The Croft Retail & Leisure Park

I visited with two friends at the McDonald’s here, very bad service. I ordered 10 minutes before my friends on the app, they got their food first. In the end I waited 30 mins and my friends food had gone cold by the time mine was on the counter. The app is supposed to be hassle-free, quick and easy but it is anything but that. If you choose to come here please do not order on the app. I actually really like the Croft and it has great shops but this experience was disappointing.

Visited quite a few shops on the retail park, there were some good discounts for the Easter weekend. Particularly looking for walllpaper, couldn't decide on one to buy so took some samples home. We had to queue up for a while as we left as it was really busy, they had to put people directing the cars to ease the congestion.

You can get almost anything you require in this retail park. Shops, restaurants, cinema, petrol, all in one place.

Several shops including The Range that has a brilliant craft section. There are fast food places, restaurants, sports, electrical and clothing shops including M&S Just Food. Also a cinema, bingo hall and fitness places.

My faith has been somewehat restored in mcdonlads after visiting this place-the food tasted good again and was hot. I had the cheese coujon things and my partner had a big mc meal.
The place was heaving and service was a bit slow-off set up. You order at one of two tills and then join a queue where a number of staff appear to be just hanging around. This seems to be because people have disignated roles but it just didnt marry up somehow. They appeared that same people semed to be doing drive through and eat in orders! Got to be a better way.
Was only passing through so unlikely to return but if in the area I would but use drive through

I've watched over the last 13 years this retail centre grow and grow, the variety of shops is excellent, I can see why people come from all over the Wirral or further to come and shop here. Of course the only downside is parking, they're going to have to do something about that if they keep building more and more houses in the area and bring more people in shopping. That's why alot of the time I'll ride my pedal bike there, much easier and less stressful on finding a parking spot!

There is lots of shops here including a big asda and food/restaurants. There's lots of parking. Gets quite busy here though.

I frequently shop here. There are no high end shops but all items you may want are catered for: Asda, M&S Food, Boots, Currys, Next, SCS, Halfords, Smyths Toys and lots of others. There are places to eat, a cinema, bowling alley nearby too,

Love shopping and eating here. I use the gym and pool here, go the cinema here, go the big asda here. Great shops with decent low budget chain stores that aren't full of tat alongside designer shops and sports shops etc. Great at Christmas. Loads of good outlet's too. Fab love living by this.

I shop here all the time. you can find all the main shops you want and more with great parking.I love the clothes shops, Boots and Dunhelm mill.
