Green Max Hotel

This hotel is just a disaster in almost every aspect of what a normal hotel should be. We were on vacation with the family and friends, with children, and the hotel looked like a decent value for money. However, we all caught rotavirus/enterovirus in the end of our vacation, which frankly speaking happened to us for the first time ever and spoilt the holidays. The most unpleasant thing, of course, is that this happened to infants (who, by the way, were vaccinated against rotavirus). No one swam in the pool, only in the sea, so we believe that we could have got it at the buffet, probably not properly cleaned child tables or food - this is not that important compared to how the hotel communicated with the client in this situation. When I asked for a complimentary late check-out so that we and the children could rest and recover from the illness the manager rejected and implied that since I came with my complaint on the eve of departure, I’ve made everything up, he also mentioned that there are no free rooms in the hotel and the cleaning team leaves early so there was no one to clean the room if I keep the room extra hours. This shocked me more than the fact that there was an infection in the hotel. Apparently the hotel representatives and management have completely forgotten about what hospitality is. Instead of saying “we are sorry that this happened to you, how can we help you, do you feel better now” etc I heard what I heard. And that was a response from hotel manager which makes it worse. Once again, dear GM and the team, I would like to say that tourists do not need to know what problems the hotel has, the hotel should talk and offer solutions, options. There are always options. In the end, they have provided me with two extra hours, but the extremely unpleasant experience with the hotel still lingers. And frankly speaking I hate to complain, and almost never provide negative comments, but in this case I would like people to know. It is also worth mentioning that the floors in the room are not washed at all. I hope they do this at least between guests, but judging by my no longer white socks, no. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, though it was not a surprise for us; you can always take a Turkish e-SIM (or even do a digital detox), but Wi-Fi in the lobby is also very slow. In general, there are no questions about the rooms, although you need to understand that they are quite old and require renovation. May be old and required to be fixed sewerage was the reason of disgusting smell in the area of outside restaurant during the dinner for 2 days. Large territory of the hotel is definitely an advantage. In general, I would rather go with another hotel if I have another choice.

My first impression when I arrived at the hotel was that I was in Russia.Only Russian is spoken. You can hardly find anyone to speak English.The same thing happens in the evening. Only Russian music, with one or two songs in English.This is normal because 95% of tourists are Russian.I learned that in Turkey you get what you pay for.At the price paid, I can say that I liked my stay, with a few small objections.The Internet works only in the reception, and in the evening everyone is in the reception on the phone. This makes the internet very difficult to use.That's why I only give the hotel four stars. The animation guy, Halil, insisted that I give five stars in the review, but I can't do that because of the very bad internet in the hotel.For the animators, for the guys from barpool, Elman, Emre, for all the staff who strive to offer tourists a beautiful holiday, I would have given five stars.Hotel staff, young children, inexperienced, but dedicated to tourists to offer them quality services.Daily animation, different, very beautiful.

What a joyful week we've spent in this hotel! Green territory, comfortable rooms, tasty food and drinks all day long, animation team perfectly working with guests, sun and warm sea near the beach (3 mins from the reception!). And even aquapark with mini club! Everything is made for perfect rest. One hint - if you travel with children try to book a suit/room not in the main building, because night disco till 00:30 may interrupt your sleep. But still the sound isolation is good enough, just keep it in mind. This is a good hotel. I had a great vacation. I was in this hotel with my teenage daughter in August 2023. Very polite staff everywhere. The reception desk at the settlement offered to choose between the main building and the bungalow, we chose a bungalow. The room is simple, but there is everything you need, a nice balcony. The staff at the restaurant always brings drinks, all very polite. The food is fresh and delicious, there is always something to choose, everything is enough. Very tasty waffles in the hour of desserts in the snack bar. Bartenders work great, thank you very much the bar team! Separately, I would like to note and thank the entertainment team, thanks to the rest was very active and fun. Special thanks to Lisa, Lary and Andrei. Lisa is super! Most of the vacationers are Russian speaking, many of the staff speak Russian. Beautiful beach and clean sea. One minus hotel - Wi-Fi only in reception area

We decided to go to Antalya this year as a few years back we enjoyed a lot the new year we spent there. So we went this time closer to our preferred area in Belek at Green Max. At first the shock came from the reception where English was not spoken well for a 5 star hotel. But then going to the room I must say it did not rise to the expectation and probably just passed a 4 star rating based on the room furniture equipment and cleanliness. Warn put furniture with an air-conditioning nearly working and a stained carpet with clean sheeting but visibly old. The next few days we understood that the second language of the hotel is Russian as most tourists were which for us adults could be ignored but our kids could not enjoy doing friends in that environment. There were good highlights too the Chef which impressed us, the entertainment crew that tried to accommodate English speaking tourists as well even one caretaker of the kids group guys that must be commended for their efforts. The hotel services on the other hand, from the reception to client relationships were far from expected attendance and attitude behaviour for a claimed 5 star hotel. The worst comes down to the table area service in the lunch room, where cleaning is an issue and service behaviour leaves a lot to improve. The facilities in the rest are good. At the end we were able to enjoy doing a few activities outside the hotel and enjoy our holiday. Definitely not a 5 star service and dedicated to Russian tourists. An experience to learn from searching better the hotel reviews. It was ok for a one off but not to be repeated for us.

This is my first experience in such a hotel and I was really impressed! I loved everything: the bungalow we were living in with friends, the activities throughout the day, swimming in the sea and the pool. The food is amazing as well, also enjoying daily snacks like ice cream, gozleme, sweets, fruits. I have literally never got bored during my stay. I do recommend this place for a visit if you are up to doing things and joining activities. If I ever have a chance to come here again, I would definitely do that!

Great hotel for summer vacation. Animation team is working on the highest level with kids and adults. Big appreciation for Memo and Lisa for the parties and awesome vibes. The beach is great there and the food & alcohol also on the highest level

The first impression we got was not favourable but after the vacation we remember Green Max with gratitude. It is not to be compared with many other hotels we've been to in Turkey. As for the obvious advantages, the food at the main restaurant is really tasty, the kitchen staff are so friendly! The beach is very pleasant, and there are beautiful flowers on the hotel territory. Most of the staff are kind and attentive. The territory is rather small, though really tidy and pleasant, unfortunately there are more shops with low quality items than benches to relax on. There is no WiFi, only at the lobby. Literally, you can not use WiFi at this hotel, not if you stay at the lobby where the rest of the hotel residents make calls, discuss work and watch videos. Reception staff make an impression they don't want to do what they do. Important issues have to be solved with the hotel manager who was a great help btw, efficient and friendly. The biggest problem for us were the rooms that are not what they look on the photos on the website. We stayed at a separate building, not in the main one. The rooms are old, some parts are shabby, not very well looked after. We were moved to a better room which cost the same and was in a better condition. Though they still had to repair a bulb and change the baby cot for a tidier one. The food is not served throughout the day, fresh juices are available only for breakfast and are not for free, the a la carte restaurant doesn't work etc. The overall atmosphere is very positive, the sea is great. We wish Green Max all the best and to work on the flaws which disappointed us so very much at the beginning.

This hotel does not win 5 stars, the maximum it should be 3 stars! 1.Very poor and dirty rooms with bad smell 2.In rooms not available standart guest needs like a tooth brush and paste (as reception desk informed me is it according with Hotel policies )! OK it is hotel rules and policies, but why that hotel have a 5 stars with that rules ? 3.Hotel restaurant leaves much to be desired! the food is fatty, not always fresh 4.The service of the staff does not correspond to a 5-star hotel (nobody can speak in English, Russian), you have to explain everything with gestures. Also staff is not very friendly In total we messed up our vacation and paid for that ! Do not recommended that hotel !!!!

This is an exclusive live hack how to spend Holliday in a hotel for 300$. I bought a ticket for 250$ to Antalya and then took a taxi to the hotel (25$). Outside the hotel, I was met by my friend. He led me inside through the main gate where I was introduced as a person who really lives in the hotel.
