1 Hotel South Beach

We had an amazing experience at the 1 hotel on South Beach. The hotel was very busy (as expected during February) and our room wasn't ready yet. Our check in host Luis B was so kind and allowed us access to the beach and spa while we waiting, and then upgraded our room to a beautiful oceanfront view!! When we arrived to the room there was champagne and snacks waiting. Luis went above an beyond anything we expected. The 1 hotel truly feels like a home away from home. The best hotel in south beach by far. Best part is they are pet friendly!

The food and service on the beach are amazing. Steven is the best server and was especially great. He checked on us multiple times. He also brought everything to us super quickly which made our stay very relaxing. I absolutely love coming here as it is extremely enjoyable :)

Steven is the nicest and best worker on the beach. He’s been very fast and is so helpful. He always comes to check in and is amazing at his job. We really loved Steven and thanks to him our time on the beach is one hundred times better. Shoutout to Steven and the 1 hotel.

Came to Miami for the first time with friends and could not expect to be more surprised: weather and easiness of people really helped us having some fun and healthy days soaking up the sun. The hotel is perfectly located and offers a variety of services which are really a plus. Plnthouse café is the cherry on top and we had the please of being assisted by Francesca and Emma who made us feel home with their kindness and readiness to assist us. Definitely worth a come back soon!

The hotel is just perfect, front beach, great location, spacious room and excellent service. We loved in particular the PlntHouse cafe, the food is amazing and the staff joyful and helpful for all the needs. We have been cuddled by Francesca and Emma, understanding our needs and making everything possibile to make our stay a remarkable memory. They made us feel at home! We will definitely be back!

Me and my girlfriend decided to spend our Monday at the 1 hotel south beach. We were greeted by Alyssa who offered us a daybed. Best view in the house. Romer was an amazing help setting up our daybed very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Also shout out to Alfredo and Kayla who helped with the food and beverage side. Everything was delicious and delivered in a timely matter.

The only word to describe this hotel is wow! What a wonderful and pleasant time I had at the 1 hotel I checked in around 1 PM, and the room wasn’t ready but they took our bags and gave us access keys to the facility for the day until the room was ready Had a wonderful time at the beach with Loura and Jose with set us up on the beach. I asked for a cabana and they gave it to me a great spot an hour into our day and the hotel text me to inform me that my room was ready. I told them I was still at the beach and enjoying my day so they sent my bags up and gave me my room number and informed to download the 1 hotel app and linked my digital key so I could go and have access to room whenever I was ready so I can finish the day at the beach and went up to the room to my bags in the room waiting for me and the room I got a king size suite that was a maculate the cleanest room I ever been in I made reservations at the rooftop restaurant the food was a Japanese cuisine that was excellent after finishing I went to the lobby where I met Ruth that was so nice asked her if I can check out late since I had late flight the next day she gave me the room till 12pm and informed and help me book a shower room with concierge, so I can stay the day and enjoy the pool and beach for rest of the day I had a 4pm reservation where they gave me a room to shower and change with my family and get ready for my flight that night. What a great experience I had at this hotel I travel a lot and by far this, Hass to be one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. I will definitely be back and enjoy this place one more time. My family loved staying at this hotel! Our room was big, with a kitchen and pullout sofa. Having a yoga mat and roller was a nice touch. I loved the earthy, modern decor. The pools were warm, and the hot tub was huge. My biggest issue was with the hot tub though, because my favorite bathing suit and my daughter's bathing suit were both bleached and ruined after coming out of the hot tub one night. We ate at all of the restaurants in the hotel except Habitat and liked them all (though they were very expensive). Also, the music playing at the rooftop and Tala beach was jarringly loud. It was nice to be walking distance from so many other places to eat as well. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

I love the ONE Hotel it’s the best vibe in Miami, chill ambiance and a little spice when they have the Latin funk band. It’s my favorite place in Miami Beach and they make my favorite cocktail THe last word, as a women I have to have the last word. I also have to say our server was the best of the best. Jailyn is the best server, she was kind welcoming and so fun to chat with, I will come back to her. Love it! Thank you Jai you ar the best of the best.
