Bellagio Las Vegas

10421 Reviews

Water is a centerpiece at Bellagio Resort & Casino. More than its iconic water show, there is the underwater story of "O" by Cirque du Soleil, fine dining restaurants, multiple pools, a luxury shopping center, and a casino space worthy of its Italian heritage.

I stayed at the Bellagio for the first time on a business trip. It was amazing! My room faced the fountains which was I loved. They have blackout curtains so you don't even see the neon lights at night. The food was great and there are so many options to meet everyone's style of food. They had the Chinese New Year display and it was awesome.

My wife and I chose to return based on previous experiences and visits. It's a great hotel in a great location. Unfortunately our check in experience this trip left me a bit annoyed and frustrated. I am a Gold level MGM Resorts member and booked our reservation several months ago in one of the Stay Well, 2 queen beds rooms (non fountain view). Upon check-in I asked if any upgrade were available, non, was the reply, however the front desk gentleman did inform me that I would not be paying any Resort fees due to being a Gold member. Thanks, I already knew that. He explained that we would have a great view overlooking the pools though, really, that to me is not a great view, yes the mountains were in the distance if we turned our head 90° and looked between our building and others close by! I use a cane which was clearly visible to him as I walked up to the counter when beckoned but no offer of a room closer to the elevators was offered. Yes perhaps I should have asked, silly me. It was offered immediately as we checked in last time? I would gladly have paid for either a nicer view or a different room but again, nothing was offered, yes I did ask, sold out! Was it because we were staying 6 nights? I really don't know. The rest of our stay was great, wonderful room service, quick delivery and very nice food. Our 2 meals in the Mayfair Supper Club were great. Excellent seats, food and entertainment. Our waiter both times, Derek, couldn't have been nicer, great service is one reason for our second reservation. Wonderful food. I highly recommend the club. The beds are comfortable and the ac system worked well. The walk in shower in these renovated rooms is a bit strange, why, well the shower control is halfway down the wall and unless you have 5ft arms you have to test the temperature with an outstretched foot! A balancing exercise. Great pressure in our bathroom. The double sinks, built in nightlight is a nice touch in these Stay Well bathrooms. The security station at the elevator halway is nice but they are NOT consistent with room key checks before head to your bank of elevators. It was required in January, as was room key required inside the elevator before selecting your floor! Yes we will return and hopefully our check-in experience will be a nicer experience. The front desk is the key to forming decisions about returning to any hotel, front desk staff and managers need to remember that simple point.

The Bellagio is in a perfect central location on the strip, right in the middle of everything, and the fountains are just amazing to watch. The hotel is beatiful, and the staff so profession, and helpful.

Really nice place, but smelled like cheap incense at the start of the visit. Rooms were nice, and a the pool was nice too. Casino was pretty cool as a first time casino patron. Lots of shopping around but no really good affordable places to eat at the Bellagio itself.

This is one of the nicest hotels in Vegas. The rooms were incredible and we had a fountain view which I could spend all night sitting in front of the window watching the fountains. Everything was clean an everyone was friendly. Only complaint was that they needed to open more tables in the casino

The room was average at best and not at all what I expected based on the price. For over $1000.00 per night, I would expect a nice coffee maker and other amenities that were totally lacking. The lobby, bars, restaurants and casinos were awesome but only one pool was open and for limited hours. I didn't feel I should have to pay a $50.00 resort fee when most of the pool and deck areas were under construction and not open.

This is a beautiful hotel with luxury accommodations and helpful staff. But the smoke! It’s enough to choke those of us who are non smokers. The casinos need to be enclosed or simply have no smoking rules in public areas. It even wafted to the 16th floor hallway near our room. The other issue for us was not having coffee makers in the room. There are high quality options available in European hotels so it’s possible to keep it classy to fit Bellagio’s image.

We came into Vegas for Adele & Bellagio is very convenient for shows and tons of great dining. Too bad that they discourage gambling with $50 minimums. It would be fun to be able to sit for more then 5 minutes.

Amazing hotel in a great location. Everything is so big and over the top but that's Vegas! Rooms are really big, clean and comfortable. We had a King Spa overlooking the fountains and it was great. It was located in the Spa Tower so a bit of a walk, but every hotel is so huge all the bedrooms are miles away. Stayed away from the mini bar as a bottle of water was 24 dollars before tax! As the hotel is so big and busy every day of the year there is no warmth in the hospitality, you're just another tourist passing through, though that is to be expected. There can be no personal service when operating on this scale, and that's ok. If you're looking for a more personal service book a boutique hotel. If you want the spectacle of Vegas, book here!

My family goes to Vegas every couple of months. We always stay at Bellagio and never a bad experience. I started staying at this hotel a few years back when I was going to workshops. I love it so much I started to bring my family here. Highly recommended
