The hotel is clean rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. The beach is just a 2 minute walk through the back of the hote. The beach front leads you into the town which takes around 30 minutes where you can get some lovely kebabs .The food at the hotel was ok a bit repetitive and not much to choose from , they didn't really cater for kids maybe due to it being end of season . The snack bar was better on the afternoon. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Just to mention Ali and Hakan who always took the time out to have chat with us everyday and would recommend you do a boat trip on the Bona Dia you will have a great day . Would definitely return .

I stayed with my family for a week. Everything was very nice in the hotel. The hotel was by the sea. The staff working at the hotel were friendly. The food was very tasty. We will come to this hotel again next year.

Very friendly staff, a lot of fresh food, nice drinks and clean rooms provided with fantastic service. We had stayed here for a week, and everything had gone perfect, without any major problems. Everyone helped us and tried to make our experience as good as possible. :)

Amazing place nice atmosphere freindly server I will be back it’s right on beach I will definitely come back here food was good manager hotel help us so much room was very clean and there check every morning

Beautiful hotel, Beautiful personal, Quickly Servis, Clean everywhere, Beautiful view, Friendly stuff 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶 And to close to centrum For me was incredible 7 days , I didn’t want to go back to home, sure next holiday I’ll stay in Tiana beach hotel again 👍👍👍👍

This is a beautiful hotel with lovely grounds , but unfortunately that is all it has going for it , the food was very very limited choice , drinks choice not any better , if you like to eat and drink on a all inclusive holiday , then this is not the place for you , the toilets near the pool constantly smelt awful , as did our room after the cleaners had been in, we'll that's if you can call them cleaners , the floors in our room were not mopped once in the week we were there , nor were the bed sheets changed at all, the safe in our room was not secured and could be picked up , as I did and my wife took a picture as proof, if they did room only we would go back as like I said we did like the hotel and grounds as they are lovely , but would go out for all food , and also purchase our own cleaning sprays for the room and do it ourselves

First time in Turgutreis. I was not sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. A lovely hotel, the rooms were very nice, clean and the bed very comfortable. From the balcony, I overlooked the gardens. I loved the gardens around it. All the staff were very friendly, my only issue would be the food. Not much choice and not much change from day to day. It felt like I had had the same meal for lunch and dinner on the days I stayed in to eat. I ate out most nights Breakfast.....by the end of the week I was sick of bread and boiled eggs as there wasn't much else to choose from. The hotel is about a 30 min walk away from the main area, which was ok walking to but the beach path is very dark at night so i wouldn't feel safe walking back on my own. If this hotel wasn't so far out I would definitely return but not all inclusive
