Show more...Resort was under refurbishment, so all the good bits were closed off. Mini bar has never refilled while we were there, poor selection anyway. Normal stuff you would find in a room you had to ask for,tea station, robes, and to have the mini bar filled. Sheets were not changed in our 3-day stay. Hotel caters more for Germans guests, only one English speaking tv channel (news channel). Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would not suggest going during their winter season. Drinks are very weak, and cocktails are not worth the effort of asking. So we spent our days drinking apple tea.
Show more...Really good staff always there to help, the resort is very clean and the area is very good for tourism. The Patisserie is very nice a very good place to come have some tea, cake and relax i highly recommend the cherry cheesecake one of the best ive ever had. To sum it all up very nice staff are lovely and highly recommended for a family holiday
Show more...The food here is absolutely amazing, the rooms are brilliant and service is exceptional, they will consistently check up on you and make sure your rooms are to standard and see if your minibar needs refills, we lost a few items while we were here during a room change and the cleaners were honest and kind and helped to return the items to us, the food has huge variety and while there I hadn't had a single meal I haven't enjoyed. The rooms are large and spacious and welcoming, the beds are comfy and warm, the bathrooms are great and all the services are lovely, the gym is nice and the indoor pool is warm and enjoyable to swim in, all staff are extremely friendly and will have banter and a laugh with you, they are extremely professional the table service while eating is lovely. The cats through out the hotel are friendly and don't climb on furniture or get in the way and love the attention. All in all the place is amazing and I'd love to come back when it's in season and all services are open. :)
Show more...Arrived on the 6th feb. Hotel is spotless, rooms are really clean. Mini bar in room topped up every day. An abundance of food you could never go hungry. Staff very friendly and helpful. Warm indoor pool and towels provided. Gym is good. Park for the kids. I would definitely come back during peek season. Basically if your looking for a hotel that has everything you need, this is the one.
Show more...Wow, this hotel / complex is absolutely beautiful, from the speedy check in with a wonderful receptionist to the gorgeous spotless spacious pool view room we were allocated. It is one of the best all inclusive hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. We arrived at 10:30pm and by 11:00 we were in the restaurant eating buffet food until 1:00am, fabulous choice of food throughout every mealtime. It took about 10 minutes to walk around the food hall to view the choices available to eat. Everything was fresh, hot (if it was supposed to be) and very beautifully displayed. We arrived out if season but we’re treated like kings and queens, such lovely staff and incredible manners were shown by everyone. Nothing was too much trouble from changing our room (we had two but they were far apart, sorted in one go), to the list and found ipad our kids had left behind. Not everything was open as it was Kate season but we expected that, however the food and hospitality bars did not compromise in any way. I would definitely recommend this hitter and give it 5 stars and more.
Show more...We really enjoyed our stay at Limak limra hotel. Excellent value for price. Good food, good service and friendly, helpful staff. I would like to give a shout out to Sepideh & Dani from the entertainment group for welcoming us in such a friendly manner. Very attentive to her work. A good example of a friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel.
Show more...Really enjoying our stay at Limak Limra hotel. Lots of different activities to do. We especially enjoyed darts, swimming and yoga. Staff are super friendly and like a family. Interactions are informal and staff try to accommodate your needs. One staff really stood out for us, Miss Sepideh, who really got out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She encouraged us to join the activities and was willing to help us in any way she could. All in all, excellent stay and would definitely come back.
Show more...I'd definitely recommend this hotel for an early break, certainly as a couple or lone traveller. Despite much of the hotel being closed for the winter period there was still a variety of eating and drinking options available. The buffet offers a good selection of food for all tastes and there was hardly any queuing at any time. The gym offers a good selection of weights and cardio machines which helps with damage limitation whilst on holiday. Towards the middle of our holiday and on my 3 or 4th visit to the gym I was told to come off the treadmill to sign in which I didn't realise I had to do, when I was given the sign in sheet it was completely empty despite there being several other people in the gym. I don't mind rules but I prefer a rule consistently applied. I found that overall the staff were professional and attentive but there were a number of members of staff who consistently went above and beyond. Cagri who we saw most days was exceptional all week and there was a lady who worked on the pool bar who again was exceptional all week. Unfortunately she wore a jacket all week so didn't catch her name. I imagine this hotel would be fantastic for families during the summer months as there appears to be loads available. If you venture to this hotel, go outside, the area is stunning. There's a nice trail walk through the national park to Kemer, it's about a nine mile return walk but the walk is really nice. A wander up to the Callis Tepe Summit is a must, there are a number of ways to access this summit from the resort. The hotel offers a car/bike hire service, we didn't hire a car but unfortunately hired bikes. The bikes are in a condition bordering on disrepair so perhaps look elsewhere if you're considering a wander out on a bike. I've read a few reviews about rude guests and I'd say they're right but there's rude people everywhere so don't let this put you off what this hotel has to offer.
Show more...Nice resort however feel like less activities to do on the resort. And the timings for available facilities are too short like gym pool etc. besides Turkish foods other regional foods should also be introduced during lunch dinner and breakfast.

My recent 7-night stay at the Limak Limra Hotel in February during their off-peak season was marked by a mix of positives and disappointments. While some members of the staff, notably the managers and supervisors, were friendly and accommodating, the majority of the waiters appeared disinterested unless tipped generously. It was disheartening to observe that the level of service provided often depended on the guest's tipping practices, with some waiters neglecting to clear tables or offer attentive service to those who did not tip, even upon request. One of the most glaring issues during my stay was the lack of transparency regarding the available facilities. Despite the hotel's website boasting about water slides and outdoor pools, none of these amenities were accessible during my visit. This lack of communication and the discrepancy between advertised amenities and reality was misleading and left a sense of dissatisfaction, especially for a hotel claiming a 5-star status. The food served at the hotel was another significant letdown. The buffet offerings remained stagnant, with minimal variation and lacklustre quality. Every day, the same food was served for breakfast, with no changes or additions to the menu. It was disappointing to note the absence of simple offerings like ice cream for dessert, highlighting a lack of variety and consideration for guests' preferences. Moreover, the desserts often had issues, including mold on one occasion ( picture is attached of the dessert with mold - 23/02/2024 dinner buffet ), indicating a concerning lack of freshness and attention to detail in food preparation. The desserts, in particular, seemed old and stale, with dry and unappetizing options that had likely been sitting out for days. Hygiene standards at the hotel were shockingly low, with cats freely roaming the restaurant and even jumping onto tables. Witnessing a cat urinate on a table leg was not only unsanitary but also deeply disturbing. Additionally, I was appalled to witness a female chef engaging in unhygienic practices, handling food in a careless manner by picking up fallen items from the buffet counter and placing them back into the food trays. Moreover, the hotel's inconsistent treatment of guests was evident during a DHL conference or event that coincided with my stay. On that occasion, the food quality notably improved, emphasizing the disparity in service levels provided to guests during different periods. This inconsistency further highlighted the hotel's failure to maintain a consistent standard of service throughout the off-peak season. In conclusion, while the Limak Limra Hotel had its share of friendly staff members and occasional moments of improved service, the overall experience was marred by misleading information, substandard food quality, and unequal treatment of guests. I would caution against booking a stay during the off-peak season, as the hotel's inconsistency in service and quality may detract from an enjoyable holiday experience.
