa Çeşme

After I posted below review I was immediately contacted by the management. They apologized for the inconvenience and took immediate care of our problems. In addition, we got some valuable goodies. I want to repeat that this is a beautiful hotel at a prime location with huge potential. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is understandable that after the relaunch, there are some startup problems as long as they’re taken care of immediately. Also, I understand they will change their shopping policy. I encourage all future clients to insist on this right. ——— old review I am a frequent business and leisure 5* traveller. I spend a good portion of my life in top Hotels worldwide and normally I write reviews only when I find something really annoying. I want to say upfront that this Hotel is really beautiful and has a lot of potential. I have been here many times when it still was the Sheraton. Everything is new and you can see that the Hotel isn’t really ready yet. Many things are still in the making and basically they are in preparation for summer. Our TV and the coffee machine wasnt working, in the Spa no water no towels you can grab and similar things. I am ok with that especially because the staff was helpful and friendly. What really outraged me was when I went to the market to buy some chips, fruits and other things the security at the door stopped me and said I wasn't allowed to enter with things I bought outside. I was supposed to use their offers and the market of the Hotel. I told the security it wasn’t their business what I buy where and take to my room and went straight to the reception. I told them how annoyed and embarrassed I was with this experience. The guy immediately sided with me saying he had worked in many Hotels and knew it was normal to bring things from outside inside, but this was a management decision. I told the receptionist the management can come to my room and try to take away my things! Management - I will not come again!

This a very new hotel in the area less than 2 months since opening. The hotel is very luxurious with an art design, airy and matching the atmosphere around it. The suite I stayed in is very luxurious and comfortable with really breathtaking panoramic view from the terrace.very clean and tidy beaches. This a resort type hotel, however as off season not all the beach activities are open/completed. That didn’t stop the beauty of the place and enjoyment. You can feel that everything is new from the gem to swimming pools to breakfast halls and restaurants,etc. the staff are really friendly and outstanding especially Mr Melik ( general manager) who always been close and you can notice him from far taking care of everything in a very professional way. Ms Gozde ( guest relations manager) who gives the hospitality a new level in a magical way that makes you feel everything is perfect and taking care of. The reception staff who were very friendly and helpful especially in selecting restaurants/ cafes and calling to insure they are open since we were off season and a lot of places are closed till summer. The breakfast staff and their amazing pampering service. Although the hotel is almost at the end of the soft opening period, they have managed to impress us and really felt happy there. Amazing hotel that you don’t want to checkout of.

New hotel, everything is stylish and clean. Full size rooms, ours had an amazing view. We celebrated our birthday - the hotel gave us a cake and a bottle of wine. The staff were friendly and we loved the breakfasts! Especially liked the SPA, specifically the thermal pools. Very nice private beach. Vacationed with a child of 4 years old, everything was comfortable. Will definitely come back again!
