Kaya Uludag

We stayed at Kaya Uludag between 4-8 March, 2024 and we were sooo happy to have made the right choice. The hotel is situated just beside the pist which makes it very easy to start skiing right away. The hotel is decorated very tastfully, the rooms are spacious and very clean, the staff is amazing. And most of all, the food is extremely delicious and all beverages including alcoholic ones are included in the price! Kaya will definitely be our choice from now on, thanks for everything!

This is an honest review one of the best service I found in Turkey The stuff are very helpful and friendly the food great view is great facilities are great every single thing in this resort is great The guest relation manager is a very nice guy. I really recommend to every one.

The overall experience was excellent. It was our wedding anniversary, the staff overheard us talking about it and we were given a special table at dinner and also a fruit plate and wine to our room. The staff are very friendly all around. All rooms have one double and one single bed, which is great for families with small children. Access to the ski slopes is straight from the hotel. Ski lessons are very affordable and the ski coaches were very friendly. We definately will be coming again.

It was a pleasant stay this is the second time I’ve been here and definitely won’t be my last the stuff are really lovely over all a really good hotel to visit, also the food was really nice they have lots of options to choose from, the skying place was rly nice

We had a great ski stay with a family of two kids 4 and 5. The room was very spacious with one confortable double bed and two single bed . We received a nice welcome pack : wine, fruits plate and snacks. The check-in process was very fast with a nice welcome and calrifications in english by Serkan by. He was very helpful. The kids club is nice also. All the ski staff and monitors were super helpful. The all inclusive bar is also very nice with great cocktails.

Staying here was absolutely amazing! I mean, seriously, it was an incredible experience that I'll never forget. The staff? Oh, they were just fantastic! I can confidently say that this was one of the best experiences of my entire life. Every single staff member was so friendly and welcoming, it really made me feel at home. And let me tell you about Mr. Serkan from guest relations. He was not only friendly, but also incredibly helpful. I can't thank him enough for making my stay here so enjoyable.

An amazing, unique skiing experience with my family & Freinds. The ski in - ski out aspect of the hotel was an amazing feature of the hotel. All the hotel staff were amazing and provided top service. The all inclusive food, drinks & mini bar made the overall experience fantastic.

Since arriving we have the bets skiing experience imaginable. From unlimited drinks and food, to access to a gym, spa and swimming pool. Friendly staff fit your boots and select your skiis, before you hop on a lift up the mountain into the snow!

As soon as you arrive you realise you have made the right choice. As you enter the grand reception you are greeted by Hakan, with a heart felt warm welcome. Up to the room,we had 2 adults and two boys 12 and 15. Room was spacious clean and looked out over the slopes. Down to the bar, all drinks fully inclusive every cocktail you can imagine. On to the restaurant fantastic buffet with meats salads and sushi. Then to the boot room, where your boots are fitted and your skis selected. Then the first day of skiing, down to the boot room, staff put your boots on for you (and take them off at the end of the day), then on the piste, 30 second float to the lift which takes you off into the mountains. Cannot recommend Kaya enough, amazing!!

This hotel is very nice for Uludağ standards, especially if you are traveling with kids but let me underline the "Uludağ standards" clause. Otherwise, this is just an okeyish hotel. We were traveling as a large family with small kids who are learning to ski and the hotel was perfect for this purpose: large rooms, direct access to ski tracks, lots of children activities, a perfect SPA for the grown-ups. The downsides of the hotel were the overall ambiance and especially the restaurant itself and everything related to the restaurant: the decoration is just awful at the restaurant in the sense that all looks disorganized and careless; the open buffet though it is made of hundreds of different meals is just tasteless and the food waste in the restaurant is abominable. With a better cook and a better restaurant management the hotel would be closer to perfect. The café looking into the ski tracks also needs better management: somehow, in order to attract customers, they are putting animal fat to the barbecue and it smells burnt fat everywhere (which is supposed to ignite your appetite), you don't want to sit outside because of that smell. That café needs to better handled. But other than these details, the hotel is good for ski holiday with kids.
