This beautifully kept home is created to look like a charming Haunted House and grounds. Only able to walk around the exterior of the property. . They had spiders, crows etc decorating the gates, fences etc.
Got some terrific photos. It is located in Beverly Hills North of Sunset at 516 Walden Dr

Very eccentric, imaginary and grotesque architecture and garden. I was just wondering if anybody lives there, if not it may be evaluated as a small museum house with matching interior decoration to its outer look.

Very cute house worth driving by when you are near Rodeo Drive. We were told by a neighbor that it had previously been on a movie set and moved to this location and that, as would be expected, on Halloween, all roads in the area are blocked off from traffic because there are soo many visitors. Be sure to check out all the details outside the house, such as the fake alligator in the lily pond moat and the fake ravens on the rickety bridge and in the bushes along with the ‘scary’ No Trespassing signs and such. As this is a private residence, you can only stop by and take a look from the outside. Therefore, it only takes a few minutes to take a look.

If you're in the Beverly Hills area it's worth stopping by to see. The house definitely sticks out from the rest of the houses around it, but that makes it even cooler in my opinion.

It's the embodiment of whimsy, and dedication, and imagination.
Every time I'm in LA, I make it a point to stop by this picturesque residence. Privately owned, I'm sure the upkeep on this property is considerable & a big thank you to the owners for taking such good care of this iconic piece of architecture.
Sure to delight adults as well as children.

I love the Witch's House, This whimsical, haunted cottage is the perfect drive by jump out and take a snap kind of point that you would not expect to be in the middle of Beverly Hills. It was a nice surprise that our guide Claudia from "We Love LA Tours" showed us on our journey and we were excited to jump out and take a photo in front of it before the Witch caught us.
Recommended to take kids there to get some halloween excitement happening

Beverly Hills, California is a mecca of outstanding sights to explore. One of the most unique and weird sights is the Spadena House located on Walden Drive. This outstanding house is known as the “The Witch’s House” built in 1921. A perfect home for witches and black cats. This home was moved from Culver City to Beverly Hills in 1934. This haunting yellow house has a sagging roof covered with strangely shaped black wooded shingles. One can only imagine that you have been transformed into the world of Hansel and Gretal. This dilapidated looking “gingerbread house” with its sagging roof is truly a Witch’s House. A white picket fence, surrounding the house, is made of warped wooded slats. The house is decorated with numerous windows with crazy shutters sticking out at strange angles. Some are fully closed, while other are partially open. The grounds are also something out of a nightmare. Twisted trees and shrubs abound around a moat and bridge. One can only expect a coven of witches to pop out of the house and chase you away. Be advised this is a private resident and access to the grounds and house is off limits. If you are interested in art, the weird, or architecture this facility is waiting for you. A truly remarkable building worth visiting. Most definitely will be returning in October for
