We stopped in yesterday to taste new wines and refresh on old ones. Jenn was wonderful! She took her time and made sure we enjoyed the experience and did not feel rushed. While we were there she helped an older patron take her purchases out to her car after asking us if it was ok. Her customer service is amazing.
We've always had a good time at this location but she was definitely one of the best!

We went as a group or two sets of couples. Autumn was absolutely amazing. She was so nice and professional that we ended up buying multiple bottles. She was very knowledgeable about the wine and how it’s made and what ingredients are in them. I went on the wine tour and my favorite wine was from mountain valley and Autumn was by far the friendliest person that helped me all day. Try the blackberry 😍

We always stop in here and usually enjoy our visit. This time however our normal server was busy and we got Queen B. She was not at all friendly and never really listened to anything we were asking or said. Not really the person to be the face of your business.

Small gift shop and small selection of wines. Wines received some type of awards, and the first four testers were free but $5 for the next four. None of the wines were really to my taste, but two were close enough (one dinner and one for desert). It is a commercial/touristy shop mainly for atteacting visitors (bit pricey for the taste). Probably would try one of the other wineries next time (doubtful of returning).

We are Wine Club Members and we enrolled last July so this was our second pickup. Our first pickup in January was flawless. This pickup had a few hiccups, but Jenn was AMAZING and worked hard to solve our problems. Originally, we visited Saturday to pickup our wine, but had to return Monday to actually pick it up. Jenn was professional and courteous and kept us abreast of when to expect our shipment. We prefer to support local establishments and are members of a few wine clubs so we mistakenly overlooked the nuanced requirement that you MUST schedule your pickup prior. Honestly, I was frustrated Saturday, since the company had charged my card, the distribution center is closed on the weekends and the first employee we spoke with recommended we request a refund. Jenn definitely changed my mood and returning Monday and observing the staff's kindness made me want to continue my membership. I think Saturday was a hectic, off day. Monday was busy, but the employees made time to help two elderly women who were having car trouble. How people treat others says a ton about their character and their employer. This firm obviously supports being a good community steward. Finally, their wine is solid. The Rose, Tempranillo and Blanc are a few of our faves!

Sky was awesome! He was very hospitable, helpful and knowledgeable. We don't have a lot of experience with wine, so Sky's recommendations and explanations of flavors were spot on. Really enjoyed the wine and the experience. Will definitely recommend to others!

Red took very good care of and did a great job explaining all the different wines. She also gave great recommendations. Karen took care of us at time of checking out. Thank you both so much! Great experience!

I visited the Mountain Valley Winery as a couples trip to Pigeon Forge. When we went to the Apple Barn, we were told that there is a Rocky Top Wine Trail with prizes at the end and we were sold. The trail took us to Mountain Valley where we had the good fortune to be served by Cesar. Not only did he PERFECTLY describe the wines we were about to sample, he gave us some visitors tips for the area and kept us laughing the whole time. What started out as a quick stop on the Wine Trail ended up being over an hour chatting, drinking wine slushies and laughing with Cesar. We will absolutely come back again the next time we’re in the area. As an added bonus, the view from the back patio is spectacular!

Kristin was amazing. She allowed our family to split into two tastings to allow both my child’s father and I to both get to taste. She was insightful and told us her favorites also facts about the wine. 100% recommend.it was an amazing experience.

Fantastic experiance here at Mountain Valley Winery. My wife and I stopped in to sample some east TN wines and were surprised by some new wines.
Justin served us and explained all about the new wine selections. Justin did a great job, the wines were outstanding, and they offer a lot of gifts, cheeses, and local novelties. Favorities were: Watermelon and Red Velvet Cake.
