Cosmo's Magic Theater

Rented out Cosmos Magic Theater for my mom's 70th birthday. Knowing this would be a hard birthday for her, I heard this place was amazing so we contacted Cosmo to inquire about renting out the Theater and he made the process so smooth and easy. We showed up and it was beyond my expectations, him and his beautiful wife Carrie were professional and very accommodating while we relaxed and visited. This venue is so eclectic and comfortable for everyone to enjoy ourselves and then it's time for the show and all I can say without ruining it for whoever is reading this, is you will NOT be disappointed!!! Our group ranged in age from 4 years old to 80 years old and NOT ONE person was disappointed. My husband and I plan on going back for date nights and buy individual tickets for adult night.
Last but not least my 20 year old son who is hard to please and doesn't like me planning events during his gym time was the most impressed and its been awhile since I've seen him enjoy himself like he did that night. I got a sore throat from laughing so hard. What a blessing it is to have this Theater here in beautiful Colorado Springs!!!

My husband and I attended Cosmo’s to celebrate our Anniversary. We were the first to arrive for our show that evening, and we’re wowed by the interior decor! We were graciously greeted as we entered, and invited to partake in complimentary refreshments …sodas, hot apple cider, cookies, brownies, etc. They don’t have a liquor license yet, so no alcohol, but I do n’t partake anyway, and my husband only drinks on rare occasions. We didn’t know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised that Cosmo went around introducing himself to each of the groups of guests while we waited for the theater to open for seating. It was a great way to build repoire with his audience before performing his intimate magic performance. The theater itself is small, but just perfect for the magic & show being performed. If you’re expecting big fire & disappearing building routines, you’ll be disappointed. We loved the small setting with up close magic that wasn’t distracting and let you closely watch as our puzzled minds kept going “how’d he do that”! He’s great about involving the audience! At the end we were personally thanked & got to take a picture with Cosmo. We’re already planning to buy Gift Certificates for some of our family & friends for their birthdays & holidays. It made for a perfect evening in the Springs (we live in Denver) for us to celebrate!

This was so much fun. We went with a 5 and 11 year old and both really enjoyed it ( the adults did too!). Cosmo has a very relaxed and engaging manner with the kids and there was lots of audience participation. The afternoon show is geared towards the younger kids. If your kids are teenagers, opt for the evening show. I highly recommend this as part of a family fun day.

The theater atmosphere was very friendly and the small venue provided for a fantastic and personal experience. Cosmo comes across as a genuine personality who not only wows with his abilities but also let's you in on his craft. It's like taking a peek behind the curtain but still dazzled by what you are seeing. This theater is run by Cosmo and his wife but as soon as you enter the theater you feel like you are an old friend. I can't recommend it enough, it's a Las Vegas act up close and personal.

My wife and I have been to Cosmo’s original show (Impossible Things) twice and his new show (Out of Our Minds) once. We have also taken our children to the kid’s show. We thoroughly enjoyed each of Cosmo’s performances and would highly recommend any of the shows!

Cosmos is the perfect magic spot for kids! Before the show they served cookies and water while you waited. When the show begins you are taken into a small theater. I believe it was 3 or 4 rows total. The kids all sit in the front row and are all (if they choose to do so) part of the show at one time or another. The show only lasts for about an hour but is filled from start to finish with magic tricks and funny jokes. He even gets a few of the parents involved! A great way to spend your afternoon for sure!

Cosmo and his beautiful assailant (wife) made our granddaughter's birthday party a time that we will NEVER forget. I can not believe that we have this kind of talent locally. And the lounge and theater are magical. She is a nine year old with an old soul. She requested a magic show, where family and school friends would all dress up. The look on her face when she walked in the front door of Cosmo's Magic Theater was priceless! Worth every pennyand then some!! Great grandparents in their seventies, down to 4 year old's, and all of us in between, were in stitches. Even TEENAGERS!!! Haha! Now, that's saying something! Every single one of us were completely charmed by his talent and hilarious personality. All 'grownups' in our family will soon be scheduling with Cosmo's Magic theater for an adult night out.

So happy to hear Cosmo’s Magic Theater has reopened after being closed due to Covid-19. I took my 9 year old Grandson to a matinee performance the week before the closure. He was amazed by Cosmo as well as me. Cosmo was so hospitable after the performance, talking with the guests and posing for pictures.
I plan to bring both my Grandsons soon.

An absolutely and genuinely enjoyable experience! Makes for a perfect date night or take in a hilarious kids show. Cosmo is a gifted magician, who truly cares about both his audience and his craft. We have visited his theater multiple times, and each time it feels special. Cosmo makes me laugh and he laughs alongside the audience. He continues to update his tricks and routine. I think he is an incredibly kind human, a great business person and a thoroughly enjoyable individual.

From the moment we walked in to the theater we were mesmerized. The decor is fantastic. Cosmo's wife greated us and shortly after Cosmo made an appearance to great each and ever guest. Once we were seated in the intimate theater for the show, the magic began. The show we attended was "Out of Our Minds" and Cosmo did not fail to impress. While engaging the audience in his magic we were taken away for an evening of mentalism, fun and laughter. We will certainly go again when in Colorado Springs. They suggest dressing up for the evening and entering the theater I could certainly see why and would recommend that you do. It would add to your evening. We were on vacation and at least pulled off dressy casual. I highly recommend that you take in one of his shows.
