Sunprime C-Lounge Hotel

From start to finish this was a great experience , staff were friendly welcoming and put us at ease. Ramos one of the bar staff found out it was a pre wedding holiday , the next day we had fruit a cake a bottle of wine and our room decorated! The food was so good that we only eat out a couple of times. Food was fresh and the menu changed daily, fresh salads beautiful cake and hot meals . Drinks were great quality and a good range of options included in the package. The hotel was also spotless, smoking only in permitted areas outside, no in door smoking which even as a smoker I found to be great. The spa experience was quality to I would recommend the massages we both had two while here. Also had a hair but and my nails painted. We will be back !! Weather was also wonderful between 19 and 22 everyday.

Had a really nice 10 days at the sun prime, it was my first time traveling solo and i was a bit worried if i got bored, i arrived in the early hours and was quickly shown to my beautiful room, and slept very comfortably, the food selection at all meal times was probably one of the best ive ever came across it caters for all tastes, the surrounding area and the jetty was marvelous and i saw the most beautiful sunsets. There is also a market once a week next to the hotel and i got some good bargains, also a chemist nearby if need be and a shop in the hotel. my worry about traveling solo was soon vanished as there was quite a few solo travellers of my age (50+) there.. We would meet up at night for some drinks and call ourselves 'The Orphans' The staff are very warm and friendly and the cleaners were very thorough. Drink selections very good indeed, the spa at the hotel is also a must, i had two great massages after a day in the sun and felt totally revitalized. I really had a pleasurable stay it was just what i was looking for. Nice and quiet and peaceful and i would definitely return again.. Top marks

Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Lovely spacious room with a beautiful view of the sea. Great spa treatments. Lovely waiter’s/ waitress’s in the dining area. There was a young gentleman, Yasin I think , who was particularly helpful and kind.

After being let down with 48hrs to go to our original hotel we were offered the Sunprime C-Lounge as an alternative. Now I don’t know what the original was like but we were not disappointed with the C-Lounge. Although plenty of work was being done around the hotel in readiness for peak season it wasn’t intrusive and done with as little disruption as possible to the guests. All of the staff were extremely attentive from the cleaners to the reception staff to the waiters and waitresses with all going above and beyond what was expected with many laughs along the way! Every request was met with a smile and quick service even though it was clearly a quiet time. The gym we had pretty much to ourselves whenever we wanted it with a good range of machines (even though a couple were not fully functional but that’s a small gripe). Rooms were excellent with cleaning every day, bedding changed whenever requested, ample towels and toiletries and water refreshed daily in the mini fridge in the rooms. Food was extremely varied in style with themed nights we all enjoyed, with always something to suit someone’s tastes. Breakfasts had everything anyone would want and the snack bar was extremely good in comparison to many other hotels we have stayed at in the past in terms of variety and quality. Also need to especially mention ‘eyeball’ (well that’s what we called her) the little one eyed hotel cat who was often seen wanting a fuss and at times snuggles 😂 Overall a fabulous hotel we would recommend to all especially if you want a quiet break at a quieter time of year. Our heartfelt thanks from all 4 of us for a great break, we will back!

I had wondered if I would regret choosing this hotel with many comments about the 3 hour journey from the airport. I arrived at 2am and my initial reaction was wow! This did not dissipate throughout my 14 nights there. My room and the hotel were modern and always immaculately clean. Excellent rainfall shower. Minor issue - only thing I would have preferred was the hard wired hairdryer being at the long table/shelf in bedroom rather than in bathroom. This would have allowed me to be seated drying my hair. Also if my partner had been with me, he showers second and would have delayed me drying hair due to steam on mirror. The buffet restaurant food was wide ranging and delicious. There were several theme nights and a show cooking station. Credit to all the chefs. I really don’t understand the criticism from some about the food. I only used the poolside food area twice, which is burgers, pasta etc and have no complaints at all. There a poolside BBQ on Friday at lunchtime- however I didn’t see that advertised. Even though temperatures were in the high 20’s the outdoor pool was very cold, although some hardy souls braved it every day! There are fridges where you can help yourself to bottles of water as well as a poolside bar. The beach is a couple of minutes walk through a tunnel under the busy road above. There is a wooden pier over the water. Both pool and beach had lots of sun loungers. The entertainment was mainly really good, with lots of audience participation and due to the weather was all outside poolside. Sandals Spa with Meryium giving me 3 massages was just fantastic for all my aches and pains! All the staff were a credit to the hotel. Not one wasn’t helpful, smiley and efficient. Special mention goes to Murat in the restaurant and Ramazan in the Lobby Bar. I loved it so much I’m booked to go back next week and my partner and I are booked for March 2025. If finances allow, I suspect I’ll be back in between those dates too!

I have chosed the hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday plus our marriage anniversary. I have been in so many hotels all over the world. BUT I will always and forever remember the amazing experience I had during my stay at Sunprime hotel. Everything went by perfectly professional way since pick up at the airport. Transfer service from the airport to the hotel was wow my flight delayed about 90 minutes. The hotel was in touch with me to assure that all is ok. Driver was waiting for me with a big smile. Very friendly and positive person. All stuff there are so decent polite .always helpful. Food is so tasty alot of choices. Mainly a new selection of food everyday. Room was always clean fresh .restaurant manager and stuff there are super super professional. Friendly. Welcoming always. Gave me feeling all time as a family members because of the warm feelings . BEST OF THE BEST WAS THE GEUST RELATION MANAGER. when I booked the hotel and 2 weeks before my arrival I was in touch with the hotel .telling them about my wife's birthday and our marriage anniversary. The geust relation manager wrote to me will care about it. When I arrived she helped me to arrange for a flower's for my wife's birthday. Biggest surprise was in the room . Wow wow bed was totaly as a piece of art amazing decorating. Flowers so beautiful decoration . So beautiful birthday cake . Fruit basket. So beautiful congratulations card signed by the hotel manager wishing a happy birthday for my wife. My wife's was so happy about that amazing surprise from the hotel. Three days after was our marriage anniversary. I went to the hotel restaurant for the dinner as usual. Once we entered the restaurant. All people who are working there wished us a happy anniversary. What was really super super nice and amazing the surprise they have prepared for me and my wife . A special table with decorated chairs so beautiful. Table was full of flowers beautiful colors .special glasses special beautiful disches. We felt as in paradise. Everyone serve us as a queen and king. I will never forget about this beautiful moments I had there at this time. I can't find the right words to describe my feelings and my sencer appreciation for the hotel specialy the most amazing professional and best gesut relation manager ever. She is so great person. And doing all things from heart with love and care . As I said I have been in hotels all over the world. But my staying at Sunprime hotel was the best experience I have had in my life. I must to say the hotel are so lucky to have so great and professional guest relation manager as her. She is the best ambassador for the hotel. Thank you so much Sunprime hotel for the best holiday ever. Thanks for all if you. And I will celebrate my wife's birthday and marriage anniversary every year there. Thank you so much

Very good Spa. My therapist Meriyem made me feel like Queen. As a person with chronic neck pain who have visited many massage places, I can recommend her. She created friendly and relaxing atmosphere and most importantly she did wonderful massage.

To my one and only love Kadek. My Balinese massage therapist. Absolutely worth the price. But all the stuff here is quite comforting all the guests. Super friendly and always willing to help you out with all inquiries you might have. Even if they’re not always granted by the house rules, like a 24 hour gym access (in case you keep quiet ;))

The pillows are the fluffiest ever and you get a selection of types of pillows and they come with a description. really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are excellent, food is great, rooms are very comfortable. Staff are helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Hotel is next door to a bus stop for local busses, and another stop a few minuets away, means that it is easy to get around. had one of the best burgers ever here.

Everything about this hotel was spot-on. The service from the hard-working staff, the variety of food, it has it all. A modern hotel with a lot to offer. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived (they even kindly offered us food at midnight after our long journey). We had a fabulous stay, thank you!
