Concorde De Luxe Resort

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. Firstly, I suspect that this hotel may be a little racist, on my first day I checked in the reception put me in a room with a lift nearby, the room was very noisy and when I turned on the air conditioning the room smelled very bad, when I changed rooms the room was still next to the lift. Also when you try to use the uber app you will find that the driver cancels the order, this is because the hotel has blocked all app taxis forcing customers to use the hotel's taxis which are almost twice the price of uber and only accept foreign currency ,and only cash. In addition, the quality of the food was poor, I found the bread to be unusually hard and consuming it surprisingly caused acute gastroenteritis, which greatly inconvenienced my journey.

Stayed early April, family Mum, Sister and Nieces (Aged 73 to 12). We all found the hotel very good. Late arrival and assisted straight away to restaurant before it closed so we could have something to eat. Then back to checkin for a quick and friendly service. Rooms on floor 7 Excellent, great views and very clean. All the bathroom items you need and restocked. Minibar restocked each day, and tea & coffee facilities. The hotel dining is good, food excellent with good choice, daily and a night. Lots of options for all. Evening entertainment varied and good for winter programme. The entertainments team work very hard. The waiters are helpful, friendly and quick. All the staff do their best to make your stay the best. Guest relations on hand for anything you need to know. The Spa services were good & well priced. The pool area big but a little chilly in April, however the indoor pool is heated. would love to go in summer as things just getting ready to open up and looked fab. Overall great holiday & good value.

Very nice stay overall. The place is not perfect, but close to it, the staff is very friendly, really making an effort and made our stay very enjoyable. First, we were given a room close to another hotel that had a party in the night we arrived, which was not fun for us with a 1 year old, but the day after we were promptly offered a quiet room on the other side of the building. The garden of the hotel is just beautiful and amazingly kept. Moving around the area is uncomplicated even with a baby, and our little one loved interacting with the numerous cats that live in the cat house of the hotel. Quiet family friendly, with a large playing room for kids of all age and a kids disco every evening which is really good fun. The sea and most of the pools are too cold in the off season as everywhere, but there is a nice heated outdoors pool we loved and also an indoors one that's good for swimming. Very good experience overall, will come back next year

We were on holidays for 2 weeks with our 1 year old daughter , everything was amazing, great food, comfortable rooms, cool kids animation and especially kinder disco. Weather in February was mild and pleasant, there is a heated outdoor pool. we hope to be back.

Fantastic hotel with lots of great entertainment for family, the staff are wonderful and make you feel at home. Super service and facilities. The entertainment staff was really great!!! Will definitely be coming back! Lots of stuff for kids including a heated outdoor pool and mini kids club

There is a hevean here in Antalya named as concorde de luxe. If you want to experience some adventure please come and have some. 😍👌 We had great programs every night don't miss them. 3 different pools makes you feel you deserve everything. , ❤️

I came to this hotel first and this hotel near the every where airport city center you can go so easy and fast people very kind food and beverage very quality you can drink premium drink restaurants everyday different cuisine and food live music was amazing good program every evening thank you for all …🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Our family holiday at the Concorde de Luxe was simply excellent! We were 9 people and booked 4 rooms for 6 nights. The staff went above and beyond; always helpful and kind. The hotel was spotlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. With a wide variety of food options, everyone in the family found something delicious to enjoy. The kids really had a lot of fun in the swimming pool and the beach. It was really a perfect getaway for us. Highly recommended!

We visited for the first but really liked it and even extended our stay here. restaurant everyday different delicious and fresh food from the buffets bars has allday long branded drinks night programs are very funny and great fun makers thank for everyone,

Irene Russian speaking manager went above and beyond to help us. She truly made me feel special guest. She is very beautiful lady, professional attitude, very caring and guest oriented. Thank you so much for your kind heart. We enjoyed so much Italian restaurant. I highly recommend to try it. The food, service and music are amazing. We also want to say thank you so much for servers at the main dining room. Very hard working, fast and guest oriented. Our server from the second day remembered our favorite drinks and also our names. Which is very touching. The housekeeping department very good, kept our room clean and organize the entire stay. Thank you so much. The grounds of the hotel look like fairytale. Very clean. Also, the swimming pool is nice and warm. The spa facilities are very good. Thank you so much for making our stay so special.
