Show more...I would never expect a hotel resort to look like the glossy styled perfect promotional pictures on TUI's website but Club Marvy is like stepping into those pictures. The whole of the resort is stunning and worth taking it slow to really take it all in. I took this holiday with my sister and we are in our 30's. We paid £1400 each including flights from Birmingham with extra leg room, private taxi transfers, all inclusive and comfort room. We were at Club Marvy for 2 weeks 8th of October to the 22nd of October 2022. We are both Vegan, my sister is vegan for medical needs and I am vegan for preference. We are both plus size (which is relevant when it comes to furniture, we cant be dealing with tiny fold up chairs lol) We were bought up with some wise words "life is what you make it" and "if you have a negative mind set you will find faults everywhere". Arrival From the get go our Taxi driver was telling us what a wonderful place we have booked and how we are going to love it and he was completely right. We arrived late at night and didn't even have to handle our own bags as we got out of the car. We were greeted into the lobby which is breath-taking even at night. So clean, wonderfully decorated and so welcoming. We had a small form to fill in and was shown on a map the layout of the hotel, we were shown down to the restaurant where there was a small selection of food laid out, I enjoyed a small salad, olive oil, olive bread with a grain salad and it was perfect for a little bite after a long journey. We then went back to the lobby where we were taken on a golf cart with our bags to our room. Our room Our room was wonderful. We were in the 31st block in room 3605. It was a minimalist style which worked perfect for us. There was so much space. We especially enjoyed how the balcony opened up very wide and how there was a net screen you could keep across so fresh air flowed through the room. The blackout curtains were great as we liked to take our time in the morning and lay in. The balcony was large with two sturdy comfortable chairs and a little table. The balcony looked over all of the greenery with the incredible amount of trees, it felt like we were in a jungle! From our balcony we could see the sea which we didn't expect but was grateful for. The beds were very comfortable and soft, we slept very well. The small tv in the room was a nice touch as we always enjoy listening to local radio stations when abroad. In the room was a great selection of different lighting. The bathroom was again nice a minimalistic, a sloping styled sink with a great selection of lotions, soaps, shampoo and conditioner. The rainfall shower was easy to use I loved it. The shower sometimes leaked onto the floor outside but nothing too bad, the bath mat done a good job at soaking it up. The nature of the floor of the hotel room it picks a fine dust so slippers are provided so prevent your feet getting dirty. Dressing gowns were provided but they were not very big so did not fit us. Towels are the same design as the pool towels, a natural type material which I preferer. The fridge in our room was pretty spacious, the mini bar was stocked up with Fanta, beer, cokes and sparkling water and in with the all inclusive in the price. Still bottled water was provided in glass bottles which kept the water lovely and cold. As we were there in October we didn't need to use the air-conditioning but the rare times we used it was pleasant and easy to use. My sister fell in love with the big comfortable seat in the room and would sit there after a long day and read her book while i took forever with my makeup and hair. There was plenty of power outlets with some in the bathroom as well. We are both childless but not in the adult only accommodation (we asked but there was no availability on our dates), there were families either side of us and the walls were a little thin but we are understanding people and kids will be kids. WIFI WIFI was very good, there was only a few spots where it didn't work but we listened to music in our room, posted videos online on the beach and was able to keep in contact with family throughout our stay. Allergy card If you have any dietary preferences (Vegetarian, Vegan, Pescatarian, gluten free etc.), like my sister who is Vegan for medical reasons, allergies, or even if you are a picky eater please go to the Marvy Assist office ASAP. They will help you fill in a A4 card form where you can tick what you wish to avoid and write anything above that is not listed. The card also has different translations in Turkish which provided comfort knowing my needs were understood. This card is signed by the Marvy Assist staff and then loaded onto the Club Marvy database and linked to your room. When you made a booking for any of the a la carte restaurants the allergy card showed up on the booking. I also put in the notes of the booking that we have a allergy form. Take this Allergy form with you everywhere, the staff know this form and will take it, give it a good read and show you what you can have. The staff are very knowledgeable on the food they are presenting and are so happy to show you what you can eat instead of just what you cant have. Filling out the form meant that we had special food prepared for us when we arrived to our booking and saved us from having to explain everything each time. Club Marvy App The app is worth getting to grips with. It is where you can see the map, find opening times, events and classes, book the a la carte restaurants and see food and drink menus. Its such a wonderful tool to get the most out of your stay. Marvy assist Marvy assist has its own office opposite the Luvi Bar. I used the office once to fill out the allergy card. They were very helpful and the office was so stylish, clean and welcoming like the whole hotel is. Marvy Assist is also contactable through whatsapp which the link is in the Club Marvy app. The whatsapp service automatically fills out your information so they know who they are talking to. I cannot stress enough to drop a message to ask any questions or help with anything. We asked questions about opening times, events, the golf carts and more. We also messaged to get a golf cart from Degirmen restaurant all the way up in the windmill down to our room near the lobby. One night we messaged for some more drinks for the mini bar and more toilet roll. The message was answered in under a minute, there was a knock at the door in under 4 minutes with a lovely man holding 4 toilet rolls and then 2 minutes later another lovely man with all the drinks we asked for. Now that's service! Its the old saying of "If you don't ask then you don't get". Marvy assist, house keeping and all the staff are so eager to help. Golf carts The Legendary golf carts! Club Marvy is a HUGE resort with lots of different sections that make it feel like you are in a different place each time but that does come with allot of walking, hills and little lanes that make it easy to get lost. The golf carts were amazing. On the Club Marvy app there is a map of the whole resort with a symbol for where to stand to hop on a golf cart. The easy place to catch a golf cart is the lobby, there was always someone standing outside who you could tell where you wanted to go and would tell you which kart to get on. Alternatively you can flag down one of the carts down or message Marvy assist and they will come pick you up. Now, as previously stated my sister and I are plus size, we were concerned that there would be a weight limit but these carts are made to last and are powerful. There was at times 6-7 people on the kart at one time going up very steep hills so there was no trouble at all. We have to say that the drivers of the carts know what they are doing and often made us giggle at how it resembled a roller coaster and swept some wind in our hair. Entertainment There was lots of entertainment on offer every night. During the day it was very peaceful and we loved how we were not disturbed by any pool activities and poolside entertainment. The evening entertainment started late and finished sometimes around midnight to 1am. Our room as very well sound proofed but most nights we sat on the balcony and enjoyed the music with a drink and snacks. We enjoyed a night on the Kesre Bay beach for the beach party. DJ Papa and Kaikhan were amazing and put on an incredible performance. I danced all night with some other guests I have never met before. We had rounds of fabulous drinks and had the time of our lives. The night sky was lit up with string lights and decorations. It was really special. Pools Main pool was very clean with plenty of sturdy well made sunbeds throughout the day, the pool was pleasant and the views were wonderful looking back up at the hotel or down at the beach while surrounded by greenery of plants and trees. Infinity pool was our favourite place to spend the day, the views looking over the pool and down at the sea was so relaxing and not far away from our room or the Boa grill snack restaurant and stage bar. Its very warm and perfect for sunbathing. Yes the pool is cold but the trick is to use the showers provided first and then its not so bad. Staff were going around collecting empty glasses, helping people with umbrellas and taking and delivering drinks. Waterpark We never went to the water park but it was very fun to watch people go down the big slides having a great time. Most of the time we forgot it was there as it has its own section which made the rest of the hotel very calm and relaxing. Beaches Main family beach was fabulous, very relaxing and had a life guard. Toilets, bar, towel exchange and family pool was near by. There was plenty of sturdy well made comfortable sunbeds Kesre Bay is an adult only very cool beach with a totally different vibe to the family beach. If you like relaxing dance music, ibiza style beach bar with great drinks, comfy seats and later in the day a live DJ then this place is for you. Bars Luvi bar, main pool bar, stage bar, bar on the pier, Kesre bay bar, lobby bar and Beuno beach bar were all well stocked, service was brilliant and drinks tasted wonderful. There was Soy milk at each bar and I enjoyed lots of Soy Lattes. There is a wide selection of juices and iced teas we loved. One evening at the Luvi bar there was an amazing mixologist which put on a great show and even added some fancy features to my whiskey coke. Main Buffet The main buffet restaurant is massive. Spread over two halls there is a huge selection of food to choose from. As I am Vegan I will focus on what we could eat. Many times I went to the buffet restaurant with my Allergy form and got help from one of the chefs who was more than happy to help me often gathering other members of staff to double check they understood my requirements. There is a great pride at Club Marvy when it comes to the food, they want to show you everything and are willing to list of ingredients and double check with other chefs. The pasta chef station was our favourite, they took their time to look through all the different types of pasta to find out which ones we could have. There is a selection of options to add to the pasta (my favourite was olives, herbs, garlic oil and mushrooms) which were then cooked over a flame and presented lovingly with basil. The selection of salad was impressive and i really apricated the fact that while there was ready made salads on offer there was also all the ingredients separate in the bowls to build your own. There was also a chef ready to make your own customised salad and again the chefs were more than happy to talk through the ingredients of the dressings and dishes. At Club Marvy there is allot of seasoned grilled and baked vegetables which are deliberately presented cold which was something I wasn't used to but by the end of the holiday I really enjoyed it. Its worth asking the chefs what you can have as there were dishes over by the cheeses that were vegan such as cinnamon apple salad and chickpea salads that I wouldn't have thought to look at. The massive selection of breads was nice to explore and again I was shown the breads I could have and the ones to stay away from. As much as I love to explore flavours, seasonings and spices along with local cuisines sometimes after a day of sipping drinks in the sun the chips/ fries are all a girl needs. over by the grilled meats there is dedicated fryer just for chips and are freshly cooked in small batches. I even had my plate stolen by a chef who announced the chips were not hot enough and he wouldn't let me walk away which was very amusing. By the sweet dessert selection is an impressive selection of fruit, lots of different melons, grapes, banana, apples and fruit we are not used to in England to try. With all of the wonderful flavours of dinner it was nice to have something refreshing to finish off the meal. This is a great resort to explore the power of plant based foods and seasonings, there is no fake meats on offer but then again it was lovely to take a break from such foods. A la carte's Boa Grill and burger house. Wow Boa Grill was incredible. Positioned by the infinity pool it is high up over the resort and has some breath-taking views. Boa Grill has a relaxed and calm atmosphere while making you feel special and welcome. The staff were so happy to help us with out dietary needs and consulted each other to double check everything was on point. I can honestly say this was one of the best meals I have ever had. We were presented with lots of little dishes of salads with the most amazing dressings, pomegranate herb salad, grilled vegetables, pickled beetroot and lots of pita style bread and olives. We were delighted and took our time to enjoy all the flavours. The second course was presented to us. We had a falafel wrap which was labelled vegan on the menu. I have never tasted falafel like it, it was so thick, fresh and filling with a tahini sauce in a soft wrap. The potato's, vegetables and rice along with the salad made for a really enjoyable meal. I was so full I couldn't finish it all. The staff checked in on us all along the way getting us drinks whenever we wanted them. We were made to feel really special. Iskele Meyhane - The night we went to this restaurant is a very treasured memory. Iskele Meyhane is located on the end of the pier just to the side of the family beach. Being outside, over the water, at night, watching and hearing the waves crash against the rocks, surrounded by string lights and hearing the wonderful local music was an experience we will never forget. We were greeted with a smile and was able to choose where we wanted to sit, we sat by the water side with a great view of the kitchen and the boats coming in and out of the port further up the coast. We were handed menus which were swiftly taken from us by the manager and told there was a special meal prepared for us. We were presented with a table full of incredible food but the stand out dish was the aubergine steak which melted in the mouth. The second course was a warm grain dish with a vegetable sew type dish with the wonderful crusty bread. Again we were so full, satisfied and made to feel so special. Degirmen - Located in the highest point of the resort inside and around a windmill Degirmen is not to be missed. The rustic furniture, natural decorations and scenery really reminds you of where you are. The staff were very nice and understood our allergy card. We were bought a selection of dishes and after only one mistake and misunderstanding where they didn't realise that we were both vegan we got to enjoy our meal. The flavours and freshness of the food was so nice but the second course was everything we had been craving. Wood fired vegetables in a skillet with crusty warm bread was so delicious. We were then presented with a platter of cut fresh fruit which we enjoyed thoroughly. Inside of the windmill was a display of furniture, traditional rugs, chandelier and wonderful beaded doorways and carved doors which was incredible to explore. Kesra Bay - This restaurant is located on the adult only beach, the staff are so helpful. We used this location during the day and enjoyed many a lunch there. The tables and chairs were nice to sit at but we also ate near the bar. The very nice manager helped us go through the menu with the chef and it turned out there was plenty of things on the menu that was already vegan. We enjoyed the pan fried potato's with no sauce, grilled vegetables in a tomato sauce (which is meant to be served cold) with a shepherds salad. The staff got to know our order well which was quite amusing. We loved it here. Buono Italiano - This is a pay for restaurant. We decided to skip this restaurant as we had plenty of other options. The cut steak house - As Vegans we decided to skip this restaurant which was fine as we had plenty of other options. Snack restaurants Boa grill snack was a great place for us to get a nice pasta dish, we enjoyed pan fried potato's with no sauce and the salad bar. Buono on the beach pizza snack restaurant was wonderful with its great views over the sea. On the menu is a vegan aubergine Thai curry pizza which was so filling and tasty all included in the all inclusive The café located next to Luvi bar has some great seating, there was not much on offer for vegans as it was mostly cakes but we loved the Simit on offer, its like a sesame seeded sweet bagel. Takeaway The panini takeaway shop is located close to the family pool and the family beach. There was nothing on the menu that was vegan but when I presented my allergy card the two lovely men who worked there made sure to check all the ingredients even finding the packaging for the bread and checking with me if I don't mind a May Contain warning which was fine for me. I decided on a aubergine and mixed vegetable caponata with rocket which they know it as Arugula in a big crispy panini roll. It was so delicious, flavourful and filling. They are open between 4pm and 6:30pm but times sometimes changed. This would be something I would have expected to pay for so it was a great surprise for it to be included in with the all inclusive. Market shop The Market shop was very handy. As Vegans there was limited dessert options other than the fantastic fruit on offer but now and again we would get the need for something sweet. In the shop there was Vegan chocolate, Oreos, original Pringles, ruffles crisps and a selection of salted nuts. The shop was clean and there was always lovely service from the very nice shop keeper. I never kept track of the prices but I remember I walked away with a big bag of snacks for 21 euros which was fine for us seeing as we came home with half of our spending money left! While we stayed there was a few rumbles/small earthquakes which we were not told about. Once we understood that it was a very common thing in the area then it was easy to relax. Thank you Club Marvy for an incredible holiday, we will be back!
Show more...Excellent hotel, place, and environment. Food quality and restaurant services are exceptional. Rooms are really good, and adults area is also awesome. Pool on top of the hill has an unbeatable view, one on the most beautiful scenic perspective!!!
Show more...Lovely resort. Great food in all the different restaurants. The breakfast in diegeman restraunt is amazing with great views, the sunset from here is also a must. The pools and beaches are awesome. We stayed in an adult only room with an amazing sea view, low but comfortable bed, room service was on point everyday making the bed and changing towels etc and topping up the minibar. If for some reason they didn’t you just send a message on WhatsApp and it gets sorted. The staff here and really friendly and make this place shine. The only thing that we found frustrating were the drinks, especially at the adults only bar. Most of the time there was only one barman doing the drinks which caused long queues, they do work so hard for long hours so why not staff up the bars with a few more team members to make service slick. It made no sense. This really needs looking into. The staff here and really friendly and make this place shine. The only thing that we found frustrating was the disorganisation at the bars which could so easily be resolved.
Show more...We had a wonderful family time and enjoyed the beach, pools, restaurants, live music, sauna and tennis a lot and the kids loved the Kids Club and the water slides. I personally loved the yoga in the morning! We will come back!
Show more...After wanting to come here for the last few years we had high expectations & Club Marvy did not disappoint, now where to start...... We booked with Tui from the UK which included a private taxi transfer form the airport which was a great start to our holiday, it took about 45 mins. Upon arrival at 11.30pm our cases were taken from us to our room, we went sent for fresh hot food and drinks in the restaurant it's open 11 - 1am for "midnight snacks" which are much better then snacks! Our room was 5410 it was right at the furthest point of the resort away from reception near the windmill, perfect location for us as we loved the walking buring the extra food and drinks off, there was always buggies available to come and take you where ever you wanted if you didn't want to walk. The room was amazing! Robes, slippers, mini bar & club marvy branded toiletries which were all replenished. The balcony was massive with the best view. The bed also faced the window, we left the curtains open every night and the view to wake up to was just the best, I'll add a pic to my review. The Food here is one of the best elements! There really is sooooo much choice and its all so fresh and tasty. You have the Club Marvy app where you can book into 5 free al la carte restaurants as often as you like and also view the menus etc there before booking. We tried them all and found the Kesre Bay one to be our favorite the food and service in all of them is brilliant so we didn't have any trouble booking in. Main restaurant is also very good, it's a different layout, with lots of different areas however in the evenings we did struggle to get a table 2/3 evenings, it does get very busy & I can see in peak season this may be an issue especially if you travel with more than 2 people. We just tended to go in the al la carte a bit more often as it was a nicer experience. The place itself is absolutely beautiful everything is spotlessly clear, toilets i'm sure someone lived in them just to jump out and clean them after every use as they are so clean :) Both beaches have lovely soft sand and the water is perfectly safe for children it goes out a long way before it gets deep and is crystal clear. The pier area has nice steps down into the water with lots of fish for snorkelling, if you get some bread there are so many fish! All the sunbed here are super comfy with big padded cushions on, you can order drinks to your sunbeds everywhere in the resort there was only one occasion where we didn't get during the whole 2 weeks so very good overall. Drinks are really good quality and all branded. I don't drink and I asked on the marvy assist app what alcohol free options were available, they organised alcohol free beer to be delivered to our room and put in the fridge! The Marvy assist system is brilliant they can sort out anything! My husband does drink and enjoyed all the cocktails and drinks they have a very good drinks menu. The evening entertainment was very grown up, no mini disco and club dances as part of the main entertainment this was all done in the mini club separately so if like us traveling as a couple you didn't have to witness it but could go and see what was happening if you wanted. The entertainment was outside each might either at the main stage near the stunning infinity pool or on the terrace behind the Luvi bar. At the Luvi bar it was quite low key good quality singers and bands I'd say similar to a cruise type. The main stage entertainment was a bite more lively and we practically loved Zafer Zencirli and his band the violin player was unreal! Friday nights they had a live DJ on the adults only beach, it was great, lovely chilled out vibe felt like ibiza. There is a nightclub you can go to 11- 1am which has a DJ we went once but it was very quiet in there in October, some in the summer it's great. Most nights we wanted to go to bed when the entertainment finished to be up early and not miss any of the day. Waterpark is great fun some fab slides & lifeguards were friendly. We felt relaxed within 1 day of being here, that never happens that quickly. It's such a relaxed place so naturally beautiful, smells so fresh with the pine trees and the planted herbs it's a special place. It felt like you could sort of do what you wanted here no strict rules plastic glasses on the beach etc. they trusted people to have glasses and bottles and food on their sunbeds if they wanted so refreshing it truly seems like they want people to just relax and enjoy. We travel a lot and don't return to the same place however I would go back here especially if we have a room in that block again it was perfect if you like to get your steps in for all your puddings! All staff on the adult only beach are brillant a real credit to the place. Hopefully will be back!
Show more...If you're looking for a contemporary and picturesque location to visit, this is the perfect place for you. However, it's important to note that the area is characterized by its undulating terrain, and you may need to climb hills to get around. Despite this, the stunning views and tranquil atmosphere make it a worthwhile adventure.
Show more...We have just completed a 10 night stay and really enjoyed the holiday and down time. Overall we were really impressed with the hotel and would rate it a good 4 star but it lacked a few elements for us that many 5 star resorts naturally include. It’s a great choice for a holiday though and have included some of our pros and cons below: Rooms: - really clean and ample toiletries, towels and mini bar offerings - Good size for 2 adults + 1 toddler and lots of storage space (we had a garden view bungalow) - Poor sound proofing. Could hear the neighbours drawing the curtains, flushing the toilet, putting plugs in etc Communal areas: - Surrounded by nature, rustic and rugged - Communal toilets, seating areas all kept very clean and tidy - Some loose paving slabs that need attention as they could be dangerous, especially in the dark Spa: - Beautiful setting overlooking the sea but not very private. The door didn’t shut properly and you could see people walking past through the slates of bamboo. This could easily be rectified by added a sheet of fabric across the door. - The massage itself (a pregnancy massage) was very good. An offering of tea or water afterwards would be a nice touch. Food: - Great choice of restaurants for lunch and dinner and good snack options throughout the day - The buffet selection was very good and variable but the restaurant itself could often feel too busy and chaotic and this was end of Sept/Oct Drinks: - Good selection of bottled beers and cocktails. Only one choice of white, red and rose wine and no sparkling on the all inclusive option. Wine or spirits by the bottle were extortionately priced e.g. Moët €369 a bottle and Hendricks €138 a bottle. Where on earth have you got these prices from? - Club Marvy seems to promote a culture of health and well-being but sadly no fresh juices or smoothies were available during the day (just at breakfast). - Some mocktail options would have been good too - No alternative milks for coffee Service: - Overall pretty good and efficient. No one went particularly above and beyond but everyone was friendly and helpful enough when approached Swimming pools: - Two beautiful swimming pools and a little kids pool but all of which were barely used as the water was freezing - they clearly don’t heat it. Probably ok in the middle of summer but not great in October. - All kept immaculately clean though Water park: - opens between 10-12 and 14.00-17.00 daily. Not super busy but again perhaps due to the freezing cold water. - A great facility to have at the hotel but I couldn’t help but wonder why it’s been done in such a garish fashion. It could have been done so nicely in keeping with the style of the hotel, instead it sticks out like a sore thumb! Kids club: - We had to stay with our 3 year old for the kids club activities as the cut off for leaving them there was 4. We were super impressed with the range of facilities and lovely staff. - The nightly kids disco was thoroughly enjoyed by our daughter but some nights it was 30 mins and other nights cut short to 15 mins which was disappointing. Even 30 mins felt quick and sure the children would love an hour to dance and burn off energy before bed Entertainment: - This was probably our biggest bug bear about the resort. It didn’t start until 9.30pm every night and went on to just before 11pm and it was soooo loud! Every word of every song was clearly audible from our room (2514) which was not ideal when our toddler was trying to get to sleep every night. Even when it was held on the stage near the infinity pool it was still super loud throughout the resort so wonder if it’s the acoustics of the bay. I imagine people come to this type of resort for rest and relaxation and guests should have the choice as to whether they enjoy the entertainment or not. Even if it was held between 9.00-10.30pm each night this would be better but perhaps the location and volume should be reconsidered?
Show more...We had a wonderful perfect holiday with you. We were in a beautiful bungalow overlooking the sea and the beautiful gardens. The staff were very friendly. Thanks. We will definitely come back one day !!
Show more...Just returned from our third visit and it didn’t disappoint. We had a swift check in and were in our room within 20 minutes of arrival. The room was situated on an upper floor in the bungalow blocks and was spacious and clean. It was my wife’s birthday on the second day and we returned to a gift of a bottle of wine and a card , nice touch. Food : always consistently excellent, loved the fresh omelettes for breakfast. Snack bars offered tasty lunchtime options. Nice range of food on an evening. We didn’t use any of the a la carte but considered the Italian, on viewing the menu found the prices to be VERY expensive, gave it a miss. Pool / beach : used the infinity pool and adult beach , never had an issue finding a pair of loungers even as late as 12pm however did notice the same people had staked the same prime position beds every day. Loved the app order service, the drinks arrived in good time and in glassware not flimsy plastic cups. Some sun beds were missing their ID numbers which made ordering a bit trickier. I used the gym daily and I must say it is the nicest gym I have been to, very well equipped with towels and water available. You could take in the panoramic see view whilst training. Evening entertainment : nice selection of live music and Dj’s , the bar area got a little overwhelmed though and getting a drink took time. We looked forward to the Friday evening beach party, the music was a bit too Ibiza club, some 80’s & 90’s crowd pleasers wouldn’t go a miss. Overall we had a fantastic relaxing stay and the weather in late September suited us perfectly. The staff were pleasant and helpful and we loved the kitten squad by the restaurant. We will return. Thank you Marvy.

Firstly, this resort is stunning. So stylish and the grounds are so green and well kept, and a beautiful view across the little bay. This was our first time taking our 2 year old abroad and it went really well! There are so many staff everywhere and all really helpful. We had a ground floor bungalow with balcony and garden view which was great - right in the middle of the resort which is very big, and easy with our pushchair. The room was really spacious and the bathroom and mini bar are both well stocked. Bed was very comfy! We preferred the pool by the family beach and went there most days, as well the family beach which was really lovely for a swim and our son had lots of fun playing in the sand. The kids pool area is great too although the water was on the cold side! There are lots of steps around the resort but there’s also roads you can use if you have a buggy. We enjoyed the variety of music entertainment in the evening. A couple of evenings it was held by the adults only beach so we couldn’t go to that, but the best location was the one by the main building as this was nice and spacious. We had been nervous about going away as our son has a serious dairy allergy, but were very reassured when the hospitality team went through this with us as soon as we arrived, filling out an allergy card to use around the buffet, and also adding it to their computer system. We were shown around the buffet restaurant and advised what he could and couldn’t have, which was really helpful. Some areas for improvement for allergies (specifically dairy as based on our experience): - Some more dairy alternatives at the buffet would be great, such as non-dairy butter, plant-based milks, soy yoghurt. This would really make a huge difference. - Some dairy-free options at the ice cream shop and cart, such as ice lollies, frozen yoghurt or smoothies, so that people don’t miss out - more thorough labelling of all the food at the buffet with allergy and dietary icons would help guide us towards safe foods - we’re also vegetarian and didn’t always know if certain items were safe or not - there was a vegan corner but this was not very inspiring and the one time we had food from there it was cold - didn’t seem like the same standard as the rest of the restaurant. Allergy comments aside, the food was AMAZING. I’ve never seen so much choice, and all so fresh and delicious with different options every day. So much fresh fruit too, and a huge range of desserts. We didn’t even try the a la cartes as the main restaurant was so good! The drinks are great too - the all inclusive includes SO much choice. We really enjoyed the frozen passion fruit daiquiris from the pool bar! You can order drinks from the app straight to your sunbeds which was really handy too. There’s nothing really immediately around the resort but you can walk into Ozdere - about 20mins or reception can order you a taxi. There’s a market there on Saturdays which is mostly food but also some clothes, bags etc. I also treated myself to a massage in the huts over the water which was so relaxing! Overall we had a brilliant holiday and would definitely consider returning - if the allergy points above were resolved then we would definitely come back!
