Bof Hotels Uludag Ski & Luxury Resort

This was our fourth trip to Uludag, our second stay at Bof Hotel, the last time being 2019. We found everything to be just as amazing this time as last time. Every member of staff you come into contact with is so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. In particular the dining room staff, who work incredibly hard and the wonderful smiling lady who welcomes you every meal time. The star of our stay was Filiz in the fireplace lounge, so welcoming and never saw anyone without a tea or other refreshment. The rooms are lovely and didn't look at all tired despite it being 5 years since our last visit so they are clearly very good with maintenance here. Food was great once again with a huge choice every day. Ski hire staff were also very good and helpful. One area for improvement would be the Skyfall cafe. A nice environment but the service here was not of the same standard as the rest of the hotel. Prices are very high indeed, even compared to the UK, and the coffee is not good at all. Don't order a cappuccino or latte expecting it to be what you'd get in your usual coffee shop, despite the price. We gave up on the coffee and ordered tea instead. We had an absolutely fantastic holiday at Bof, it is without doubt the best hotel in Uludag and we will definitely be back next year.

We stayed 2 times x 2 nights in 2 weeks since the service and facilities were wonderful. Particularly the service in the restaurant was excellent. Thank you so much, Uğur bey for your great hospitality. See you again next year!

It was a pleasant stay with the family. I thank the staff of this hotel for their quality of service especially special thanks for Mr Adel for his attentiveness and warm welcome ! the catering was varied and the service was up to par Simply it was an amazing experience!

We wanted to ski but as we have a baby it's difficult thankfully there is a baby sitter. It was very nice and safe to leave our 4 month old baby with Yonca . She is lovely and knows how to calm the baby and take care of his needs. The hotel and food overall is OK, overpriced. Staff are nice and friendly.

Snow and restaurant and manger are very good and specially Aydan and guest relation they are very friendly . They have a nice fire place bar they have ski club there and every day they have party out beside Sonw Falls .the room are beautiful and nice thank for the service.

Wow, words cannot describe this amazing hotel. It was my family’s first time on a ski resort and this hotel totally surpassed our expectations! Since the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcomed by all the staff. The staff are very courteous, polite and extremely professional. The ski instructors were incredible and showed a lot of patience with us! Facilities at the hotel are world class- the spa, the Hamam, the gym, the restaurants and also it was nice to have a masjid in the hotel, which made it easy especially on Friday to offer the jummah prayers. They have really thought of everything and you don’t even need to go out of the hotel. They have a small shop in the lobby, a barbers salon and a nice games room which kept the children occupied! Rooms are very tidy, clean, and the hotel is kept in immaculate condition at all times. I really enjoyed the lobby bar downstairs where they have a big fireplace and it gives a certain level of ambience. Thank you to everyone at the hotel. Especially Adil the manager who always greeted me warmly and ensured me and my family were looked after. All the staff were incredible and deserve special recognition for going over and beyond with their lovely service. Food was top notch and it’s well worth getting the all inclusive package as the food was totally amazing and we didn’t feel bored as there was a nice variety at all times. Highly recommended for a ski break. Bursa is nearby and the scenic views of the mountains and the snow was incredible. Very good cultural and historical places to visit in the Bursa town area. Nice hustle and bustle, reminded me of Istanbul!

The hotel is very nice cozy and worth the experience. The services are wonderful and the staff is very friendly. Especially Idil, Filiz (in the fire place) and Burak they are very nice and provided great service and helpful in every thing. Definitely I’ll be back to this hotel and

Perfect skii resort for family. The ski lodge is on the 3rd floor of the hotel. The 2nd floor has a small video games center for the kids. The buffet for all 3 meals was great range and great quality. You can also order fresh juices; I recommend you ask the waiter(s) for their 'mixed juice'. I found that each waiter had their own unique mix and each were great. I recommend you bring your own warm head gear, jacket and gloves. But you can hire the water-proof skii pants, helmet and skiis at the resort itself. We really appreciated the 'halal' holiday experience; being that there were separate male and female swimming, spa, sauna and Turkish bath facilities; and that all food on premises was halal (they don't serve pork or alcohol). Brother Furkan from the guest relations was most proactive and friendly. Brother Yokan was a great skii instructor for us first-timers who don't speak Turkish. Brother Hatkan was very warm and helpful walking our small group to the chairlift nearby (about 10-20 minute walk) to the top of the mountain for an even more amazing view looking down at clouds. Brother Olcay, Batuhan and Mustafa from the restaurant staff were always on the ball and friendly.

Temperature in hotel is too hot, especially in the restaurant and recreation areas, few members of my family became unwell due to temperature and made the stay very uncomfortable - food hygiene needs to be improved, perhaps this is linked with hotel temperature causing Bactria . apart from this great slopes and good hotel. Management must address the temperature in the hotel
