Arin Resort Bodrum

This was our 6th visit and by far the best the changes are great and the new Turkish restaurant up stairs was perfect, the staff were all very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help including the room cleaners. See you in may for the 7th time.

Recently returned from a week at Arin, our 2nd visit this year, and, as always, we had a great break. From the moment we arrived, to the usual happy and helpful greeting from the reception staff, we knew we were home. The hotel was as clean and welcoming as ever, with a few more little touches that had been added since our visit in June. The room was perfect, the robes in the room make a great addition to the slippers (I do like my slippers 🤣). Room was cleaned every day as well as a daily supply of fresh towels. Always a good food offering. Soups are always amazing, and choices in both the main restaurant and snack bar plentiful. Lots of branded drinks at all the bars and great cocktails, with the pool bar having its very own Tom Cruise barman in Mehemet 😁 You will find it hard to beat the location of Arin - it's right on the beach, with its own jetty over the sea and the most amazing sunsets. The animation team are the best . We were there at the end of the season, so many of the main shows had stopped, but the team of Sam MoMo, Skander and Biba worked tirelessly to keep everyone entertained. It has always been the staff across all departments that make all the difference to this hotel - always willing to help. Mr Serkan, the General Manager, is ever professional and friendly and will take time to speak with you every day - touches that make so much difference. There are many more changes planned for the closed season and we are looking forward to seeing more of the vision Mr Fahti has - it's a great journey for the hotel and we are really enjoying the ride. Had a fab week away at Arin Resort. The hotel was fab. Staff were amazing, they couldn't do enough for you and the food was honestly the best choice of food I have had at any hotel. Room was spotless and the hotel interior was lovely. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to book a holiday in Bodrum. I would just like to thank the fantastic team of staff which made our holiday so special!

I like this hotel, i think here is fantastic. The food is the best i have ever had in Turkey. Cleaning 10 of 10. Staff arr so friendly and helpfull young boys in the restaurant were so lovely. Drinks are best i have ever had. Wine is the best not a cheap one, i got malibu, baileys... I would like thank you to Sevinc she is so gorgeous and amazing women.

First impression were very good I had emailed before to ask for a cot and rooms close together and on the ground floor, I had knee surgery a few weeks before and was still on a crutch plus we had a pushchair. None of the requests were catered for we were on floor 2 … no cot in the room. It seemed that the hotel which closes for the season on the 20th was running on very few staff some were excellent some just couldn’t be bothered, the food it the restaurants was always cold and undercooked, despite bringing this to the attention of guest relations and 2 of the chefs they just threw it in the bin. There was no entertainment for children and the children’s club looked abandoned!! This is definitely not a 5* a 3 at the most.

Amazing trip close to Turgutreis and Bodrum! Nice beach, nice cocktails qnd a super entertainment team! Momo is one of the guys of the entertainment team, he is hardly to beat in ping pong although he never won of me! 😂

First of all I would like to say thank you to all Arin Resort crew! Fantastic atmosphere in hotel! Beautiful area and view. Very tasty food and drinks! Bit of extra fun in evening entertainments. Although major minus of the trip was not heated outside pool. But main minus is housekeeping not replacing soaps in dispensers, teas & coffes and mini bar when cleaning the room! This is something so simple to improve but so annoying for stay overs.

I stayed in here 14 days and I had a great time. Food was plenty of choice and delicious. The bed in the room was so comfy and cleaning is so good. Staff was very friendly but I would like to special thank to Sevinc the guest relations manager. She was so helpful and assist me evertime about good place to go and where to eat good food. The hotel is beyond the expectations. Thanks for everything.

We stayed here in October. The staff are lovely and friendly, The hotel is beautiful. The location is peaceful and relaxing close enough to town. Everything is accessible. Food is lovely plenty of choice. The rooms are beautiful the size of the room is nice and the bed is very comfortable. Everything in the buffet explained well and presented lovely. Guest relations lady assist us. The animation team is ok too. We will come back next year.

Just back from the ever improving Arin Resort. Greeted at Reception on arrival, like an old friend. Staff ever attentive to ensure all in place after a long journey. Additional touches.......... Mini Bar stocked daily, Slippers and Bath robe provided in the room, along with complimentary shower, gel, shampoo, soap, and body lotions, on top of the refurbished rooms ( bathrooms to be started this end of season). Animation team, Sam, Momo and Skander greet you with a warming smile, new addition of Beber, completes the team. Good selection of background Music all day to enjoy whilst lounging around the pool. Some live bands in the evenings, along with the Animators, keeping the Guests happy, will sit and chat or up and dance..... the choice is yours. Food as always excellent, lot of choice and homemade soups that are a delight ( one small suggestion, Soup Spoons rather than Dessert spoons ????). Also at breakfast, a cook who can do proper fried eggs for the British palette! SALT Restaurant, a mere 25yds away is fantastic for those who want something different. Sehmus and the team are 2nd to none to make your dining experience memorable. The Main surprise was the greeting we received from Mr Serkan, the General Manager, bear in mind he sees upwards of 2000 faces a month, he remebered our names and took the time to come and check in each morning, stop for a coffe and chat. All the time listening and taking mental notes, you will be surprised what he takes on board and actions behind the scenes, purely from talking to the guests......... This is the man you want representing your business. All the staff were superb, Mehemet in the bar, creating cocktails tailored to the guest tastes, Essen running the reception staff with a smile and calmness that relaxes you. She finds a solution to most issues and questions, even if not Hotel related Mr Fathi, the owner, has more improvements planned for the close season. We thank you for your vision and commitment, turning a nice resort into a luxury place people want to come back to time and time again. We can't wait to go back in June 2024 to see how the Arin we love has improved even more. I recommend Arin Resort Turgutreis to all, young, old, family and couples, you will find a small piece of Paradise that ensures you have the holiday you dream of.
