Falez Hamam & Spa

i pre booked in advance on the day after reading some review took the plunge, considering iv been to Hamam and massage in turkey before so knew what to expect the price was 250tl for VIP all inclusive package, i also had my 7yr old Son who agreed he will wait near me on his ipad (reason i booked agreed WIFI password for him) .
on arrival i was asked my experience option which i chose VIP, i wasn't asked anything or told what i was getting for my treatments, i was led down to basement after getting changed had a quick shower and told to sit in sauna, sat inside quietly for 15mins until i couldn't take anymore, then was told by a lady ready for your Hamam (turkish bath) she was very polite and did what i expected in a scrub and wash lol.
Then told to go to top floor for massage room, waited for 5mins at this point checked on my son who was sat there on his own quietly, the massage lady turned up didn't greet with any smile or introduction and said rudely lie down and began a soft massage which then led to deep tissue massage at this stage i told her its painful with her technique but she didn't care nor did she make me relax, came out from there in more pain even though i told her a relaxing massage, after which, all was done i felt tense and unhappy with my experience, got changed met my son in the waiting area to which he replied dad i want a drink, at this point i was annoyed that as a guess paying more than i should have, as tourist they cash in on you, they couldn't even offer him a drink, nor me for that case as a VIP inclusive offer, even after the sauna (being thirsty).he replied rudely why didn't your son ask? i did say its poor customer service even for me not being offered! he said ask next time and i left disgruntled by the service on offer, never will i go or recommend this place..

Never go here again medical massage meant to be 300 turkish lira they charged me 500 very disappointing and unprofessional. Reception not helpful and they ripping people off thay come from england. Reception used phone and wrote comment to say they are good when I told them I will write it. Never go their again. Money hungry esp from england people beware.

Try and Visit their other branch which is the VIP spa, the rates are going to be the same but they provide better service. The Hamam was Good, however they lack the enthusiasm in delivering what they promised. Fatima was outstanding on her duty for the massage. Other than that everything went just as a process, for first timers is a good experience, but as I mentioned above they lack enthusiasm. I got a lady for massage who was basically just applying oil on my body The scrub was very soft and smooth Which should not ideally be that way . It was crowded with gents. Me and my wife went for the package and we felt it was not very worth it.. The taxi driver who was dropping us there also warned us not to go there as they did not have the best name in the locality.

This is the best Hamam and spa I have ever been too. The staff was welcoming, friendly and made us feel very comfortable. The service is 10/10 and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Antalya. Thank you very much for today.

Amazing massage therapist with hands that heal here she is so inutiative wanted to say massive thank you. She us upstairs, blonde hair and from Adana I forgot her name but she is GIFTED with massage I left feeling so light.

The space is very clean and the steam room is HOT just the way I like it and you get served turkish tea at the end too, I recommend this place !

First Turkish hamman. It was okay, just okay, They have you change and then you had to the sauna for 10 minutes. After the sauna, you head to the steam room for another 10 minutes. They then take you to get scrubbed down and soaped up. The water from the fountain kept changing from warm, to hot, to cold. When the lady was rinsing me off for the final time, she poured very cold water on me and my head/face. It was not a pleasant experience. They then take you to get a massage. I asked for the lights to be dimmed down three times, but the lady refused and just kept ignoring me. The massage was okay. I felt like the lady who was massaging me was annoyed and I couldn’t really fully enjoy my massage with the light turned all the way up. I had higher expectations based on the many positive reviews, but this one hamman you can skip.

I have accidentally left my phone in the taxi but Marive, the receptionist, was extremely helpful. She's even gone beyond her job by contacting the taxi I rode, recovering my phone in the process.

The bath and the massage were amazing experiences, special thanks to Sophia the massage therapist. Defo worth a try while you are in Antalya.

We come here every year and these guys never fail to disappoint. We book massages in our hotel but come out of our way to come to Falez. Best massages in Antalya hands down. Very good prices and friendly staff, good atmosphere. Highly recommended

This is my first masage i've experienced as a teenager: The service is highly friendly well presented. Not a single insult or arrogance was occurred. Overall i'd recommend to come here for a nice comforting relaxing time with your family since i've just came wit me and my mother. I would rate it 11/10
