I've recently returned from another fantastic holiday in our favourite place.
We always get a private transfer, I've used a few, but the last 7 years, I've used Muharrem Alptekin. He never lets us down.

What an amazing service, very easy to book, great price, free wifi, free soft drinks, and free child car seats as standard.
VIP transfers, on arrival at Dalaman, the driver has your name on a board waiting for you. We were delayed for 90 minutes this year, he was still stood with our name board.
He helps with your luggage, gets you sorted with ice cold drinks and you're on your way in a very modern vehicle, air con of course.
What a perfect way to start your holiday. no hassle no fuss, no dramas.
The return journey is just as effortless as the first leg.
Safe, reliable, price is great, service is outstanding.

Another excellent transfer from Dalaman airport to Hisaronu and back. Very polite, friendly drivers who take care on the roads and try to make your transfer as comfortable as possible, right down to the complimentary beer and wifi on the way to resort. I've used this company for about 10 transfers over the last few years and I've never been let down.

this driver we had not only put his life at risk but put ours at risk too. he drove like a manic and nearly came off the road several times on the mountain roads. we thought we were going to die.

I dont like writing poor review but here it has to be done to warn other travellers. We booked this company for transfer to Fetiye. The arrival transfer was fine. The driver spoke no English but he was on time, curteous and kind. He offered us wifi, TV, and drinks and ice cream that we didnt want but were unable to communicate with him. But nevertheless it was a nice gesture. Then came the return leg. OMG - nightmare. We are lucky to be alive. We booked him to pick us up at 9:30pm, which was confirmed by email the night before. We strolled along to reception to find the driver giving a hard time to the hotel reception and he flung a piece paper under my nose where it said 9pm and literally shouted at us. I told him that we had booked for 9:30pm and we were not late which he ignored. He threw our luggage in the van and literally slammed the door shut. He drove like a maniac. The roads have very sharp bends with a lot of hills en route to the airport. This guy drove like the clappers and we were flung from left to right as he speeded up and braked heavily to stop hitting anyone. It was so dark and we were terrified. He looked so angry and possessed. What made it worse was that we had our 5 year old son with us and he had no regard that we has a child. What should have taken 1 hour 10 minutes took this guy 45 minutes, so you can imagine how he drove. At the end of the journey, he took our luggage out of the back and slammed the door shut and without a word sped off. We were left traumatised but glad that we were in one piece. If this is the quality of the drivers that this firm employ, then please give them a wide berth. I hope this will be the last review like this. This was not a great end to what was a fantastic holiday, but could have been worse and ended with a tragedy.

This was our 2nd time making use of this companies transfer services. Last year faultless. This year far from it. On the incoming leg our driver was late arriving for our flight. Not helping this was the arrival of another flight which had hundreds of family awaiting them which meant the meet and greet area was incredibly busy. I spent 20-30 minutes looking for our driver.

He finally arrived, no wifi offered, no TV offered and no water offered. The address was asked for even though its on the booking form. He did not know where our villa was and had no satnav in the vehicle. I had to give the driver the address of a local bar and he was able to locate that.

Two further stops at a service stations for discussions with staff but no fuel taken. From the bar we directed the driver to our villa.

Return leg much worse! I confirmed pickup time with head office who stated 2300hrs. By 2330 there was no sign of the driver so I called our Turkish friend who's villa we stay in and she called the company. She was informed our booking was for 0000hrs and driver was 5 minutes away (1st lie). Driver arrived after midnight inspite of our friend being advised we were on our way to the airport before then.

The driver drove real fast which suggests a 0000hrs pick up was clearly not sufficient time for our flight and again our friend was informed we were at the airport well before we actually were.

Now I don't know whether our driver was advising the head office of his/our progress or whether the head office were simply telling our friend what they needed to hear but all the while I was in direct contact with our friend and the facts didn't add up. We got to check-in 10 minutes before the check-in closed this is way too late and provided stresses that were not appreciated.

It turns out another booking made by the same friend went bad earlier in the summer. Something isn't right here and it will likely mean we will be going elsewhere when we return next Spring.

Cheap reliable and nice vehicles but the most pleasing part was when we arrived at dalaman airport to realise we had no luggage he waited for over a hour for us and was very helpful
I really expected him to leave because he had another job but no he waited and was saying don’t worry we would never leave
Then driving to hotel he stopped at a shop and bought us water and ice creams
I really can’t recommend this company any higher

We would not hesitate to recommend this company for transfers from Dalaman, we have used this service to Icmeler , Marmaris and Olu Deniz, the driver we had this time just a few days ago was fantastic. Muharrem and his staff offer a brilliant transfer in comfortable mini buses, free wi if tv And water always offered free, you even order a couple of beers if that's what you want,,, brilliant, brilliant, brilliant

We used this transfer company for our holiday to Letoonia Club and Hotel on the outskirts of Fethiye at the beginning of May. Muharram ALPTEKİN from the company kept in touch with us and the driver was waiting for us holding a board with our name on it when we arrived at Dalaman airport. He stopped and purchased bottles of water for us which were much appreciated. We then had a smooth and speedy journey to our hotel.
We were advised of the pick up time for the return journey and the driver was there early and again we had a pleasant journey to Dalaman airport.
