I come with my family for first time in Maxx Royal Kemer and we have a wonderful time together The service was amazing the weather was perfect and everyone had so much fun. Our Maxx Assistants was very helpful and kind if we need anything. We will come back for another visit and we highly recommend if you have a child this is the best resort for them having an amazing place for them Maxiland full of great activities and professional people working there.

Its our second visit to Maxx Royal , last year every was very good but this year everything was perfect thanks to our dear friend Mr Bassam , the guest assistance manager , he took care of us from the first minute of our arrival to the last minute before our deprture , so the biggest thanks in the universe to dear Bassam ( Abu Ali ) . Also I must mention that all restaurants , bars , the chocolatier and the patisserie were perfect but you should try the Bronze steak house . thanks to everyone in the resort but special thanks to Kterina in the lobby bar , Hassan in Azur Turk , Samir in the beach restaurant and many thanks to dear Servi in the Bronze steak house , See you again Maxx Royal

One day before our check-in, the excitement was already building as we received a welcoming call from our assistant, Ms. Nagehan. She along with our second assistant Ms. Rocio created a WhatsApp group for us, ensuring easy access and communication from the very start. As we stepped into the grand lobby, we were met with the familiar smiles of Mr. Ali and Mr. Mohammed, who had been our wonderful Maxx assistants during our previous visit in 2021. They greeted us warmly and we had a delightful chat with them while Ms. Nagehan efficiently prepared the necessary documents for our check-in, evoking fond memories of our previous stay. We had booked a suite land and royal suite family rooms, but it was Mr. Bassam who truly went above and beyond to make our stay even more convenient and memorable. He had the brilliant idea to upgrade our suite land room, which was located in a different building, to a Royal suite family room, ensuring that we were right next to each other. His thoughtful gesture was a testament to the exceptional service we'd come to expect at Maxx Royal Kemer. I recall our first encounter with Mr. Bassam back in 2021 when he had just joined the Maxx family. His immense ambition was evident from the start, and it was clear that his ambition was a driving force in the resort's excellence, and his dedication to guests' satisfaction was commendable. The dining experiences at Maxx Royal Kemer were a culinary journey filled with excitement. One standout chapter was our encounter with the enchanting "Romanista," Ms. Ippolita. As a passionate AS Roma fan myself, it was a delightful surprise to meet a fellow Romanista in Antalya. Ms. Ippolita and her team, with Ms. Tanya standing out as the greatest, provided us with the best service and introduced us to a variety of Latin American cuisines, making one of our nights truly exceptional. At Le Melange, a friendly Iranian waiter provided us with excellent service, adding to our delightful culinary journey. For relaxation and rejuvenation, my mother-in-law and wife indulged in a soothing massage at Maxx Spa. During our visit, we had the pleasure of chatting with Ms. Miriam, the spa manager. Her warm and friendly demeanor added to the overall charm of our stay, making it a well-rounded experience. The joy for our children knew no bounds in the wonderland of Maxxiland. All the staff there were so engaging and professional in dealing with children. My son enjoyed playing football with one of the staff members there, whose name we regrettably don't remember. In the background, the efficient housekeeping team ensured our rooms were always impeccable, adding to our overall comfort and relaxation. At Maxx Royal Kemer, every moment was a part of our enchanting story. It was not just the luxurious accommodations or the breathtaking setting that made our stay extraordinary, but the exceptional individuals like Mr. Bassam, Ms. Ippolita, Ms. Miriam, Ms. Nagehan, Ms. Rocio, Ms. Tanya and the efficient housekeeping team who brought the resort to life, creating stories and memories that we'll cherish for years to come.

We had a wonderful holiday. Damla our Maxx Assistant was super. The Maxxiland team were brilliant and looked after our children with lots of love and care. Housekeeping kept our room nice and clean and all staff made our stay very special. Thank you we will be back next year!

Amazing service, excellent endless food varieties and very good entertainment. Our assistants Ibrahim and Jack were amazing, very professional, excellent at what they do. They will do anything for you, there is no No to anything you ask for. Maxi land is amazing, very rich daily program, Burcu was amazing with my daughter, very kind and professional. One thing to add, when registering the child just add the spoken language section to the registration form, need more English used when speaking to the kids as group, I do understand not many English speaking kids were there, but even one child does count!. But amazing all in all.

Maxx royal kemer is the best resort hotel I ever visited, at first I would like to say about the very tasty food in the hotel, the hotel has restaurants from different countries, for example (Italian, Turkish, Japanese, etc.) There is even a restaurant that is open 24/7. All the staff are very polite and friendly. But what I liked most about the hotel was the Teenage club, this holiday was the most fun because of the vibrant Teenage Club program, also because of the efforts of the animators (Grisha, Vika, Nika, Laura) they are unsurpassed masters in their field, they will support any conversation of a teenager , I say this as a 17 year old teenager. There are also comfortable rooms and luxurious pools in the hotel (2 large main pools), a water park that houses a lot of cool and fast slides. I recommend everyone to visit this hotel, it's worth it!

I really liked maxx royal, esspecially the teenage club, I found many friends and the entertainment team. I really liked how big the hotel was, there were many traditional themed restaraunts and the food in them was amazing. I would like to name the people that worked here in the teenage club: Grigori,Laura,Nika,Vika. They were really nice

I‘ve stayed at numerous luxury resorts, many in the same region, but Maxx Royal in Kemer stands out among them all. The meticulous attention to detail ensured I didn’t have to give a second thought to any of my needs. The service was impeccable, elevating our experience to unparalleled heights. Special shoutout to the following staff who went above and beyond: • Ahmet from the Pool Bar • Mete, Deniz, and Rasim from the Seafood Restaurant • Feyzullah from the Steakhouse • Ibrahim and Anil from the Turkish Restaurant I’d also like to commend Jackelin and Ibrahim from the service team for their outstanding competence and attentiveness. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I can confidently recommend this hotel for a holiday with both family and friends! It was an unforgettable trip . There is everything for a wonderful relaxing holiday. The service at the hotel is at the highest level! The staff is polite, smiling, always in touch and promptly solved all questions and wishes. Thanks to them for their help during our vacation .Upon arrival, guests are greeted with champagne and strawberries in white or milk chocolate. The room is beautiful, spacious, equipped with several rooms, a balcony with sea views , air conditioning, bar, safe.Most of all , my brother and I loved going to the water park on the territory of the hotel . My dad liked the gym, it was spacious and pleasant., and my mom liked the spa, especially the classic Thai massage. I also want to mention the excellent cuisine . Restaurants are all very tasty, sitting in a fish restaurant you can order a dish from any other. ,most of all we liked the Japanese restaurant and its variety.As for the beach, the pavilions on the beach are located at a distance from each other, it was clean and beautiful, the staff worked perfectly! There was not a single complaint during the rest. I would like to go back there again .
