You should go early in the morning and swim at sunrise and take a photo. After 9 o'clock there is a parking problem too much and it gets crowded. The Kaş Municipality operates the cafe and the prices are affordable. The scenery is perfect.

Kaputas Beach is an absolutely fantastic beach located approximately 25 km from Kas city.

You park up on the mountain road, and then a sturdy staircase leads down to the beach with its fine, coarse sand. On your way down, you'll pass a cafe with snacks and soft drinks, as well as restroom and changing facilities.

At the beach itself, you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, all at reasonable prices.

We came to this beach using motorcycle since it’s far from Kaş center.
To park, the only possibility is at the sides of the road.
For cars is difficult finding place. For motorcycles it’s easy since they occupy less space.
We went here around 4pm. Already some people were going away, but it was still so crowded.
To access the beach, you have to go down from three ramps of stairs, so it’s not accessible to people with disabilities.
The beach is divided in two sides.
The closes side to the stairs is where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas.
The other side you can bring sea things from home and you don’t have to pay anything.
The water was warm and around 5pm waves came.
There is a small restaurant where you can eat and for free, you can use showers and changing rooms.
We recommend this place, at least for one time, if you never went.

Should have read negative reviews better. You really need to come very early to get to this beach. There is no parking available - hundreds of cars are parked along the drive making all the traffic very dangerous. Then, depending on your luck, you need to walk for 5-10 mins or so on the bendy road to reach the stairs to the beach. No way I consider it safe to do with a young child. It may be a wonder of nature, but it is managed in a way that makes it impossible to enjoy its beauty. We briefly had a look at it from the top and drove ahead to have a relaxing dinner in a fish restaurant next to it. Not worth the drive at all. At 7:30pm on our way back from Kas there were parking spaces right next to the stairs and lots of free sunbeds on the beach. So maybe consider coming in the evening.

It is very small city, but very beautiful. It is a hidden gem in Turkey. 2 days are enough in Kas.
Day trip to Kekova was wonderful. Must visit if you have extra days.
Old town looks very beautiful at night. Can have a nice walk at night.
There is this cute restaurant called Cinarlar Pizza Garden, if Indian tourist looking for something with more flavour.

Beautiful location. Pristine beach. Picture perfect.
The only downside of this beach is that you can not control the influx of people. Too many locals and tourists all mixed together that by lunch time it’s like chaos because of too many children as well 😅
Overall experience is very good. Go early like 8am to find a parking spot and to enjoy it while there’s not much people yet.

Do not miss this when in Kas. The water and view is exactly as is this picture. Its unreal how beautiful and serene it is and the water is perfect. The beds get full quick but just lay out your towel on the side and enjoy a day of amazing sun and gently surf. Thete are showers and toilets- super clean- on location. The cafeteria has great food to- try the chicken shish!

If you are keen on trying to find a parking lot kilometers away along the dangerous road and on walking back to where you want to spend the day, if you like fighting for a deckchair and a sunshade with other tourists on a beach early in the morning, and if you enjoy spending the day with hoards of other people on a beach that is not vast at all, then Kaputaş Beach is the right place for you.
For me it was not. Despite the evident beauty of the spot I decided not to stay longer than absolutely necessary. There are more such coves in the immediate neighborhood, where the sand is warm and the water glitters in all shades of blue.

Kaputaş Beach is worth going to. This beach has a magical attraction. I can stay there all day long. Changing rooms are clean, you can take a shower, eat and drink something at the cafe.
