I paid extra to book a private room for a party of 8 due to covid. We ended up booking 4 more for a party of 12, but still had to pay private room fees. I didn't say anything as it was my fault, and paid the full balance of almost $900. This was adult family group that we all wanted to do so I paid. When we got there. The staff was rude and short and let us know they were annoyed. None of us had been drinking. We weren't rowdy or loud. So no reason for the treatment we received. The guy at the desk then informs me, due to them accommodating 12 people rather than 10 I need to pay an extra $50. I stated I had discussed everything with the person on the phone when I added 4 more people to our group and was not informed there was an extra charge for people. We were paying for 12 period. He then said well you have 13 people. I then easily proved that to not be true. As there was 12 standing in front of him. He went back to the other lie. That they only allow 10, and it was an accommodation fee that they were allowing 12 so I would have to pay extra. I started to then contact the original person I dealt with and he changed his mind and said they would cover it. After that they sent us thru the door with no understanding or explanation to anything. We didn't see a worker till the 3rd or 4th room. When he came in he just basically gave us the answers. You were supposed to listen to a guy talking on the overhead speakers, but most of the time his voice wasn't understandable. The clues made zero sense and were overall stupid. They said there would be "actors" that would scare people. That was not true. We seen 1 person.
They rushed us thru and were just rude the whole time. Biggest waste of money I've ever spent on rudeness.

The guide basically walked us through the entire room, he wouldn't give us time to look around the room and search for clues. If we started solving one puzzle he would say over and over again "maybe you should look over here." We tried to ignore him and just do our thing but he was persistent and we couldn't even think because he just kept on repeating himself over and over. We have done over 500 escape rooms and this was one of the worse. We did both blair witch and Saw. We felt rushed. We could hear that they put in another party behind us so I felt they were rushing us through as to not allow the 2 parties to meet. I have never played a game where they will have more then 1 group playing at the same time. Obviously money is more important to this company then customer experience. It is sad because these rooms are some of the best build out and immersion that we have seen. This ER has the potential to be #1 but because of the way they run the game it doesn't allow customers to actually play the game, it's basically a walk through. And at the end of the day we are paying to play the game. It's also very expensive, especially if you choose a private experience which we did. So, needless to say we were very disappointed to have paid so much money and not even given the opportunity to actually play the game. Save your money, many more actual escape rooms in the area.

The Blair Witch escape is one of the most elaborate sets for an escape room that I have ever seen. Bravo for the creators and the staff. The games are congruent with each other and make sense. The experience starts right away as soon as you sign the "your fault if you die" paperwork. My only issue and the reason that I could not give it a 5 is that eight people, even if you know the other people, are way too many. You were so cramped in a few rooms that a few people, including myself, just stood back in the previous room and watched. We had one member leave near the end due to frustration because they were left out most of the tasks due to the amount of people and space. For most tasks, four or five people were able to fully participate in the puzzles while others could only participated minimally or stood back and stayed out of the way. We would have reserved a private group of 4/5 people max, but the cost was too high for 1 hr of entertainment. Our group would have liked to try SAW, but decided against it because of this problem. Other than that, excellent.

Booked and attended the PVE - PRIVATE VIP EXPERIENCE tour with Skyler as the guide. Be a little early to ensure parking (street, plenty at the time of our review). We elected to book a private tour so our family could go through together. Worth the extra money. Skyler was a fantastic "guide" that provided slight hints without ruining the frantic pace and attempt at solving each room. My wife is not a fan of horror of being scared, but loved this event. My three adult kids love saw and each of the rooms. At a little over 1 hour and 10 minutes, it was worth every penny. I would take another trip with friends that have not been through, just to share it with them.

When checking in they require you to show the credit card used to purchase admission. I didn't have it with me since tix were already purchased & paid for so I didn't have that card with me. Well they made me use a different card to buy tickets & supposedly they were to refund original cardstupid. I dont see why I had to re-purchase! I'm still waiting for refund

I purchased tickets through Groupon as a fun experience for my husband and I to have during our birthday visit to Vegas. Saw being one of our favorites, it was a no brainer. Had there been more participants we wouldve enjoyed ourselves more but unfortunately odds were against my husband and I being the only two players in our group. In the introduction we were informed there would be actors along the way. I believe they were busy still assisting the previous group because we only had one actor occasionally present in our experience. He assisted with clues and even physically helped when we needed an extra set of hands. Being discouraged that we just weren't "getting it" and time was ticking, we we're even given the answers to be rushed to the next room a couple of times just to make up for lost time. With all that being said it kind of ruined the experience for us. I'm glad I saved a little money going through Groupon but I don't feel as though the experience we had being a group of two reflected the value I paid. Pretty disappointed.

I went with my friend and there was entirely to many people to go at once. The other people that we were with were all together so they kept hogging over each room we went into and didn't give me or my other friend a chance to get involved, so we basically just stood in the back the whole time. I spent almost $80 to just stand in a dark room. I was very disappointed

The escape room was both challenging and suspenseful. Little direction is given once you enter so you really have to figure out what is going on quickly. Thankfully, they do send help eventually to assist in solving the clues. The assistance does a great job of letting you know what someone else has already figured out and DOES NOT reveal anything if you haven't discovered it.

The entire experience was great, I really enjoyed how the entire thing was a part of the show, from the entry gate until the very end of it. The actor who played our helper Bailey, I believe his name was Terry, was great. He made the experience a definite memory that I'll have having been to Vegas for my first time.

Let’s just say my experience was less than favorable. Paid for it twice. So if you pay for it months in advance, make sure you have the card you used to pay, otherwise you will be charged twice. Still waiting for my refund, customer service sucks with them. It’s literally going from room to room and being shouted at. My host Bailey was great though. Only reason they get 2 stars.
