Coach & Horses Rainhill

Me and my partner live very close .we often walk across road staff are lovely and freindly place is spotlessly clean .prices are reasonable ,and they have some good offers on my partner loves the gins especially the strawberry .place is just a nice place too relax chat no mad loud music so can converse and chill

My wife and I have now made this our local. We pop down most weekends and we take our dog with us. Staff are great and everyone makes you welcome. Place can be very busy if there’s sport on.
Another plus it is attached to the Spice In Indian restaurant which I have commented on in the past.

We went for a few drinks before going to the restaurant that is attached to the pub.
This is a proper old fashioned pub which is spotless and well kept inside staff are very very friendly and it has a warm friendly atmosphere.

We visit the pub fairly often, whether just going for drinks or to eat at The Spice Room which is attached. There is a nice selection of cask beers and ales all reasonably priced. The meals in The Spice Room are always high quality and well priced. The staff in both are always friendly and helpful

tried this pub as recommended by local taxi driver very nice atmosphere and they also have an Indian restaurant attached to it. it looked very nice there was a live singer on that night and she was very good and sang some good songs very entertaining and as we were strangers to the place she was very keen to find out where we were from and it was good to see a local pub that was very friendly to strangers

Myself and my husband stayed at Rainhill premier inn for 2 nights feb 24th-26th .. we have stayed in lots of premier inns over the years and always had very good service, but Rainhill really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, we met 5 different members of reception staff during our stay and they were all so helpful and genuinely lovely people , we actually thought we were the only guests as the hotel was so quite and peaceful but all rooms were occupied, we were given accurate information about train times and directions for a ATM machine .. after a night out with friends we returned to be given a box of biscuits off the gentleman that was on the late shift such a lovely gesture wich we really appreciated so thank you very much Rainhill and we will see you all in September from Mandy and garry ( room 11) 😊

Cracking pub that has become an oasis after the decline of another local pub. Decent selection of alcohol at a good price, always clean with friendly staff and a belter of an Indian restaurant next door too.

Good ale food friendly staff in the pub and the indian resturant attached, good selection of beers and good food menu

Great afternoon except for the score! Great ales and friendly staff - a great pub all round - management look after their customers and know about their beer - used to be a no go area for many Rainhill locals but since new owners took over its become a real ale mecca - attached to Spice Rooms Indian so can fall from one into the other and back again!!
