Anjana Spa Rixos Beldibi

Extra payment for Muslim woman for a hammam treatment. Attitude when we asked can you do treatment in a separate non public place. No understanding from management of the Spa. We felt like we are treated not equal due to our religion, as Manager of the Spa commented you are covered woman we can give VIP room with extra charge only, so upsetting to be treated like this in Türkiye especially in Rixos hotels. Generally speaking body treatments would be in a private room by default, so why should it not be the case here? Also, how can anyone relax in an environment where all guests can potentially enter the place where you get your treatment? Would not recommend.

Just had the lymphatic drainage massage with Krisma, and it was outstanding. She was exceptional!!
The whole spa at the rixos is extremely professional and the services are well worth it.
I had a great time here in the spa, the turkish bath and the massage.

The most positive reviews of "Anjana spa". I’m very grateful to fate that I fell into the hands of Master Ziya. My knee didn’t bend well, there was a lot of swelling . I contacted many specialists in Europe, but no result. Anjana spa team showed great participation. I was scheduled for treatment with Zia and Ali. Every day there was an improvement. Gradually, the swelling began to decrease, the knee bent more and more every day. By the end of the rest, my leg had fully recovered.I also want to mention the specialist Krisma. She made me a sesame oil massage. Magic hands, I have relaxed and enjoyed a lot. I want to once again express my gratitude to the master Ziya for his great professionalism, Ali for excellent massages, Krisma for wonderful relaxation, the manager Nona and Selbi for their participation and professionalism.

This place is a piece of heaven on earth! I walked into the spa on my first day of stay at Rixos Beldibi. I was warmly welcomed by Selbi and Yunus. To say that I was stressed is an understatement. I was completely drained. To my great luck, Master Ziya was at the spa too. Just a few moments were enough for him to understand my condition. He made a treatment program specifically for my needs. Their lady therapists, Cinthya, Crisma and Muzeyyen are simply amazing! I was very impressed with the professionalism and kindness of Ali and highly appreciate his help! Master Ziya worked magic with his Tibetian treatments. I had seven sessions with him. It feels like he just put my whole body back in place piece by piece. His energy is truly out of this world! I was a little apprehensive at first. After the first treatment, I realized that all I needed was just to relax and trust Master Ziya. He has truly brought me back to life. Wonderful Selbi was always there for me to support whenever I needed any kind of help. I can't say thank you enough to the team. I felt that they cared indeed and truly wanted to help me. All of them were very kind and filled me with new energy. I was relaxed and rejuvenated like never before! I will come back to this hotel just to have this amazing experience again. Thank you!

I had booked this spa as a special treat for my mother's 60th birthday, we had the hamaam & massage package. These guys went above & beyond to make it special, super friendly and accommodating. Communication over whatsapp was so easy.
The experience itself was amazing, super relaxing and the massage was incredible! The place has a great ambience and is super clean. They even brought out a surprise birthday cake for my mum which was very thoughtful, we had it with Turkish tea at the end.
Would highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

I have had the most amazing experience at Anjana Spa. Very welcoming and extremely friendly helpfull staff. I highly recommend Sultan Murat for a relaxing massage. Sultan Murat put me at ease and help me relax. I have had 2 sessions with him. I will have another 3 sessions with Sultan Murat and finally I will have Tibet massage with Ziya. I highly recommend Sultan Murat and the Hamam Turkish bath too.

We stayed at Rixos for my husband’s 40th birthday. We thought of treating ourselves with massages while kids are in the club. The hot stone and deep tissue massages were super relaxing, really surprised when the Tibetan therapist Ziya came at the end of our massage session to check on us. My husband dislocated his shoulder recently and Ziya was very confident to treat his injuries. I had some minor imbalance issues, and after a session with Ziya, I felt much relaxed and relieved. Manager Nona is also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended the spa and all the professionals.

The massage was fantastic. Probably my last massage this good and deep was in Thailand. Great experience and make sure to combine it with the sauna or hammam. Chill space to finish your experience and enjoy a tea from their own herb garden. What more could you want. Lovely experience.

It’s absolutely nothing close to luxury SPA anymore. It’s terrible small, a hammam that doesn’t work and unfriendly staff. Noisy in the relaxing area. Everything to make you feel uncomfortable. Staff don’t even care about loosing TOP-10 position

I got the silver package, Yunus advised me to do, he is very professional. He offered me the VIP private room with good price. it was perfect … Hamam and massage , the best experience I have ever done. The lady from Thailand, her name is Enna, she is excellent.
