Booked package 2 over WhatsApp, easily done. Added to be collected and dropped off too, it's only an extra 10 euro and we were a good 15 min car ride away. Hamman was wonderful, massage was a bit brutal but also very lovely and felt relaxed after, was sore the next day but I assume that's because I had a lot of stress knots undone!
I'm still left wondering about the 20 minute facial though, my face was touched about 4 times throughout the whole process so definitely can say I haven't had one!
The ladies were fab and polite. I wasn't pressured into tipping and they weren't trying to sell a million things I didn't need.
Would give this 6* if I could and if I had a facial!

Q Spa is a Healing Oasis The friendly staff really understand and make sure that you are pampered and made to feel that you are the MOST important person there. They strive to make sure your visit is perfect and relaxing. The whole service was exceptional, the facility will blow you away by the Feng Shui set up and the feeling of freshness. Those tiny Thai and Balinese girls sure do have very powerful and healing hands! Great price for such high quality, thank you for a wonderful day!

Came here just for the hammam, scrub and massage package and it was absolutely brilliant from start to finish - my wife and I were very relaxed after. The two masseuses were very well trained and gave excellent treatments throughout. Thoroughly recommended.

As a side note their Covid management is good too, as much as you can do with a hammam and massage treatment 😁👏🏻

Booked via was app and made a same day appointment, price was more expensive than other places so we took the chance, we have been to many spa in our time but this has to be the best , immaculately clean and smelling fresh, very good changing rooms and showers! Started with a sauna then to the best steam room ive even been in!
The hamam was excellent with the soapy massage. The ladies who do the massage were from bali and are amazing, very professional and friendly. A must visit!
We did package 1 , and must have been there for 2.5 hours, worth evry penny!

We had the full wellness package including Hamam, coffee peeling, and 50 minutes of massage. First, let me say that we are very skeptical people and read an hour or so where to go for a wellness day in Side. We trusted the many reviews here on Trustpilot and google and what should I say, we don't regret it!
It is very clean and the Bali ladies did perfectly take care of us. We were so relaxed afterward that we fell asleep when they brought us home.
Highly recommend!!

I bought package of hamam and massage treatments. İt was an excellent experience. Traditional hamam program happened at beauty area. İ rested with therapist's magic and soft hands. Spa team had very smiling faces. After massage, they gived service of fruits and tea. İ will never forget this experience

Had the best day at Q Spa & Wellness Resort! From the second we arrived we were looked after so well. The staff are incredibly attentive and I felt like they couldn’t do more for us. We had a combination of treatments including the Traditional Hamam/Sports Massage and Facial all of which were amazing. After the treatments we free to use the spa’s hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gardens as we pleased. We even enjoyed a bottle of bubbly and fruit platter while in the hot tub, talk about spoilt luxury. All in all, we left feeling incredibly pampered and relaxed and cannot wait to come back and visit! Thank you 🙏

Saw reviews on trip advisor and I thought why not
Sent a few messages on what’s app and we agreed on a deal date time
So we get to turkey and I get a message 10 mins early saying my driver is out side waiting for you massive tick in my books as time keeping is everything
Took us to the spa met the manager amazing guy
Excellent clean facility smells good and even looks good
Had an Turkish Bath and massage then went for the facial which was the biggest tick for me it was the real deal and felt amazing fresh after.
Also had my feet done as I had just done a load of walking they needed some tlc and guess what they are like brand new once again
We was there approximately 4 hours and the manager dropped us of at the hotel
So over all
Excellent price
Clean fresh
And punctual
Deserves 5 stars in my books

Had the most amazing day at Q spa, the staff were so attentive and made our experience so special! Had an amazing Turkish bath followed by a lovely relaxing massage, we were even given a fruit bowl and Turkish tea to enjoy in the outdoor garden. Would definitely recommend to anybody in and around Side looking for a spa day!
