You would see the clocktower after your visit to the tombs of Sultans Osman and Orhan. The tower itself is not very interesting ; it is new (1905) and not very appealing. But there are good views over Bursa from there. Good spot to take a break in one of the cafe's.

Best time to visit Bursa Clocktower is before sun sets where you can see a breath taking view for beautiful Bursa from above when old bursa ancient buildings merges with new modern ones in a harmonic creativity can be seen only in such place . Clocktower is not opened for public. Also near by is the mausoleum of Osman Gazi ( Silver Dome) who's the name source for the Ottoman dynasty .
A nice cafe is available where you can enjoy a cup of turkish tea overlooking the spectacular seen .
Worth the visit, Don't miss .
Highly recommended especially before sun sets. Enjoy.

If you go to Bursa, this is a place you should spend at least an hour. It is not for the tower itself but to see Bursa from there. And also, you can enjoy one of the many authentic restaurants around.

Great viewpoint over the city of Bursa, unfortunately raining when we came here, the place was deserted, and we got soaking wet!
Though we could clearly see the potential of the place, with the panoramic cafes around here and all

The six-story clock tower (33m high) stands at the north west edge of Tophane Park. The lower five stories are stacked blocks of dressed sandstone, decreasing in size upward. The sixth story is a simple white block with a tiny clock on each of the four faces, and what appears to be an up-ended bicycle on top. An older clock tower was built here during the reign of Sultan Abdülaziz (1861-1876), but was destroyed. The existing clock tower was built in 1904 and recently restored. In addition to showing the time, in the past it was also used as a fire lookout. The tower sits on a extensive flat platform at the edge of a cliff just inside the ruined city walls, the remains of Bursa’s old citadel. I admired expansive views over the city and the surrounding mountains from the platform edge. At night, the brightly lit clock tower is predominantly visible from the city center. Unfortunately, the clock tower is not open to the public. It is about 100m north of the tombs of Osman Gazi and Orhan Gazi, which are also in Tophane Park. The park is open to the public at all times, with no entry fee.

This clock tower is located in a beautiful park in Tophane, the oldest part of Bursa. It can be visited together with the tombs of Osman Gazi and Orhan Gazi, the founders of the Ottoman Empire.
The clock tower is beautiful until the very top which doesn’t fit at all with the rest of the structure. The upper part looks very new and awkward. I really couldn’t understand why.

great monument
I have been to Yalova Thermal(hot spring) during winter and it was cool:

Bursa tour, then,Yalova Thermal, cheaper if you rent a car; only 10 minutes to the city center and Yalova is accessible via sea buses(please check IDO and BUDO websites for buying a ticket, you can come to ferry center via tram with only one tichket from Ataturk Airport )

I am a local guide.
