We loved the beauty of this place, the staff was very kind and the size made our experience of seeing REO Speedwagon very intimate. The only thing I will consider next time is not to get floor seats unless it is on the front row as the seats are all level to each other and there is no incline to help you see over the individuals in front of us. All in all it was a great experience and would love to see more shows there.

Regards,
Dale and Naomi

The location was interesting and there was parking in many local lots for a price. The inside of the venue is quite spacious with a few flights of stairs. I'll keep each of those things in mind with flat shoes available for next time as well.
The performers were absolutely wonderful and I would purchase tickets for future events.

Easy accessible, lines moved fast, great seating and outstanding concert. The venue was in walking distance to the hotels.

The venue is great, beautiful floors, great GA space and seating

However, the people kind of ruined the show on the second night. If you go to a concert, why do you get so completely drunk that you can’t function and are rude?

I drove 12 hours to see my favorite band, and the second night was trying bc of the crowd.

If you do go, be respectful, don’t talk over the band, and just enjoy the live music.

The staff was rude and no one seemed to be having a good time. Horrible vibe. I will never attend another show at this venue, no matter how much I like the artist.

Small venue is perfect for plays and concerts. The sound quality for the concert was very good. The floor is NOT raised so you will have "heads" in your way if you are short. Also, the row of chairs on the floor are bolted together in rows, but the rows were not evenly spaced. Some rows had lots of legroom and others had none. They need to make sure the people placing the chairs pay closer attention to the spacing.

Also, there are 5 stalls in the women's room. Only 2 women's rooms on the entire floor so the lines were very long.

We got their early in the day and got a great parking spot. We spent several hours walking through Downtown Columbia. Lots of beautiful churches, the USC Horseshoe and the State Capitol grounds. Lots of neat restaurants and shopping downtown. Easy town to walk! Township is a well-maintained venue with friendly staff. I definitely plan on returning.

This was a cool, older auditorium in a pretty cool, somewhat mysterious city of Columbia. I have driven through Columbia dozens of times, but this was my first time in the city. My mom and I came down for the Amos Lee show and were both just tickled with the town, the Township, and the show. I have to also recommend the Chesnut Cottage B&B (over any of the chain hotels that are further down the road) which is within a block and a half, easy walk to the Township. The auditorium is older, but located in the historic district, I believe, so there is something veryhistorical and mysterious about it. The staff was so friendly!! The show was excellent, great crowd, and our seats were pretty killer (FBAA felt like sitting side stage). I've gotta shout out to Patrick Davis who opened the show, superb. If the Township was a rocket ship, my first pick to launch in to space would be with all of those guys.I loved it and will definitely be back, hopefully soon! Thank you!!
