Room and staff amazing. Food excellent. Will definitely go back soon. Stayed in penthouse suite on 2nd floor and view amazing . Couldn't fault our stay and staff were polite and helpful. We didn't use spa but asked for tour but other people were using facilities so couldn't have look around. Really enjoyed our stay

Stayed for three nights on our most recent visit to the Quay. The room and bathroom are both a good size and well furnished. We had problems with the towel rail not working so had to frequently have towel changes. Menu at the Ebb & Flow restaurant only has one vegetarian choice for a three night stay. Daily special would probably overcome this. All staff were pleasant and helpful.

We were lucky to get a suite comprising a large lounge opening to the harbour, a good sized bedroom with a really comfortable bed and a decent bathroom. The suite looked fresh as though it had recently been renovated. Facilities in the lounge provided a coffee machine and tea making equipment. The dining areas are spacious with views across the harbour to the majestic castle. Food is excellent, good choices on menu and cost is reasonable. The hotel has an indoor pool, spa and gym. All in all a most enjoyable stay at a good location. Paul.

Lovely staff. Stunning room and outstanding food. Bed very comfy. Look forward to visiting again soon. Gym and spa available . View of the boats and marina and tidal estuary with the mountains on the background. Reception staff very helpful too.

Wonderfully situated hotel on water front. Very easy to get to from main road. Nice and quiet area with views over estuary to Conwy. Wonderful service at check-in, very good room well equipped. Very good food and drinks choice in evening. Recently refurbished spa that was spotless clean and very relaxing. Excellent breakfast with lovely staff

We have just come back from the hotel after spending Mother’s Day there. We had a great time. Food was special in the Ebb & Flow at breakfast and evening meal. The Spa is now amazing after the update!

Popped in to the Cove bar for a bar meal on Mother’s Day and it was a fab lunch. Elegant bar, lovely views from floor to ceiling windows over to Conwy. The menu was good and we had calamari and teriyaki pork as starters, fish and chips and seafood teriyaki noodles main and a huge sticky toffee pudding. Including two alcohol drinks And coffees a fab meal and reasonable priced. Food was lovely, service excellent. A quality bar and food with nice fellow Customers too.

A fabulous mini spa break for myself and daughter, lovely hotel and gorgeous amenities, the staff were helpful and very polite and the location and views made for a great escape. The unexpected lovey weather obviously helped

I booked for 2 nights deal with dinner , a suite overlooking estuary. The room was dusty, bathroom clean. Dinner was a total letdown, crab starter like baby food, my slow cooked lamb was not,but a small rare piece surrounded by pretty flowers. I refused the dish and had fish instead that was ok. We had stayed before where the Hotel was immaculate and excellent food. Breakfast no longer offers smoked haddock. Why would you reduce a quality offering and not check cleaning, especially in a suite. An expensive and disappointing return.

Just returned after staying two nights at this wonderful hotel. The room was large with a small balcony overlooking the estuary. Comfortable bed and large bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. We had an evening meal and breakfast in the hotel and it was very tasty. The service was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel has a large free car park. We walked into Conwy and Llandudno. Only about an hours walk for both and the walks are very scenic. I would certainly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back one day.
